- Joyce (5/5): - Dicht bij Phantasialand Niet proper, overal stof, en spinnenwebben. Vaatwas was kapot en stond nog vol water en bestek. Kauwgum aan de muur. 2 persoonsbed was de lattenbodem doorgezakt. Problemen gehad met de wifi.
- Christian (5/5): - Location was good, as basis to visit Phantasia land and Keulen it was great. Spacy apartment, beds were good. 2 bathrooms, towel and linen service. Toilet paper was foreseen. apartment was not really clean on arrival, there were multiple cloth from former guest below the bed. Dishwasher had dirty dishes still inside, not really a pleasant arrival. Not enough knives, forks and glasses for more then 2 people.
- Damla (9/5): - Alles war super. Lage ist Klasse. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft. Hier und da etwas staub.
- Nynke (7/5): - Locatie goed, ruim appartement en goede communicatie. Helaas was de woning niet overal even schoon, de keuken en de vloer in de woonkamer waren smerig. De slaapkamers waren daarintegen wel schoon. Een tip, koop een nieuw douchegordijn en ook gordijnen voor de woonkamer die wel breed genoeg zijn om het hele raam te bedekken. De woning is aan de dure kant en voordat geld verwacht je gewoon dat alles goed en schoon is.
