• Aleksandar (9/5): It was great and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. - It was neatly located and the apartment itself was very well and tastefully furnished. The only issue I could find if any were the steep stairs. It's not exactly ideal for elderly individuals.

• Szep (8/5): Very good - I really enjoy the check out flexibility. The owner was really kind and gave us a late check out. Comfort of the bed was great. You have everything. We liked the coffee machine that was a huge plus for us. It is nice that there is a washing machine, we have not use it, but is a plus. For cleanliness I would go with a 7.5. Easy access to metro station and 20 minutes walking to Milano dome. We did not like the noise. The ground floor flat is in an interior courtyard and the neighbor are really noisy slamming the doors. The other problem that we had was the heating because the flat was cold. The heating boiler was starting from 3 to 3 minutes and that is reallyyyyyyyy annoying because is a little bit louder. When we arrived there were 18 C and after 2 days got to 20C. The cold was getting in from the entrance door so it was impossible for the boiler to heat that space. Over all that was the biggest inconvenient. Small spaces around bed so if you are a bigger person I don't recomand this flat. Drainage problems on the shower, and a little cleaning also in that area could make the difference.

• Humairah (9/5): Cute stay, would recommend for young people! - The unit looks exactly as the photos on the listing! There were hearing bars in the toilet and living room so it was not so cold for us. The unit was decorated nicely and the host provided very clear instructions for self check in with a virtual key. There was a washer but not a dryer and a clothing rack was provided. Location wise was quite from train station but walkable (for young people) to many attractions in Milan such as the Duomo and the Via Montapoleane area for luxury shopping! Location was quite far from Milan train station. We took a taxi which cost us about 15 euros for a 10 minutes drive as we had luggage when we arrived in Milan. The steps leading up to the bed were quite steep so my husband and I lost our footing a few times. Got to be really careful - not suitable if you have young children. There is a small gap underneath the main door so if you are at the kitchen area it can be quite cold. There was a difficult neighbor who could not speak English and scolded us in Italian when we wanted to dispose the rubbish at the chute area. Wished that neighbor was nicer knowing we are not permanent residents of the property! Taxis were difficult to get outside the so you will need to call for an Uber via the app when you are flying back home.
