• Manuel (6/5): Degelijke kamer met verbeterpunten - - Aardige, proactieve host die snel reageert. - Prima locatie, dichtbij bus- en tramhaltes. - Fijn bed. - De kamer was schoon en opgeruimd. - In de hal tussen de gedeelde badkamer en onze eigen kamer stond een bewakingscamera. Dit maakt het verplaatsen tussen de twee kamers niet comfortabel, omdat je het idee hebt dat je constant bekeken wordt (vooral na het douchen). - Geen gootsteen in eigen kamer, waardoor je je vieze vaat moet afwassen in de badkamer. - Weinig bestek en servies. - Warme, benauwde kamer met een zwakke ventilator. - Vies bad (gelukkig wel een aparte douche). - Wasmachine die je niet mag/kan gebruiken (wellicht een tijdelijk probleem, maar toch jammer). - De WC-pot zit los van de vloer, wat de eerste keer aardig schrikken kan zijn. - Redelijk duur voor het comfort dat je krijgt. Als je van plan bent om de hele dag in de stad door te brengen, en je puur op zoek bent naar een plekje om te slapen, dan is deze kamer prima. Maar ben je op zoek naar wat meer comfort en wil je bijvoorbeeld af en toe ook thuis eten, dan schiet deze plek tekort.
• Berioska (9/5): Limpio, lugar seguro y con buen conexión - La limpieza y la distribución de espacios. Solo se alojan dos habitaciones y el baño es amplio. Tiene al lado una estación de tren que conecta bien con el centro. Quedaba un poco retirado del centro, pero con buena conexión

• Bbdddd (6/5): Passable - There is a big supermarket next to it. It was really good. The room was okay, and bathroom was big, the corridor is quiet. The check-in process is not as smooth as I expected. The host is available only during certain hours. So, you cannot leave your luggage if you come to the city earlier. It was not that easy to find the place. The mosquito in the room was really annoying. Couldn't sleep during the night. If you open the window, it is really noisy outside because the window looks to the main road. It's also a bit far from center. There is no space in the fridge, because the host has filled the fridge with different products/snacks/drinks for purchase. There was no cutlery, cooking items, and no kitchen at all. It looks like a normal apartment, but not able to cook and no kitchen seemed a bit weird to me. The city tax was quite high. 6 Eur per person per night. The host was friendly, but the room didn't reach to my expectation. Considering the money I paid, I wasn't really satisfied with it. I wouldn't really come back to this place. Sorry.
• Elijah (7/5): Affordable comfortable stay - Relatively clean and comfortable stay. Bed was quite comfortable. Check in process could have been more clear (ended up calling on WhatsApp to get let in) also is not signposted at all. Road noise is quite significant.

• Dora (6/5): Bad organisation skills - I liked that there was no one making noise on the property. The street is quite noisy, so I couldn't open the window to have fresh air. The host didn't really care that I was waiting for them to let me in even though they stated here that check-in is from 3pm. Once the lady had arrived, she said the room wasn't ready to occupy and it wasn't a last minute reservation. Additionally, when I booked I saw that everything was included in the price (even the city tax) and then later on it turned out that I still had to pay another 18eur for city tax... On top of that, there were no instructions given how to check out and so on.. I wouldn't return to this place.

• Juan (6/5): Pleasant - The host is nice and attentive. Room and bathroom were very cold and that was uncomfortable. The bathroom could be cleaned better. TV wasn't working properly, but the host fixed it.

• Matei (10/5): Solid choice if you need to spend a night or two in Florence for cheap. - Very nice clean place with everything you need for a comfortable night's stay. Host was very helpful and not intrusive at all despite this being a shared apartment. Would go again. The water pressure in the shower was sometimes lacking. On the whole though it was fine and there was always hot water.
