Guest Reviews
- Rusanu (10/5): - Excellent location, very friendly and helpful host.. Top communication The place was great. Thank you Tutto bene!
- Anatoliy (9/5): Excellent historical location, large apartment. - Excellent historical location, three-minute walk to the supermarket. Good-sized apartment with large rooms and a bathroom. Marco was very friendly, and he supplied us with an electric iron and an ironing board, as we had asked before our arrival. When we arrived on the first day, he left us water and wine in the fridge and a little something to eat for breakfast. On the last day, he allowed us to stay until 5 pm without extra charge, as our plane was not until after 8 pm. The shower room was not very well cleaned, there was dust on the windowsills and all the furniture, probably because it is still in the process of renovation. There were things from the owner in the apartment, and we could only use one half of the wardrobe because the other half had his clothes in it. There were drawers and a cabinet with his things in the bathroom, and there were also some chests of drawers with the owner's things in the flat. The bedding was clean but old and worn, and there were old covers on the beds and sofa. Some parts of the walls in the apartment were cracked and almost falling apart, and there was no silicone in the shower room, with water spilling out of the shower cabin. Also, there were only five hangers in the wardrobe, which is not enough for a large family. I hope these remarks will help Marco correct and fix these issues, but in general, everything was not too bad.
- David (9/5): Superb - In an old apartment block in a quiet alleyway but close to the restaurants, bars and tourist attractions of Spaccanapoli. Also convenient for the railway station and for ferries to Procida and Capri. Although our first impression of the neighbourhood and the building was that it was gritty, we found the interior of the apartment smart and comfortable, and our host was very welcoming. The Spaccanapoli district is edgy, but has a liveliness that grows on you, and the apartment offered both convenience and a pleasant plafe to escape from the chaotic hustle and bustle of Naples.
- Shirley (8/5): Short trip - Location was in the heart of the old town. It was clean, and had everything needed. Host was great too communicate with and gave us lots of info.
