• Michael (10/5): A quality apartment, in a great location with outstanding beach views - The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped with quality utensils and equipment. The location of the apartment was excellent with great views over the beach to enable you to watch the sunrise. The car parking space is very secure and well positioned close to the lift. The water pressure of the shower in the bath was just adequate and the grab rail was loose.

• Libby (10/5): A stunning property with 10 out of 10 views - we will certainly be back. - This property was stunning - clean, well appointed, quiet, in a prime position, and with a beautiful 180 degree (plus) view of Lorne including both the beach and the town. The access to the Cumberland Resort facilities, including gym, pool and spa were an added bonus. The host's communication with us in the lead up to, and during, our stay was excellent (including advising on safety measures after the unprecedented flash flooding in the area on 15/1/26). There is nothing we didn't like.

Apartment has all facilities needed, well presented and clean. The bed was far too firm for us. I am a bit of a "princess" when it comes to mattresses and good sleep. This was the only issue that detracted from our stay.

• Ashleigh-anne (9/5): Perfect beachfront stay - Fantastic apartment kitted out for both a long or a short stay. Location was absolutely superb being right on the beachfront and being able to watch the sunrise over breakfast. Communication checking into the property was brilliant also. Would absolutely stay here again. Didn't get to use the indoor pool as overrun with kids but that may have been because it was a long weekend. Noise from the pub was very loud on Saturday night. Easily rectified with earplugs so having some available would have been a nice touch. Other than that a perfect stay.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in early. The apartment had everything you need from bathroom products, towels and pool towels. We found some squash racquets in the wardrobe but didn’t get a chance to use them. The apartment was large and homely. Good facilities within the complex. and the location is superb. A bit of noise from the Lorne pub on weekends but as to be expected. Didn’t bother us.
