• Aleš (8/5): - Quite new hotel, looks good. Unlimited drinking water is available. Sutthisan area is not a tourist centre, but you can experience real Thai feeling more than in Sukhumvit, it is quite convenient when you learn what is where around. The hotel is 10 minutes from MRT Sutthisan. It is OK in dry weather without a luggage. AC was broken, we had to move to a different room. A

• Manesh Bandara (9/5): Peaceful place to stay with very good privacy and entertainments around - Specious rooms, quiet area and there are good bars, massage and continent stores near by. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are friendly. The lobby floor is one level up from Ground and you need to take a lift. This also means, with your room key, you can go to the room floors without having to go thru lobby. The egg station during breakfast is very good with lot of things in Menu. I liked the pan fried eggs and egg benedicts more than any other places Situated in a residential areas and my view was just another house across road. A small indoor pool, but still good enough. I would like to see bit more varieties in breakfast buffet.

• Tom (6/5): Good spot but faulty gym equipment - Good location near 7 eleven and a coffee shop / bar on hotel site. The MRT was a short walk too. Staff very pleasant too. The room was nice and shower was ok too. The running machine kept stopping on me so I couldn’t get a proper workout done while there. I informed the staff but nothing seemed to be done about it. Just service the machine or buy new as if you state you have a gym I expect everything to be in working order

• Ckon O'Sullivan (10/5): - Check-in was very easy and fast — the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cosy, perfect for a short stay. The location is convenient with plenty of dining and transport options nearby, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. Good value for money — I would definitely stay here again. I also want to give a special shout-out to the doorman for helping us so much during our stay; he even went out of his way to assist us, which made a big difference. Our favorite feature of all was the cocktail bar at the front — the drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was incredible. Will definitely be back again for sure. Nothing at all

• Imelda Joy (7/5): Good quiet location. Away from the buzz - The staff were warm, the manager personally helped me day 1 when i didnt have sufficient money to pay cab. For that am super grateful. My mattress cover was super dirty with so many stains and the duvet as well. The bedsheets anf the inserts were clean but the mattress cover and the actual duvets not clean at all. They should invest in stain removal cleaning agents. Also maybe make the windows tinted from outside. I checked in stripped, then started unpacking only to see the next block neighbour wave those like we can see you!!!!i hope i gave them a good show😂😂😂

• serpil (8/5): Fijn hotel met een goede ligging - Kamers zien er modern uit, schoon ruimtelijk. Aanradertje Het water van de badkamer loopt niet weg. Er hangt een bepaalde geur in de badkamer.

Functional and fast elevators. Concierge services. There is a 7-11 just across the street. Not too much street noise in the room. Noise of the AC system in the lobby and restaurant areas.

Cependant la conciergerie de l'hôtel à tendance à être intrusive, vous demande combien de temps vous restez dans l'hôtel en vous proposant un circuit pour visiter plusieurs sites touristiques à maintes reprises, lorsque vous refusez l'attitude durant le séjour devient désagréable.

• Arthur (8/5): Voor de prijs een goede optie - Prijs/kwaliteits verhouding, de lobby waar je lekker kon zitten en eventueel werken. Dramatisch slechte safe waarvan de toetsen het niet goed deden. Het ontbijt was saai en telkens hetzelfde. Er was een koffiemachine die erg traag was. Geen trappen.

• Barry (1/5): Bad Customer Service - Location to where my business occurred Dirty room floors; noise from other rooms on floor; the smell of cannabis throughout the night. Chose highest floor to have minimum noise but upon check in I was told that construction renovations to room next to mine would occur at 0800. Then, why assign me to that room? My biggest problem was with Booking.com that auto defaulted my reservation to March 6 instead of March 2. Didn't notice until confirmation. No phone access to customer service and the AI communication simply changed reservation and charged more. After this message I will uninstall booking.com app and no longer use it's services. I will inform all social media contacts to inform followers of the terrible customer service and charging tactics. In July 2025 i was charged for a taxi from BKK to Pattaya. But my ride wasn't there when I deplaned and went through customs. My complaint was NEVER addressed. Very unresponsive company when complaints occur.
