Ik heb mijn kinderen naar de balie gestuurd met de handdoeken die vol mieren zaten om nieuwe handdoeken te krijgen. De vrouw achter de balie nam de handdoeken, klopte ze buiten uit en gaf diezelfde handdoeken terug mee aan mijn kinderen. Er zaten nog steeds mieren op de handdoeken! Ik ben toen zelf naar beneden gaan, de vrouw was er niet meer. Ik heb toen nieuwe handdoeken gevraagd en spray tegen beesten. De man achter de balie heeft me nieuwe handdoeken gegeven.

I did come a few days earlier to enquire about the hotel and again his attitude was the same as per when I checked in.

• Carmen (7/5): Good - *Beds are super comfy. *Rooms, sheets and towels are clean. *There is a kettle and coffee in the room. *There is a security door: no one can go to the building without a room card. *Location is convenient and there is a 7/11 behind the hotel and many food and massage shops. *Since we arrived at 9 am, I asked the front desk I advance if they can give us the rooms as soon as they are available. The reply was that check in is at 2pm and check out at 9. When we arrived, the rooms were already available but the front desk asked for an extra 500 bhat (14$) for early check in. We paid it because we were tired. But I think he could have offered us the early check in per courtesy since the rooms were available. *Checkout at 9 am is super early. They should extend it to noon time especially that check-in is at 2pm. 5 hours to clean a room is exaggerated.

We just needed a place to keep our bags for a few hours and rest up a little and then fly back so this was just perfect, good price good proximity to the airports and the shopping malls. The host was very friendly and kind. Nothing that i can think of at the moment. Its a value for money kind of place.

• Enda (8/5): Very good - It is spotlessly clean. The linen was perfect. The room (top floor, with a view to a small neighborhood mall called Senafest, and a view of the khlong or canal that flows into the Chao Phraya) was bright and sunny. It's a few seconds from two 7-11s and two minutes from a good breakfast place (Théo's Cafe). The staff are helpful, and they communicate well online. You could walk along the canal and have a beer in the Ibis and watch the boats. Recommended.

Western, pricey supermarket across road. Bed comfortable. 3,2 in 1 coffee , water, small sponge cakes every day. No soap for hands, no tissues. 3 2 1 coffee extremely unhealthy, cups anyway too small to drink it. 2 hangers only, granted I have not asked for more. Lots of construction going on roof, they gave me a late check out in order to finish meeting. I had to insist on it, not very forthcoming. No bed lamps or lights 🤔 😕 very difficult to read with overhead lights. Not enough power sockets .

• Paul (7/5): Fairly average for the price - Staff were friendly - well some of them. Seemed to be a rotating carousel. Lifts were good and the place clean. Plenty of hot water and the bed comfortable. Close to supermarket, 7-Eleven, restaurants and massages. It is listed as a "studio" but really is a hotel room with a couple of chairs. Washing machine is shared and coin operated but when asking where to dry the answer was that the hotel was mainly for long term residents who bought their own hangers. I went to 7 Eleven and bought 10 for 50 baht! No BTS or Ferry landing close though Krong Thon Buri BTS was a pleasant enough 10 min walk.

Near by you can find a lot of nice restaurants in street food style. (Even I am as Thai - still impress) Plus, just 1 min walk-able to convenient store, a lot of room for parking, great staff support. Rarely to comment. every was good/cozy. just room is a bit old but not my problem to stay at all.

They gave us the room we requested. Self-service washing machines on site. Credit card machine wasn't working. Taxis from hotel were too expensive.

Many restaurants, massage parlors and a park near by. Laundry service a few doors down from 7-11. Air conditioner elevator and front desk area. Good wifi. Daily house keeping service with clean towels and 2 bottles of drinking water. Nice size refrigerator. Flat screen T.V. Two units of aircon, 1 for sleeping area and 1 for living room area. Good water pressure. Microwave oven and sink provided. Walking distance to Iconsiam. Maybe 20-30 minutes walk. Covered car park. Comfortable bed. Bathroom walls and grout on the tile floor are clean but management need to check periodically to make sure they get deep clean everytime guests check out otherwise it will look like other places in Thailand. Dirty and moldy grouts even the place is new. Microwave oven and sink were very dirty. This area should be clean on the daily basis along with daily house keeping. Hot water wasn't working. I notified front desk staff and staff took care of the issues right away. No plates or utensils provided. Washing machine is not inside the room. Two washing machines located outside the building under the shade right infront of the front desk. 40฿ per load. No cloth dryer. You can request for dryer rack and ironing equipment. Only 2 cloth hangers. Good thing I brought my own. Most of the hotel doesn't provide enough cloth hangers anyway. Noise from street traffic in the evening. Pillows are hard but doable. No sheet under comforter. No English cable TV, only Thai. Rug under coffee table is dirty. Better without it.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. You can walk to Icon Siam big shopping mall. Nice entrance space big enough for that area. Love the most is plenty street foods restaurants along the main road. 7/11 just walk 5 mins from hotel. If you like to travel Bangkok oldtown side this is the right location.

Appreciated the kettle, coffee and biscuit in the room, and having those + water renewed in day 2 without having to ask. A bit of a walk to reach the sky train or the river ferry but that's not bad.
