• Martina (4/5): - Die Größe der Wohnung, Einrichtung optisch schön. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, kleine Espressomaschine vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck... hochwertige Handtücher. Gartenbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit. Einkauf, Ärzte fußläufig zu erreichen. Abwicklung problemlos, freundliche Ansprache. Vernachlässigung der Einrichtung und Funktionalität: Siebe an Wasserhähnen, Duschtür, Ausguss nicht angenehm. Abzug Bad vollkommen zugesetzt, optisch seit Ewigkeiten nicht gekümmert. Schimmelstockflecken an der Wand im Schlafbereich - geht gar nicht. Matratzen total durchgelegen, unerholtes schlafen. TV Fernbedienung leere Batterien - kein Ersatz vorhanden. Trotz des optisch positiven Spontaneindrucks, wird man schnell auf den Boden der Tatsachen geholt und ist leider nicht erfreut.
• András (5/5): Egyszerű, olcsó, rövid tartózkodáshoz megfelelő. - Szuper helyen van, kellemes volt a klíma, a felszereltsége rendben volt. Az egyik ágyrács nem volt ép, így egy felnőttet nem bírt el, sok hangya mászkált.

• Thomas (2/5): Leider enttäuschend. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht den Tatsachen - Die Lage ist gut, es gibt einen kleinen Garten und es ist günstig und halbwegs sauber. Küche, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sich um einen Tag verschoben (Tag wurde nicht gut geschrieben), da die Zimmer laut Reinigungskraft nicht fertig waren. Nur 3 Betten vorhanden. Das 4. Bett war eine Luftmatratze Keine Heizung, kein WLAN.

• Boris (10/5): Great apartment with a lot of space, neat and cosy. - I loved all the space available. Nice and cosy apartment. Great to sit at the couch and turn on tv and watch sports. The lightbulb in the bathroom stopped working.

• David (1/5): DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL KIDS!!! - Calm location the owner promised baby crib via WhatsApp and nothing was prepared. When we moved one bed to set up we found out the big mold on the wall, so we left this apsthment one day earlier and send complaint to booking.com
• Serhii_ua (3/5): The shock is hard to describe in words - Overall, I only liked the apartment’s location in relation to Vienna. The apartment’s coordinates were inaccurate, as was the address provided. The building is actually located a few hundred meters earlier on the same street. As a result, picking up the key turned into a bit of a quest. But the real surprise came later. Upon entering the apartment, it turned out that it hadn’t been cleaned at all — or at least, in my opinion, some minimal cleaning may have been done, but there was dog hair everywhere, including on the beds. Some of the bed linen had clearly already been used. So instead of relaxing, we had to spend two hours cleaning the place ourselves. The host was very slow to respond to messages, and everything took a long time. There was no Wi-Fi password provided, and we only received it late at night. We were in the mood for a relaxing holiday, so we tried to overlook these issues — but the overall impression of Austria was unfortunately spoiled.
