• Jana (1/5): - Poloha ubytovania, možnosť vyzdvihnutia kľúčov z boxu. Práčka a umýčka riadu. Ubytovanie nebolo čisté. Po našom príchode sme našli plesne na stenách, na roletách,oknách a v kúpelni. Vo vzduchu bolo cítiť plesne. Podlaha bola veľmi špinavá. Po našom upozornení, prišla pana na druhý den upratať,ale plesne na stenách nechala. Museli sme si kúpit vlastné prostriedky na plesne a vyriešiť to sami. Kuchyňa nie je poriadne vybavená. Málo kuchynských potrieb na varenie. A aj to čo tam je, je zničené. Poškriabané hrnce a panvice. Toustovač a rýchlovarná kanvica boli veľmi špinavé. Matrace pružinové,veľmi nepohodlné. Pružiny som mala otlačené v rebrách. Takéto zlé ubytovanie cez čistotu sme ešte zatiaľ nemali.
• Mia Andreea (9/5): It is an accommodation that I highly recommend, especially to families with children. I would come back anytime. The sta - The apartment is large, spacious. Its location is very close to the beach and quick access to shops. The most missing thing from the apartment is a coffee maker. It's not a big investment for the owner but it makes a lot of sense for tourists.

• Tatiana (9/5): - Квартира очень чистая и уютная, полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Расположение отличное — самый центр, всё рядом и в пешей доступности. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев: если возникают какие-то вопросы или проблемы, они всегда на связи и быстро помогают. Например, у нас были сложности с интернетом — мы сразу позвонили, и всё оперативно починили. На любые запросы проживающих отвечают легко, спокойно и без лишних формальностей. Проживанием остались довольны, было комфортно и приятно находиться в этих апартаментах. Есть несколько моментов, которые доставили дискомфорт. Зимой в квартире было холодно, поэтому приходилось включать кондиционеры, однако они работают очень шумно — сильно гудят, из-за чего спать с ними ночью было практически невозможно. Один из кондиционеров также не работал. Кроме того, матрасы на кроватях требуют замены — они старые и сильно продавленные, из-за этого спать на них некомфортно даже при коротком проживании. Надеемся, что эти моменты будут учтены, так как в остальном квартира имеет хороший потенциал.

• Lucian (7/5): Locație bună, dar ar fi necesare îmbunătățiri la dotări și consumabile (prosoape, curățenie, saci menajeri, inclusiv luc - Poziționare bună a apartamentului, aproape de zona centrală. În luna ianuarie a fost necesară folosirea aerului condiționat pentru încălzire, însă aparatul este foarte vechi și extrem de zgomotos. Zgomotul este constant și deranjant, imposibil de folosit pe timpul nopții — a trebuit să îl pornim doar câteva minute și apoi să îl oprim pentru a putea dormi. Ar necesita verificare sau înlocuire.

• Dana (6/5): Furnici - Aproape de plaja, apartament mare cu bucatarie echipata. Au fost foarte multe furnici, mai ales in zona bucătăriei, au intrat și prin bagaj, s-au urcat și pe canapele. Saltelele foarte rele, nu am reușit sa ne odihnim mai deloc. Multă gălăgie in jurul clădirii, mai ales in primele zile și nopți. Toaleta murdara la sosire. Am cerut pătuț pt bebe și nu am primit.

• Alexandra (10/5): Excellent place for families, for people who wish to enjoy comfort and explore the centre of Larnaka - Very comfortable and quite spaceous place, with excellent central location in Larnaka and amazing view from the terrace. Equiped with everything you might need, well maintained, clean and safe. The photos of the property are 100% realistic. Hosts were online very responsive, very helpful with recommendations for all our questions. We spent lovely couple of days in Larnaka, with daily excursions to surrounding places and beaches. During nights, in short intervals, from time to time, some noice (like generator noise) came from somewhere outside...perhaps some facility or restaurant.

• Robert (8/5): - Great location — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was easy and smooth, and everything went without any problems. The only downside was that the nearby beach could be cleaner, but overall it was a pleasant stay. There were not enough dishes or glasses, and the terrace furniture was very basic and dirty. Overall, the cleaning quality was poor and definitely needs more attention.

• Ghada (8/5): Recomended! But to have a luggage room - Its a big place! Amazing for a family of 4 or 5 with a perfect location near the beach! So satisfied The property doesn’t have a luggage room this was a bit disappointing since we paid extra to put our luggage in a safe room
• Florina (8/5): Un sejur plăcut dar deși destul de scumpă prioritatea merită câteva îmbunătățiri și mai multă atenție la detaliile care - Este un apartament aproape de plajă și destul de mare. Are o singură baie mică,saltelele și pernele sunt foarte incomode ,fără perne suplimentare.Am găsit o pernă în dulap dar era foarte murdară .Am cerut curățenie ,pentru ca am stat 10 zile ,chiar dacă era extra cost dar nu au reușit să ne onoreze aceasta cerere -au confirmat în prima fază apoi au zis ca nu reușesc să ne ajute.

Řešení problémů od majitele Při příjezdu nefunkční okno v koupelně.Dva dny skoro netekla voda, což byl velký problém a řešeno až po urgenci. Už jsme hledaly jiné ubytování. Nepohodlná postel. Terasa by šla více využít. Chybí třeba lehátko nebo pohodlnější sezení

• Anne-Rikke (10/5): Fremragende! - Dejlig stor lejlighed, der ligger helt perfekt tæt på alting og i et fredeligt kompleks. Der manglede ikke noget. Vil helt sikkert booke ingen. Dobbelt sengen havde ikke så god en madras.
• Edgars (7/5): Good - Location. Large terrace. Dirty windows and terrace glass railings. On the 1st floor of the building there is a football fan club "Larnaca Reds7". For 2 nights they made a lot of noise - shouting, beating drums and shooting firecrackers
• Rang (9/5): Great location. Easy to get to the waterfront and downtown locations. - Door Code to get into building. Then a lock box for the key. So simple even a cave man could do it!

• Nancy (9/5): Superb - The penthouse was amazing, spacious and air-conditioning was great and very breezy on the balcony. Location was perfect close to everything! Great security also. Loved it and I will definately return.
