• Costandia (5/5): Unpleasant constant noise with neighbours and put in the tables and chairs out all night above your head from 3 o’clock - How close it was to beach and local supermarkets and shops , restaurants The apartment was not as fully described, air conditioning in only one room living room, and you can’t leave it on cause you have to be empty a 10L water bottle every hour-hour half , cleanest of apartment was not to a 8.6 rating , could use bath till I clean it, which took three days, booking.com was not helpful at all while I was in this apartment with the concerns about the apartment,plus these a old none work fridge freezer in living room , kitchen sink wasn’t clean plus no privacy in the conservatory plus very hot , and the owner was not helpful or concerned , I ended coming back three days earlier, if I could have got flights earlier I would have
• Sabrina (10/5): - Un apartamento excelente, ubicado a solo 3 minutos de la playa Gran Playa y muy cerca de restaurantes, terrazas y supermercados. Limpio, espacioso y bien equipado (lavadora, cafetera exprés), y el anfitrión nos recibió con agua y cerveza, un gesto muy agradable. El aparcamiento gratuito en la calle es una gran ventaja. ¡Nos sentimos muy bien y lo recomendamos con confianza!
• Florin (10/5): - We admit we were a bit worried at first because of the comments about insects, but it seems the issue has been completely resolved – we didn’t experience any inconvenience at all. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, freshly aired out, and the furniture looked newer than in the photos. It was clear that improvements had been made. The air conditioning is only in the living room, as mentioned in the description, but it was enough to keep a comfortable temperature throughout the space. Overall, we felt very good here and we definitely recommend the place! None

Llegamos tarde, cuando la tienda cercana ya estaba cerrada, pero en la nevera nos esperaban agua y cerveza de parte del anfitrión – ¡un pequeño gesto que se agradece mucho! La comunicación fue excelente: todo claro desde el principio, check-in fácil y sin complicaciones. La ubicación es práctica, el apartamento está bien equipado (incluida cocina completa) y nos sentimos seguros. No incluye desayuno, pero para nosotros fue una ventaja – nos organizamos a nuestro ritmo. Lo recomiendo con confianza, sobre todo por la hospitalidad auténtica y la atención a los detalles. Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• Eleonora (10/5): Very clean and comfortable! - Passing through Santa Pola, it was great to find this appartment. Very easy to access as there are no stairs before getting to the elevator. And it was a great surprise to see that there was a kids dining high chair. It is located in the best area of the town and yet it is a quiet area, so great to have a break and relax. Self Check-in was easy and quick. Definitely a place that I would like to return to and stay longer.
• Aurel (10/5): Exceptional - I had a short business trip, alone. Personally, I don't go to the beach, which is very close and looks very good, but I made full use of the restaurants located in the marina right in front of the block. Also a very large supermarket in the basement of the block next door. Another plus is that I didn't have to stand behind anyone when arriving or leaving, self check in is done. RECOMMEND!
