• José Miguel (9/5): Fin de semana mirando al mar - La ubicación, la terraza y ventanas mirando al mar. El ruido que hacía el termo hasta que el agua se calentaba. Y las instrucciones de uso del mismo, que no están claras.
• Maravillas (7/5): - La ubicacion Poca flexibilidad en la hora de la salida . El sofá cama había muchos ácaros e insectos , hemos amanecido con picaduras . Goteras en el salón en la bajada de las escaleras. Nos hemos sentido acosados a la salida, en la existencia y llamada a la puerta para que nos fuéramos.

• Princeseame (8/5): - Lo que más me ha gustado era la piscina, una pena que el tiempo no acompañara para poder disfrutarla todo lo que nos habria gustado. Las sabanas que nos dejaron para el sofá cama, era muy pequeñas.

• Phyllis (10/5): - It was a bit tricky to find the building. There is a name on the building that is visible from the main street, and that would have been helpful to include on the directions. There is a key ring with 7 keys, and only 3 needed. The door to the apartment was very tricky to enter. You have to pull the door toward you and then push it open, but we eventually got in. Really great apartment. Wish we could have stayed 2 days.

Cuando cerramos la puerta para dejar el apartamento mi hija se dio cuenta que se había dejado una chaqueta dentro, estuve escribiendo al correo que tenía del apartamento y no me han contestado el correo ni me han dado la chaqueta
• Catherine (9/5): - Le confort de l'appartement et la vue. Il faisait froid quand nous sommes arrivés, Nous avons dû mettre le chauffage en route. Il serait agréable de chauffer l'appartement avant l'arrivée des personnes.
• Liliāna (10/5): Ja vēlaties baudīt ērtības un okeānu, iesaku šo vietu! - Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Dzīvokļa otrā stāvā ir privāta terase, kur atrodas galds ar krēsliem un grils. Vairākiem dzīvokļiem ir kopējs baseins. Viss (gan terase, gan baseins, gan dzīvokļa logi) ir vērsts uz okeānu. Dzīvoklī ir divas guļamistabas un arī izvelkams dīvāns (tas gan ir izgulēts, taču sēdēšanai uz tā tas netraucē). Lai arī sākumā baidījos, ka nespēsim atrast apartamentus, autostāvvietu un atslēgas, beigās izdevās ļoti ātri un bez aizķeršanās. Es personīgi būtu priecīga par ūdeni, kafiju, tēju. Vietējais "supermārkets" bija vienkārši smieklīgs, tāpēc iepērcieties pirms iebraukšanas apartamentos.

• sergio (7/5): - El colchón era muy cómodo, está todo muy nuevo.Las vistas a la playa,ver el atardecer es precioso. Las almohadas muy incómodas, no acordes con la calidad del colchón. Por el precio que he pagado hubiera esperado que tuviera una cafetera de cápsulas y algún detalle.Calidad/precio aceptable pero no repetiría.Esta muy retirado de todo con muy pocos servicios en la zona.

• Ignacio (10/5): - Me encantaron las duchas, los almohadones, las camas, la terraza, la piscina, la barbacoa, las vistas, las persianas eléctricas, el sofá... La hora de entrada era muy tarde.

• Verónica (10/5): Repetiremos. - La piscina, la tranquilidad del sitio, además, el parking del coche … Podría estar un poco más limpio. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas porque eran más gruesas ( para mi gusto) .

• Nancy (10/5): - El duplex está muy bien. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para estar a gusto. La piscina de la terraza es pequeña pero lo suficiente para darte un chapuzon después de la playa. Las camas son muy cómodas Es tal cual lo describen. Volvería sin dudarlo Por poner una pega ...El ruido de la caldera ; que si alguien duerme en el sofá cama , el ruido es molesto

• Ellie (5/5): Lovely location and clean property, just a few basic things that were disappointing. - The house was clean and tidy. It was a nice location with a great sea view. The pool and BBQ area was nice although we didn't have time to use it. Main beds were comfortable with clean sheets, blankets and towels. Toilets were very clean and shampoo/body wash provided. The main bathroom door lock didn't work so we couldn't close the door. Most of the sinks didn't drain properly. The boiler was turned off when we arrived and when we had to turn it on to get any hot water the sound kept two of the guests up all night as they were sleeping on the living room sofa bed. It took a very long time to heat up and some guests still weren't able to have a hot shower. One of the blinds in the living room was broken. The kitchen was stocked with utilities but did not have basic things like coffee/tea/sugar. There was no toilet roll so we had to go and buy some as soon as we arrived. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but there was plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets.
• Julian (6/5): Exceptional apartment just needs easy adjustments - Your apartment is exceptional with views and cleanliness and we were considering staying longer Firstly being foreign to the area, although the satnav took us to the block we didn’t realise no 12 was the apartment block so if you put the name of your block on the booking it would be so much easier. Once a local showed us it was easy Once in, the automated signing in just didn’t work for me Also there was no welcoming book with wifi passwords so there was no tv for us Major problem is your bedding and towels We had a very uncomfortable night with cheap pillows scratchy bedding and poor towels for shower. I would recommend a better mattress for at least one bedroom Sorry to be honest but we would’ve extended our stay for 2 more days but didn’t sleep well. Your apartment is exceptional so your clients will naturally expect these easy fixes
• Maria (10/5): Beautiful view and apartment building/facilities! - Great ocean views from balcony and community pool/rooftop area. Nice new apartment with plenty of towels, washer machine, outdoor patio with ocean view, & parking garage access. The apartment was short on a few details like an automatic coffee maker (it did have a French press), a rust-free "tenderete" to dry clothes, and oven mitts. These were minor details that did not affect a wonderful stay.
• Suzanne (10/5): Private apartment with pool and spectacular views. - Beautiful views from terraces and roof top semi private pool area. Modern and spotlessly clean. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed.
• Renier (9/5): Perfect place for a relaxing time at the beach - The location is perfect. The beach is a "literally" around the corner. The sunset is amazing. The neighborhood/town is on the high-end; the area looks like a "high-class" neighborhood. The rooftop pool and porch are winners. Lastly, there are several grocery stores and quality restaurants. Unfortunately, the beach near the property is closed due a sewage leakage; and it has been closed since April. We had to drive 5 mins to Playa Las Redes. This was not a big deal and definitely not related to the property, but worth calling out - so plan accordingly.
