• anthony (5/5): This could be a nice apartment, but needs a little help and attentive work by the owners. - not applicable what this place is decent bedding, this means protector bedding and proper sheets, proper duvet covers to fit the appropriate beds. Decent towels would have been nice and at least decent tea-towels. And of course the tv licence expired and wasn't available so we were without tv for 7 seven nights.

• Montserrat (10/5): “ Relax con vistas al acantilado de Los gigantes” - Ubicación inmejorable, las vistas, la tranquilidad..Y hecho de que está a dos minutos del centro del pueblo con multitud de ofertas de restauración. No puedo decir que haya habido algo mejorable.
• Anthony (8/5): Nice Apartment with Good sea views, and well located. - The property is very well located for all amenities, including restaurants , bars shopping etc. it’s a very quiet area which is an added bonus, the apartment also offers good sea views and the surrounding area. Facilities are okay, and as per the specifications.the agents (Paramount Holidays) were extremely helpful during our stay. I think one of the downsides is the old model TV which offers only German speaking channels, and isn’t a “Smart” model, could do with updating. All other facilities were fine.
• John (5/5): Disappointing for above reasons - Weather and proximity to town Bedding;light bulbs;patio door lock not working from inside;limited TV channels;no visitors guide in English This was not the apartment which we originally booked
• Pam (6/5): Pleasant - It was generally clean and had a good washing machine and nice iron. On entering the property there was a strong smell of drains/ and or sewage. This smell was apparent in one bathroom for the entire stay and was completely unpleasant. In the kitchen there were ants Crawling up the walls. There was no main light in one of the bedrooms. We were unable to get thevTV working. The ironing board cover was broken and needs replacing. In the bathroom with the large shower the head was not fixed and slid down all the time whilst trying to shower. One sunbed on the terrace was broken. We bought some glue to try and fix it but we're unable to do so.⅞
• Anthony (5/5): Good location, lack of communication between those managing the property and the customers - The property was well located, unfortunately there was an awful lot of building work taking place outside the apartment, which was from 0730 till 4pm daily. There was no parking as the work prevented any private parking. There was probably inadequate kitchen utensils had 4 persons been staying. The television described as a flat screen was old and did not support any English speaking programmes. Not enough sun-beds had 4 people been staying.
• Catherine (1/5): Extremely stressful and disappointing - The view and terrace The man who met us told us we could park outside and next morning we had a parking ticket for 100 euros. He didn't tell us the nearest pool was closed and that there was another one. We therefore assumed there was no pool as the one in the pictures was cracked. There were roadworks outside in the street every day starting very early. The pavement outside was broken and access to the apartment was difficult, noisy and dirty. We should have been informed about this so we could cancel. When we complained about the parking ticket, Agostin, the manager of Paramount holidays told us he had called the car company and they had cancelled the ticket. This was not true as we discovered when we took the car back, but then it was impossible to pay the ticket at a bank. I had to scan the ticket to my sister in Spain, who was able to pay it at a Caixa bank in cash! Otherwise the fine would have gone up to 200 euros. Our stay in this apartment was extremely stressful and the information we were given was not only wrong but actively misleading. Terrible customer service from Paramount Holidays. Shame on you
• Dominik (9/5): Perfect location & stunning view from the terrace - The apartment have an absolutely stunning view from the large terrace. We enjoyed every moment spent on it. Inside there was enough room for 2 couples, also the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a very good contact with the host, who was very helpful with solving the issues. The water pressure after our arrival was very low, but the problem was solved the next day. There is a road construction at the apartment street, so parking was not allowed there after 8AM, but we were just leaving our car in some other places across Los gigantes so it was not a big issue for us. The beds could been more comfortable.
• Faye (1/5): 30/10/23 - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A BOOKING IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. See below for explanation - Well located. Just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Beach and port are 5 mins walk away where there are some nice bars/restaurants. The views from the terrace are stunning. We were very unlucky. The entire road outside the apartment was being dug up. Work started at 7.30am. Diggers, pneumatic drills, the lot. As a result of the works which included updating water pipes, we had no water pressure (impossible to shower in a dribble) and a strong smell of sewage from the bathrooms. Paramount holidays offered to relocate us but at two completely unsuitable residences so we had to find alternative accommodation on our own. As a final insult, Paramount charged us for the 1 night we stayed plus €90 cleaning charge. We were there less than 24 hours, had considerable disruption and extra expense and have yet to receive the partial refund. Oh, and the beach was completely closed due to concerns over rockfall from the works.
• Vera (8/5): relaxing - 1 the invincible sea view, large balcony 2 the property provide a bottle of water, we have not been told the tap water could not be drunk in Tenerife 3 beautiful black sand beach in walking distance, lots of restaurants near by 1 the swimming pool is shared with other guest , photos was misleading , I thought the property has own private pool, otherwise I should stay at another apartment with similar setting with EUR 300 cheaper for 7 nights. The swimming pool shown is the photos is deconstruction, has to go to the other one but lots of guest , I only swam once during 7 nights period. 2 Road in front of the property is underconstruction, lots of dirts , NO where to park except you have to pay the expensive car park at least EUR 17 per night. 3 water leakage in the kitchen, the host fixed it after one day ( ok) 4 late check in ( 10pm at night ) property want to charge EUR 40, but we did not pay as we never know this policy 5 ONLY 2 rolls of tissues for 3 persons for 7 nights, we have to buy on our own 6 Tab water cannot be drunk in Tenerife, , but we did buy enough bottle of water at night,
