Beware - their security cameras don't work so, should there be an incident, their security won't be aware of it neither will there be any footage or proof. Parking was an issue - there wasn't consistent allocated parking so Security had to assist with allocating parking spots on different days. The main gate sensor didn't work and smashed my vehicle on 3 April. I have been to Security and Reception multiple times to request the security camera footage and the incident report and nothing has been forthcoming. The venue is responsible for the insurance excess and they are ghosting me!

- Nadia (9/5): A pleasant stay at this hotel apartment. really enjoyed it. - clean, quiet and the staff at the reception. Nice and professional customer service. I like the room I was in. I felt safe. it was spacious and clean. I did not like the door knocking despite having the "do not disturb" sign. I understand why they had to knock though. I've been to several hotels prior to this visit and they do the same thing - just knock at the door all the time. Anyway i do really like this place and i wish them all well!

- Stephanie (9/5): Great Stay - Location was very central and safe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean and during my stay there was minimal noise. I enjoyed the things provided in the unit such as cookware, iron, washer and dryer. Towels were provided as well. The unit had 2 bathrooms but only one shower. It was still ok.

The apartments get cleaned daily. The swimming pool is great! The apartments was located centreally, within good proximity with The extractors in the bathrooms are too loud. If someone switches on the bathroom light in the middle of the night, the noise wakes everyone up.

- molefe (1/5): Sad. - I could go on about this ! It wasn’t my first stat with CAG but this specific unit was a nightmare. The room smelt like weed from the pillows right through to the couches. There was so much noise and minimal control. I barely slept during this stay because of this horrible stench in which I notified reception about and nothing was done or even an attempt to come and smell it. It was a nightmare to be honest, we slept with all windows and doors open for possible ventilation and that didn’t help much, we woke up with horrible headaches from the smell and poor sleep from the noise down stairs. Clients making noise, slamming doors and being rowdy.
- Gxr4U (8/5): Great Stay with Room for Small Improvements - Excellent staff, 24/7 security, cleanliness, and location. The apartments are spacious. It has become quite noisy at this residential complex and some guests don’t seem to have regard for others, which has affected the experience. Some basics are missing, such as a tin opener, and the cutlery feels quite old. These small improvements would make the experience even better.
