• Andrea (8/5): - Buena ubicación, solo que una tienda queda cerca en donde toman los fines de semana, pero de resto bien tranquilo. La limpieza podría ser mejor. Unos utensilios en la cocina estaban un poco grasosos y en el baño el cifon estaba tapado. Depronto dar cada dos dias toallas y mas facilidad en obtener toallas y cosas extras durante la estadía

Me encantó que el alojamiento tiene ascensor lo que facilita subir la bajar el equipaje, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente. El sitio lo super recomiendo. Todo estuvo bien, solo que el parqueadero es un poco pequeño lo que dificulta parquear una camioneta. Lo demás todo muy bien.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful apartment with space and comfort, and an excellent host. - The apartment is beautiful and has just about everything we need. The host is very nice, willing to help with anything we needed, and replied very quickly. He is an excellent host and deserves a 10 rating. The beds are one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on, even in high end hotels. We were comfortable sitting in the living room and it's nice to have a tv that can be seen from the living room/dining room area. Also 1 of the bedrooms has a tv and this is nice to relax with as well. Plus it's great to have 2 bathrooms. The shower faucet is very strong and excellent quality. We appreciated all of the things in the well stocked kitchen to enable us to be comfortable. The apartment looks new and feels new. Overall we would stay here again regardless of any issues. The issues are problems of the building itself, nothing to do with the owner of the apartment or host, thus not their fault. Though they are trying to fix the issues and willingly listen & respond, there are things out of control of an apartment owner when it is a building issue inherent with new buildings. We were locked out of the building twice because the door key system failed, so the host came quickly to bring us the garage door opener. Also the elevator failed once. The hot water turns on and off by the building, but we were told they're fixing that. The location problem is the roads aren't paved yet in a new neighborhood being built, so very uncomfortable to walk and had to take taxis everywhere. This will probably be fixed in about 6 months we were told. The only other recommendations are there is so much bright light blackout screens would help. And it would be nice to have an oven but if you have no intention of cooking then that's not necessary.
