• Corey (1/5): I want my money back - Filthy house dirty bed sheets and towels we actually slept in our car out the front asked for host to bring clean towels and bed sheets the bed sheets she brought over were just as dirty as what was on it Clean bedding and clean house
• Simon (1/5): Double booked - The accommodation had been double booked so we couldn't stay there. We have not been able to get a refund as the owner won't confirm that we couldn't stay in the property.
• Al (1/5): I was left without Accommodation due to the owner allowing it to be TRIPLE BOOKED she was RUDE AND ABRUPT I - NOTHING AND I WANT A REFUND ASAP THIS HAPPENED 7 DAYS AGO SO WHY HASNT MY $480 BEEN RETURNED TO ME ???? I didn’t get to stay there because it had been TRIPLE BOOKED
• Alexander (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! - The only good thing about this place was that it was already unlocked and waiting for us. The place was absolutely filthy, including surfaces so disgusting we didn't want to touch them. Sheets, blankets and towels had clearly not been washed and were soiled and stained. There were hairs and grime all over the bathroom - it's difficult to describe how filthy this place was. We opted not to have showers, and we stayed only one of two nights we paid for because of the dirt. There were no kitchen supplies or amenities, not that you would want to use the kitchen. Just two forks and one spoon, and a random bottle of floor cleaner. No sponge, dish soap, hand soap, etc. We didn't even look for pots and pans because everything was so unsanitary. The second "bedroom" was a couple of mismatched single "mattresses" on the floor in the kitchen, just outside the one proper bedroom. I'm not sure if they were foam cushions or what, but they were two different heights. They were topped with a dirty pile of blankets, some bed pillows, and a couple of couch cushions. The person who was going to use that "bed" opted to sleep on one of the sofas instead. The host was also filthy, unkempt, and incredibly confused. She had trouble remembering who I was, despite having had three phone conversations with me in six weeks. (Her appearance and disoriented demeanor made me wonder if she needs assistance from social services; I'm not sure she's looking after herself very well.) She had accidentally double-booked the house and told us that it was our job to inform the other renters. (We declined.) The place was also pretty far from town, up a steep and winding road, and really hard to find. Do not take this review as an exaggeration! When I read reviews this bad, I sometimes assume it's from a competitor or someone who holds a grudge against the property owner. Not this time! I have no other association with the property except wanting to visit this beautiful piece of the Australian countryside.
• Cara (1/5): Highly recommend you DO NOT stay here - There wasn't a thing I liked about this place. When I turned up the host came over trying to tell me I only booked for my self and wanting more money. The place was filthy dirty. 1 towel for 5 people dirty sheets dirty cutlery ect. And when I left the host accused me of stealing a painting (I didn't take anything from this disgusting place) called the police on me and tried to get $6000 through booking.com.
