Interneta pieslēgums - ātrs. Mājai ļoti prasās pēc atsvaidzinoša remonta, kaut vai tikai pārkrāsot sienas, pagalmu vajadzētu sakārtot. AC temperatūru nav iespējams mainīt. Bet to visu atsver cena.
• Kathleen (3/5): Not worth what we paid - It was a better deal than the hotels in the area, clean inside and a safe feeling neighborhood. It says quaint and cozy but it is more like a college boys frat house. The lawn is not mowed, the trash is not taken out, there are unwatered still potted plants in a neglected garden bed to be and that's just the front yard. There are poorly covered patches on the walls, forgotten traces of old parties stuck to the walls and ceiling, the fridge door handle was missing and ripped window screens. The AC never worked and we were not allowed to adjust it. When we messaged they tried to make it our fault it wasn't cooling because we had tried to set it lower. The house never got cooler than 26.5°C, it was cooler outside. We tried opening windows but despite them being aware that the temperature could be a problem there were no fans in the house and it made no difference.
• Kathleen (6/5): - Close to what we needed and affordable We had no control of the AC and the house was set at 27°C. The grounds were clearly not cared for.
• Reinhard (7/5): - The check-in and check-out processes were seamless (self check-in). The instructions were clear. All the appliances worked. The house is very close to the go station, which takes you right downtown. There are lots of stores nearby and the movie theatre and mall are within 15 minutes drive. The house definitely needs some updating and touchups. I would have scored higher if not for this. The beds in the two bigger rooms are comfortable, but the one in the smaller roon isn't. There is no microwave. The neighbours were really into their greenery, if you know what I mean - nothing some air freshner can't fix.

• Shrijan (1/5): Our stay was a nightmare due to unbearable karaoke and loud music until 2 AM, leaving our family, especially the kids, u - We like the location of the property, it is located centrally where we wanted to be. Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The property consists of stairs leading to a unit with tenants residing downstairs, and the noise from karaoke and loud music was unbearable, lasting from 10 PM to 2 AM. Despite calling the host, Booking.com, and even 311 during the night, we received no assistance. I understand host wasn’t available at the middle of the night, and we didn’t saw the emergency number written in a diary, we just called and texted host using what was shared from booking.com, but this should have never happened in the first place if you are hosting a short term rentals you need to make sure your tenants are fully aware of the guest living upstairs and the problem noise would cause in the middle of the night. The loud music made it impossible for our small children to sleep, which turned the entire experience into a nightmare. The host only responded to our calls and messages the following morning, claiming the noise issue would not happen again. However, we were unable to stay another night after the terrible experience. We paid over $458 CAD for our stay but only received around $142 CAD as a refund from Booking.com, as the host refused to provide any further reimbursement. It’s frustrating to have wasted over $300 CAD on such an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property to families or anyone who values a peaceful environment. If you don’t want to endure karaoke and loud music into the early hours, avoid this place entirely.
