• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect position, 10 minutes from the center, a lot of busses and trains to go everywhere in the city. Super clean house and the host was super nice.
• Vladimir (9/5): Great location and very high ceilings;) - Great location! Only 15 minutes away from the Opera. The host is always ready to help and very kind. Big bed with warm blankets. A little bit cold inside, but a thermostat in the room is helpful enough.
• Gabriela (3/5): Disappointment, a bit more attention to comfort would go a long way - Apart from the fact that the space was far from property cleaned (toilet seat was dirty, mirror had makeup stains), essential comforts were lacking: no extra pillows or blankets were provided, and with only a single heater, it got quite cold. No microwave, and the water heater could barely provide enough hot water for one person. You also only get 1 towel, which has never seen a fabric softener. The bathroom is ridiculously big, and at the same time the shower cabin is uncomfortably small. Wi-Fi was a major issue. There were five networks available, yet NONE OF THEM worked in the evenings, which led us to believe the connection might be shared from neighboring properties. To top it off, a cleaner attempted to enter our room at 9 AM one morning without prior notice, which felt quite intrusive. Overall, while the stay wasn't unbearable, a bit more attention to comfort and guest experience would go a long way.
• Francesco95_ (10/5): Super apartment for a nice one-week stay in Vienna - The apartment is furnished with all the needed amenities. As the title says, it's sweet and cozy. Heating was super, with an outside temperature of -5° C. Nearby, tram stop, SPAR, coffee shops and restaurants. Definitely worth the price. Suggested *****
