• Trudy (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at Under the Palm and would highly recommend this apartment. - The location of the apartment was very central and provided us with a great base for the 9 nights we stayed. It was clean, fresh, nicely decorated and had all the facilities we needed and more. The beds were really comfortable and the host was excellent at communicating before and during our visit. She made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay, arrived with fresh towels during our stay even though we had a washing machine and she also gave great advice before we arrived, on how to get to the apartment from the airport. Nothing! We loved everything!

Very clean, comfortable and the host was so helpful- she even drove me to the airport at the end of my stay! I’d definitely book when I’m in the area again. The lock to the apartment was a little challenging but one of the neighbours helped me in! But that was such a small thing, everything else was perfect

The pool was not available for use which was disappointing, but our host Kat explained the builders were behind schedule and was out of her control, she over compensated us for this, and we did not let it effect our holiday!

• Bordei (9/5): Superb - When we arrived everything was clean and neat. Everything is like in the pictures. They did not have cleaning service so expect during your stay no one will come to clean, but they will provide clean towels and bedding.

It is close to the beach and restaurants, it was clean and had nice details to really feel at home. The keybox is convenient and communication with Katarzyna was quick, helpful and friendly. I would recommend everyone to stay here! -

Very close to busy sea side with plenty’s options to eat and drink. Very easy to find the studio and just opposite bus station Highly recommend the studio. Nothing that i would recommend. Everything was good!
• Mike (10/5): It’s was perfect for us, we went for 5 days, and will try and go for longer in the Summer - The property is spotless, and was prefect for a few days away. Pool was nice and loads of sun beds, was some maintenance work in the building but that’s unavoidable and probably done before it begins to get to the busier months. Good location, close enough to walk everywhere, and far enough that there’s not a lot of noise - all in all a really enjoyable stay 😎👍 Liked everything really.
• Tracy (8/5): Well appointed little apartment - The apartment is very close to the Costa Adeje bus station, so very handy. The balcony received some late afternoon sun (December) There is a pool, but I didn't go in it as the weather was cool. The apartment is clean, tidy and has good facilities. I was only staying one night, but would be happy staying longer with the facilities. The swimming pool area is a little tired, but I wasn't there to sit by the pool all day. There was a lot of refurb noise from other parts of the apart-hotel.

• Aliu (8/5): Very good - Host extremely helpful, communication great, collected us from airport, check in seamless, dropped off toiletries and towels during stay, provided local knowledge. Apartment very clean, well maintained and accommodating. Beds very clean and fresh. Pool area and communal areas cleaned daily. First level, accessed by metal staircase immediately outside door, elevator also available. Perfectly situated less than 5m from beach; Playa Las Americas minutes to the left, Costa Adeje just over 10m to the right. Across the road from bus station; air-conditioned No.40 runs daily, every 30m directly to and from Tenerife South Airport, for less than €4. Memory foam mattresses not our preference, we personally struggled to get a good night's sleep. Usually stay in bungalows when we visit, was disturbed by returning guests throughout the night, due to it being a multilevel apartment building. The complex is undergoing extensive renovations (not mentioned in write up), unable to relax around pool due to heavy drilling and building works. Access walkways and stairwells not lit during night.

• Claudiu (10/5): Excellent host and clean comfortable apartment - The hotel is situated away from busy part of town, but only 5mins away from shops and restaurants. 2 mins away from bus station and 15mins away from Siam Park. You can walk everywhere safely. Some parts of the hotel are in building and construction stage so from time to time you can hear some banging and drilling noise. But it's only during the day when usually you are on the beach.
• Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Booked under the palm but as essential maintenance was necessary, we got next doors 1 bedroom apt. Apartment was exceptional in every way. Spotless with high end furniture and fixings with added bonus on dishwasher. Toiletries available in bathroom. View of pool area, not sea but as we were at the sea every day, it didn't matter at all. Katarynza was available through WhatsApp through out our stay and replaced towels after 3 days. As no washing machine in this apt, Katarynza also offered to do it for us. She is a super host. Ponderosa hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation so there are workmen, skips, debris all over the parking areas. It didn't take from our holiday but others may not be so happy. Workmen were courteous BUT Hotel reception staff are the rudest I have ever come across. This in no way reflects on the apartment itself or our brilliant host Katarynza.
• Vikki (10/5): A fantastic stay in a modern apartment close to all amenities. Will definitely return 5* - The apartment has been done up to a high standard. It had everything you could possibly need! Air con, fancy lights in the bathroom, comfortable beds, Tv where you can connect to Netflix etc. free WiFi. Lovely spacious balcony area. Excellent check in, easy and stress free, we got early check in too! Excellent communication from the lady who owns it. Clean and spotless. Very modern. Could have done with a toaster. That’s not a negative though! As we ate out most days. Although quite partial to egg on toast in the morning! Had a great induction hob and a combo oven/grill. It’s in the ponderosa hotel, which is currently being renovated, so a few builders and work being done, but that didn’t bother us at all. Pool areas quiet and cleaned everyday. Close to all amenities, short walk to the beach. If you go out the top way it can take you over and across towards the Irish fiddler and the ginger pig etc. Across the road from the bus stop and Siam park. Great location. Will definitely return here. Thank you for a fab stay! Nothing.
