- Celine (7/5): - Very good location in the city center! There is a boiler for hot water. We were with 4 guests and at some point we had to wait a very long time for hot water even we did not showered for a long time. The 1 person beds are very hard and small.

- Serda (8/5): A comfy stay close to Gran Via - The location was perfect. We looked for some water in the flat when we arrived. You could have left a bottle of water for the guests. Also just two coffee capsules were not enougb for 3 people staying for 4 nights. Toilet papers were also not enough again for 4 nights. I think you should be more generous with water, coffee and toilet paper. All the rest was perfect.

- Ana (8/5): Escapada genial - Excelente ubicación, el apartamento amplio y bien equipado. El sistema de apertura es muy cómodo. En general una opción genial. El sofá es algo incómodo y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido.

- Rosa (9/5): Para volver... - La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y el apartamento está muy bien comunicado con una parada de metro justo al lado. El trato también ha sido genial, nos faltaba un juego de toallas y nos lo facilitaron sin problema. El apartamento es un poco oscuro pero para hacer turismo en Madrid no es un inconveniente ya que la mayor parte del tiempo estábamos fuera. La única pega que puedo poner, por decir alguna es la escasez en el detergente de fregar, rollo de cocina y papel higiénico, para una estancia de 5 noches ha sido insuficiente. No obstante, supera con creces la comodidad y lo confortable. Repetiría encantada.

- Sandra (7/5): - Ubicación y tal cual todo como aparece en las foto El calentador no funcionaba, no salía agua caliente. No nos pudimos duchar.
- Yomaira (7/5): - La ubicación El día que llegamos estaban realizando arreglos al calentador y se les demoro mas de lo previsto, razón por la cual no pudimos descansar en el momento en que lo necesitábamos porque los arreglos terminaron tarde y finalmente no tuvimos agua caliente a pesar que les informamos que no estaba funcionando el gua caliente también las personas que arreglaron dejaron elementos de aseo sucios y se les informo pero tampoco fueron a organizar, lastima porque el lugar es agradable esta muy bien ubicado y nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check in.

Au calme côté cour et pas côté rue. Manque d'un minimum de condiments pour la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile) pour pouvoir cuisiner sur place. Pour quelques jours c'est dommage de devoir acheter une grande quantité en supermarché.

- Oscar (7/5): It was generally a good stay for our 3 days in Madrid. Solid 3 star (out of 5) property. - Well laid out for a family of five. Good location, spacious interior, well decorated and furnished. The interior is functional and clean but very dated. The exterior is extremely dated. Very dark hallways with manual light switches with timers. The water heater of the property stopped working making us late and without showers for one of the days. The building is in the middle of “asian block”; which my kids loved but it’s good for others to know.
