• chris (5/5): - Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Very strong Wi-Fi. Very responsive friendly host A bit dirty unfortunately. Toilet & plumbing smells bad (there is no p-trap). The easy solution is to wet a towel & put over each drain. Smell home in a few minutes
• Vicky (6/5): - The apartment is very close to the train station and central for most places meaning we could do a lot on foot without any problems, kitchen was well equipped and the shower was good. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs and I was glad it was a short stay with no cases as they were not easy to climb, the main bedroom was ok but my son had to sleep on the sofa as the mattress on the bed in the bedroom with the balcony was so uncomfortable. The place overall is tidy and clean but needs attention, wallpaper coming away in several areas etc.

• Vanina Gisela (8/5): Muy bueno. - El lugar está sumamente limpio, es un apartamento muy grande y cómodo, la ubicación es perfecta, con una estación de metro justo en la esquina y muchos comercios es la misma cuadra, además de estar a pocos metros del casco histórico No me gustó enterarme al llegar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor, es una desilusión llegar cansado del viaje y tener que subir las maletas 4 pisos por escaleras. El lugar es algo anticuado, las camas son muy bajas.

• sganzerlats (9/5): Would stay again - Location couldn't have been better. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure. Faces a courtyard so wonderfully quiet. Very spacious -- I was alone but could comfortably accommodate four people. 4 floors with no lift. Furniture is a little old.
• Deborah (8/5): Good value for money - So, the apartment is located just in the centre ..very convenient and about 10mins away from Vitosha Boulevard...we have rented a car so for me it was important to have where to park it and the apartment comes with this facility free of charge..this was a plus for me. The tenants have answered all my questions and everything went well.. The apartment needs some TLC, it is a bit old but then again we only stayed for 2 nights and it fitted our purpose....

• Nedka (7/5): Красиво и спокойно място за семеен престой в самият център на София - Апартаментът е в идеалният център на София, на метри от метростанция Сердика, в близост до ключови булеварди, голям пазар, локални и вериги магазини, ресторанти и закусвални, но е тих през цялото време. Просторни стаи, безупречни санитарни помещения и добре оборудвана кухня. Чист, климатизиран, добре обезопасен, апартаментът има пералня, сешоар, вътрешен простир, ютия, допълнително спално бельо и санитарни материали необходими за нашият семеен едноседмичен престой. Наличие на бърз, безплатен интернет във всички помещения. Леглата са големи, комфортни и има плътни завеси на прозорците, за да се спи спокойно и през деня. Добре е изолиран и не се чува шумът от съседните апартаменти и стълбището. Сградата е реиновирана, добре поддържана, с обезопасен и добре осветен вход. На улицата има възможност за паркиране, но предвид динамичният трафик, е добре да се използва безплатният паркинг към апартамента, който е огромен плюс в динамичният център на София. Инструкциите за достъп до апартамента, гаража, съхранението на ключовете и употребата на климатиците са точни и преведени на български и английски език. Тони е прекрасен домакин, с който се води лесна комуникация и откликна на всичките ни нужди, което направи престоят ни като у дома. Препоръчваме Serdika Station Apartment за семейства с деца и благодарим на Тони и Вера за гостоприемството и грижите им. Апартаментът е на четвърти етаж, а сградата е без асансьор, което се компенсира от сравнително ниските стъпала и широко, чисто стълбище. На етажа нямаше работещо осветление. Ключовете за гаража, блока и апартамента не се различават, което затруднява отварянето при недостатъчно осветление. Паркингът на гаража не е в двора на сградата. Не може да се паркира на всички места, освен ако автомобилът не е SUV, защото има висок подход към второто му ниво и целият паркинг е с неравен терен. Вратата на паркингът се отваря с бутон, който се намира в кутия с код на самата врата и при дъждовно време е неприятно да се излиза от автомобила за да се отвори вратата. Добре е дистанционен фоб да се предоставя на ползвателите на апартамента, подобно на жителите използващи паркинга. Често подходът към паркинга се блокира от коли на клиенти на локалните заведения и магазини и се наложи да ги търсим лично. Важното е, че се работи за отстраняване на тези проблеми, защото наличието на апартамент в центъра на София с безплатен паркинг по прави незаменим.

Sıcak suyu akıyordu 1.Adres verdiler ama biz başka ülkeden geldiğimiz için midir bilmem 20 dakika uzakta farklı bir konum göründü. WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçip konum atar mısınız dediğimde tüm talimatları verdik diyip hiç umursanmadım. 2. Otopark için gösterdikleri yer hem çok kötü hem de evden 100m uzakta. Unuttuğunuz bir eşya için çok yürüyorsunuz. 3.Eve girdiğimde rutubet kokusu hissettim. 4. Yatak odasının çarşafında saç tellerini gördüm. 5. Çocuklarımızın yattığı yatağın çarşafı çok ses çıkarıyordu o yüzden hiç rahat yatamadılar 6.salondaki koltuklar çok rahatsızdı

• René (10/5): Absolutely Wonderful - I selected this apartment because of its location (close to subway) and its price. The neighborhood feels safe and good. I was greeted by friendly guests who were staying in the same building. The apartment is large and spotless clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything I could think of. And I was happy to discover some coffee in the kitchen cabinet. The bed is comfortable and I had a good sleep. I only stayed one night on my way to the airport, but I most definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone who is staying in Sofia for a longer period of time. Considering the price I paid, I got more then I could ask for. Thank you. I arrived late at the location and therefor the tenants gave me directions for retrieving the keys from a key safe from the wall. Figuring out how this stuff worked was a bit annoying to do, late in the evening. The directions I got were good, but it took me some time to find the address since the street is poorly lit at night.

• Stephane (8/5): Large apartment, close to city centre and public transport - Went there for a weekend in Sofia with friends, we all really enjoyed it. The apartment is large and comfy, very easy to reach with public transport from the airport, having a subway stop at maybe 2 minutes from the apartment connecting directly to the airport. Very close to the main streets and close to the city centre too, we could simply walk wherever we wanted to go, and if you want to visit further places, bus stops are close to the apartment, as well as the aforementioned subway stop. The host gave us clear and detailed information for the check in, check out, and everything we needed. I gladly suggest to book here if you are planning a stay in Sofia.
