• elvira (7/5): - Tutto bene, la zona e la struttura molto tranquilla. Ottimo il rapporto con il portiere. Casa accogliente.. Due letti matrimoniali molto comodi.. Non abbiamo usufruito delle fette biscottate messe a disposizione (colazione non dovuta da parte loro). La pisizione vicina alla metro e alla funicolare. Unica pecca il bagno cieco... La metro vicina purtroppo chiude alle 3 del pomeriggio. Quindi bisogna prendere la funicolare e prendere l altra linea. Peccato però che l ultima corsa della funicolare è alle 21.50. Calcolate bene gli orari prima di spostarvi. Noi abbiamo camminato molto la sera prima di poter rientrare.
• Guest (6/5): Sconsigliato - Posizione ottima e zona sicura, probabilmente gli unici punti positivi. L’appartamento è spazioso ma avrebbe bisogno di diversi miglioramenti, a partire dalle pareti che andrebbero ritinteggiate: lo stato attuale non trasmette un senso di pulizia in quanto sporche. La pulizia generale è stata deludente: gli asciugamani non erano puliti, le federe dei cuscini risultavano scucite, doccia e sanitari sporchi, così come i pavimenti, le pareti, il piccolo frigorifero e persino il portasapone sul lavandino. Inoltre, i proprietari non sempre si sono mostrati disponibili, dato che non ho ricevuto risposte a tutte le domande relative al soggiorno.

• PREMORI (10/5): Eccellente - Struttura accogliente e pulita. Appartamento all'interno di uno stabile con sorveglianza h24. Situato in uno dei quartieri più esclusivi e facoltosi della città. Linea metropolitana a pochi metri. Centro di Napoli raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti percorrendo strade ricche di negozi. Tutto perfetto. Grande disponibilità del proprietario.
• Min (4/5): Okay if you just want to spend a night here. - It was an okay place to stay in two nights When we entered the property the cistern was leaking as we used the bathroom, however this quckly sorted by the plumber. But we were told we couldn't use the shower on full power as the drain woudl block - the bathroom did get wet very quickly and the shower cubicle was tiny. When I attempted to contact the hosts after booking I did mention we were English speaking and when they booked our pizza mking class they failed to tell the evnue about this. They also told us it would be £70 in total (I ha to google translate every conversation) but in fact it turned out to be per person. The venue did not have a translator and therefore the expereince was probably not worth that amount - even though they did do everything to make it enjoyable and got a translator over a video call. If you are here for the night to put your head down it's okay. They provide cutlery and crockery but there is no small kitchette to actually wash up except at the batroom sink but the bathroom was always wet due to the drain.
• Elsy M. (7/5): Warm, attentive host. Great location. - The location was very good: out of the sketchy Naples neighborhoods, next to an area where there were many stores (including high end stores). It was near to the sea, which could be reached by walking. It is possible to walk to downtown as well. It is also very close to one of three funiculars to Vomero, which was great (except the day it was not working)! The apartment can be reached from the train station via Line 2 of the train, which is not part of the metro system and needs a separate ticket. The owner was very attentive and helpful—he gets a 10+! He received us at the last minute (we booked the day or night before) and had 6 bottles of water for our group of three—which were greatly appreciated. He responded to our complaing about the shower drain being clogged, and resolved the matter quickly. He also came to the apartment to helps us, since the power went out aroun 10 pm. The electric system does not seem to support both AC units going and the electric tea kettle, so just a heads up. The check in process and access to the apartment were very smooth. The building has a 24 hr guard at the main entrance, which is very nice, The apartment is in a residencial building—this is not a hotel. The windows in the bedrooms were large and could be opened fully for ventilation and natural light. The AC worked flawlessly. The bathroom was not clean. The bottom of the shower curtain was moldy. The shower curtain was so long that it blocked the shower's drain. The shower was too small, and the bathroom was quite cramped. There was mold behind the sink—I think this is a design flaw, since the faucet is way too close to the edge of the sink, and the sink sits on an MDF piece of furniture: it is very easy for water to get splashed outside of the sink and damage/mold the MDF. It was our mistake when we booked, but if you need a kitche/ette, this is not the place. There is only a small fridge, and a coffee maker. There were plates and silverware in a closet in the hallway, which was a interesting. My suggestion would be to eventually transform the "living room" area into a kitchenette. I would also suggest paying more attention to details, like painting, furniture, and etc, which would make the place look more polished and professional. One thing I learned during this trip is that apartments may not get cleaned right after a guest leaves, like hotels do. We booked the apartment at the last minute (the night before), and notified the host that our arrival was at 3 pm. When we arrived, the place was not ready at all. We were told to return until 9 pm so the cleaning could be done. My parents were not thrilled at all, since they were hoping to rest. Ww were able to leave our luggage in the meantime. I would suggest that anyone renting an apartment should have it fully clean/ready as soon as a guest leaves, whether or not they expect a guest later that day.

• Isabella (1/5): Bad - The location was good, except for the noisy bar nearby which was noisy late at night The bed sheets were old and worn and crumpled, the towels were damp, and there were no kitchen facilities as advertised, e.g. no sink to wash cups. The coffee machine did not make drinkable coffee The bathroom was substandard, there was no door on the shower and the toilet did not flush properly. Altogether it is not a suitable property for rental
• Giulia (10/5): Great value place - Kea home is the perfect spot in the perfect location! Good space, excellently clean, perfect location to stay in Naples. Communication with owner was smooth and friendly, I would definitely go back! Nothing not to like about this apartment. It was exactly what we signed up for with no bad surprises.
• Smarthutza (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe and it’s just a 20-minute walk to the city center. Plus, the beach is only a quick 5-minute stroll away—perfect for those sunny afternoons by the sea. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his willingness to store our luggage after check-out, since our flight was late in the evening.
• Brunar (8/5): It is a great place and comfortable mattresses. The check-in was later than expected. - Very comfortable beds and pillows, great place, location and wi-fi. The cleaning could be improved. The shower box is too small and needs regular maintenance in the shower drain. Also, the toilet paper wasn't repositioned during our stay. We had to buy it in the market.
• Shirley (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was clean and comfortable and in a nice location. The bedrooms were decently sized and had a connecting door in addition to hallway doors. This was good for us as we have young children who stayed in one of the rooms. There is not a traditional living room, probably more like a large foyer and no kitchen but that was fine for us It's definitely not sound proof as stated but we weren't too bothered by the noises as people were waking by outside the doors or the closing of doors to other places.
