• Silvia (7/5): Media qualità - Ottima la posizione vicina a fermata metro Osmanbay, con negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentile e disponibile. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Ho trovato cose sotto al letto quando sono arrivata. La colazione è servita solo dalle 8.30, un po' tardi per un hotel che ospita anche persone che vanno per lavoro..

• Svetlana (10/5): - Отель понравился. В старом здании, старинная лестница, лифт из 60-70х, мебель я бы даже антикварной назвала, реально из дерева в стиле прованс. В номере чисто. Есть холодильник, чайник, фен, сейф. Очень небольшое пространство, для одного нормально. Главные козыри отеля- люди, в нем работающие и местоположение. Заселилась в субботу, весь вечер пробовала турецкую еду на этой и смежных улицах. В локанту рядом с отелем не попала-там огромная очередь. В улице обменник, но он был закрыт, курс не могу сказать. Замечательно добираться из аэропорта: пешком по указателям на метро, это линия М11, до конечной Gayrettepe примерно час. Пересадка на М2 по указателям понятна, от выхода на станции Osmanbey квартал вверх и направо. Одиночному путешественнику надо бродить по улицам, заглядывая в разные интересные уголки, а потом надо хороший матрац, горячую воду, горячий чай и доброе слово. Все это отель предоставляет. Рекомендую.
• Natalia (9/5): - Нужно было переночевать между рейсами и я не хотела зависить от турецких таксистов. Поэтому искала отель рядом с метро. Всё получилось идеально. Милый маленький отель. Моя комната на 1 человека тоже была маленькой, но мне для 1 ночи было нормально. Душевный персонал. Простой, но достаточный для меня завтрак.

Was alleen en bij binnenkomst kreeg ik een 2 persoonskamer omdat ze zelf de 1 persoonskamer klein vonden. Super aardig personeel, ontbijt matig/simpel, douche heerlijk, vlakbij een moskee dus je wordt al vroeg wakker getoeterd.

• Marijana (9/5): - Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno i predusretljivo. U neposrednoj blizini hotela prolazi veliki broj linija javnog prevoza. Hotel se nalazi u uličici koja povezuje dve izuzetno prometne ulice kojima prolazi veliki broj autobuskih linija. U neposrednoj blizini je i Osmanbay metro stanica.
• IliasAn2121 (6/5): - Είχε καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη περιοχή και το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό. Καθόλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας δεν έγινε ποτέ καθαρισμός του δωματίου. Για έξτρα χαρτί στην τουαλέτα χρειάστηκε να το πούμε δυο φορές για να μας φέρουν. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και τυποποιημένο.

• Giuseppe (3/5): Finché non imparano a pulire le stanze come si deve è meglio andare altrove - L'albergo è carino e i 3 ragazzi della reception sono bravi ed educati e una ragazza ha addirittura fatto gli straordinari per venire a pulire personalmente una stanza che era sporca con peli e capelli dentro il letto dentro le fodere dei cuscini e nel bagno per riparare al lavoro delle pulizie che era davvero scadente. Le stanze sono sporche, sono stato in 3 stanze diverse (che mi hanno cambiato per cercare di farsi perdonare della sporcizia) e tutte avevano problemi di pulizia, capelli sul pavimento, sugli asciugamani, peli e capelli dentro i letti e dentro la fodera dei cuscini, in una stanza su 6 cuscini tutti e 6 avevano peli e capelli all'interno, ho trovato macchie sospette sulle lenzuola e sul piumone, i bagni avevano capelli a terra e uno li aveva anche attaccati sul muro, forse perché chi "pulisce" usa lo stesso straccio sia per pulire per terra che per pulire il muro che per pulire lo specchio, e anche gli asciugacapelli erano sporchi. Il bollitore era imbarazzante, sporco impolverato arrugginito e uno aveva macchie di caffè vecchio probabilmente. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato oltre al fatto che dal bagno veniva puzza di fogna e c'era un capello lungo nero su un asciugamano per i piedi che stava sul copri water, avevano poggiato gli asciugamani puliti sul copriletto proprio a fianco una macchia che non si capiva se fosse sangue secco feci secche o chissà cosa. Per farsi perdonare mi cambiano stanza e me ne danno una leggermente più grande dove però non si possono aprire completamente le valige perché il letto matrimoniale prende la maggior parte dello spazio e un armadio si apre a metà a causa di questo. Trovo ancora capelli sugli asciugamani e il bollitore fetido capelli lunghi sul pavimento ecc. così per farsi perdonare ancora mi danno un'altra stanza questa volta spaziosa e confortevole anche se le finestre che portano al balconcino non si chiudono e quindi entra aria da lì ma c'è il condizionatore quindi non è un problema, i problemi sono stati altri, peli e capelli dentro i cuscini e dentro le coperte oltre le macchie disgustose su lenzuola e piumone, al bagno specchio con macchie di acqua sporca seccata, capelli a terra e anche sul muro. I responsabili non si sono venuti a scusare personalmente.

• Tommaso (9/5): - Hotel in una stradina tranquilla di Pangalti, a Sisli, vicinissimo a Ferikoy e Bomonti da un lato ed a Tesvikiye e Nisantasi dall'altro lato. L'hotel occupa un'intera palazzina storica dell'800/'900, con interni davvero affascinanti, soprattutto l'ingresso e le scale, che fanno respirare l'atmosfera della vecchia Istanbul cosmopolita. Le camere sono comode, di giuste dimensioni e pulite. Il personale è molto simpatico e disponibile. La colazione è forse l'unico punto debole della struttura, essendo piuttosto frugale, senza l'abbondanza usuale in Turchia. Tuttavia, questo è compensato dal prezzo che a mio parere, per una struttura di questo tipo in una zona così alla moda, ricca di attività commerciali e culturali, è estremamente conveniente. Io ci tornerà senz'altro. in fondo alla strada c'è la fermata della metro che vi porta ovunque. La zona dell'hotel non è centralissima per il turista al primo approccio con Istanbul, tuttavia, è una delle più belle e vivaci della città. Quindi consiglio questo hotel soprattutto a chi è alla seconda o terza gita ad Istanbul, per scoprire cose nuove, oppure a chi è in viaggio per affari o per studio.

Çalışablar nazik ve kibar, iyilerdi Aşırı eski bir binaydı, odam aşırı dar ve penceresi havalandırma boşluğuna beton daracık bir yere açılıyordu ve her açtığımda içeriye yanmış yap kokusu doluyor. Kahvaltısı pek iyi değildi yemedim hiç. Lavabo yerinden sökülmüş tamir gerekiyor birçok yerinde.

• Victoria (6/5): - Расположение отеля рядом с метро, булочной, продуктовыми магазинами и маленьким рыбным рестораном ( свежая рыба на льду). 5 минут пешком до Музея военной истории и18 минут пешком через два парка до набережной с дворцом и паромами. Очень разбитый грязный тротуар, мусор повсюду. В отеле идеально чистая сантехника - унитаз и умывальник, но душевая кабина протекала, шланг душа был дырявый, кран на умывальнике шатался. Комната была душной и плохо проветривалась - окно выходило в узкую шахту между зданиями, воздух не проникал в комнату, занавеска на окне была серой от пыли или старости. Полотенца очень ветхие и серые от старости. Но постельное белье было белым и крепким. Изголовье кровати было обито тканью и не очень чистое. Я повесила на него большое полотенце , чтобы подушка не прикасалась к изголовью. Я имела мое собственное полотенце, поэтому не испытывала неудобста и не вытирала лицо ветхими полотенцами отеля. В номере был чайник и пакетик чая и кофе. Для двух ночей можно не придираться. Для меня было важным условием - близость к метро и круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Персонал очень любезный! Но от грохота лифта ночью можно в страхе проснуться. Ужасные звуки железного лязга в первую ночь меня сильно испугали. Завтрак был непритязательным, но достаточным - свежий чай, растворимый кофе, на тарелках порциями для каждого гостя был сыр, 3 вида конфитюра, ломтик колбасы, несколько маслин и оливок , масло и каждому подавали корщинку с горячими ломтями белого хлеба. Я никогда не делаю фотографий недостатков в странах, которые посещаю - граждане всех стран имеют право жить так, как им нравится ! Если хочешь идеальные условия, то нужно платить в пять раз больше. Я описала только то, что нужно принимать во внимание выбирая отель. И не желаю нанести обиду ни персоналу, ни владельцу отеля, ни стране и ее народу.

• Daria (7/5): Good - Very welcoming and helpful staff, it was a pleasure to communicate with them, English speaking. Location is good, close to metro and bus stops. Also close to many shops and big Cevahir mall. Quiet place - no noise from the street. Clean and fresh sheets. The lock on the room is barely holding (there are cameras in the hallway but still…). Bathroom has only soap (no shampoo/conditioner), few hooks and no holder for the toothbrush.
• Diana (7/5): Cozy stay with great location, minor drawbacks - I stayed at this accommodation during a business trip and overall had a good experience. The place looked exactly like the photos, which was reassuring upon arrival. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. The room was small but cozy and functional, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The location is also great: it’s in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants, and just a short walk from the metro line, making it easy to reach the city center. It was also very close to the congress center where I had my work event. The TV didn’t work during my stay. The shampoo in the shower was never replenished — only soap for hand washing was available. I could hear the elevator operating from my room, but it wasn’t disturbing during resting hours. However, I might have been unlucky with a neighbour who spoke and played loud music late at night, which slightly disturbed my rest. As a Portuguese, I found the breakfast quite basic with limited variety.

It is close to malls, shops, restaurants, the Osmenbay, Sisli metro. The hotel serves a light breakfast with eggs to order. The room was very comfortable and, even street side, was quiet and restful.

I felt safe and well looked after, especially when I got sick they kindly took care of my luggage until I returned from the hospital. Their customer service was outstanding, very professional and kind. The location is also excellent🙏🏻

• Anna (9/5): I had a pleasant stay and would consider to return again if I am in Türkiye. - The hotel's staff was very nice, friendly, warm, welcoming and always ready to help or give advice. They showed genuine concern whenever I had an issue and made sure it was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable and soft, the wi-fi was good, and there was always hot water and even a safe box. I also liked the hotel's location, as it is close to the metro and many places to eat, buy a sim card, exchange money, shop, and get groceries. While I appreciated my stay, there were a few issues. Rubber slippers were not provided, so I had to buy some. The television offered a limited selection of channels, predominantly in Turkish. Additionally, the towels were not changed during my stay, and it appeared that the bed linens were not changed either.

• Shireen (5/5): Basic hotel, basic breakfast don’t expect much.. very friendly staff - Staff was friendly and helpful and great location On a arrival there was a bad smell in my room. When I told staff they were willing to clean again. Breakfast was extremely limited, and basic. I didn’t enjoy breakfast and hardly went for breakfast which was included. My toilet seat was broken throughout my stay, I didn’t bother to tell them as I fiend very little time at the hotel. I left my window open, due to warm weather and heard A lot of noise came from downstairs, a lady shouting at her child repeatedly, child screaming and crying.. I couldn’t figure out if it was a guest in the hotel or an apartment.
• Sigita (8/5): Good budget hotel in a good location. - The reception ladies, especially Nadia were so amazing, with good English. Lady Maya, who looked after the rooms and breakfast worked so hard, to make your stay at the hotel be pleasant. Anyway, if you're fussy, that hotel will not be right for you. Cleaning at rooms, after customers, should be a little bit better.

• Rohan (8/5): It was like stepping into a chic, contemporary oasis where modern luxury meets artistic flair. - Sumptuous breakfast. Nadia was extremely helpful, not forgetting Atilla. The location was super convenient; just off the main road. Accessible to the nearest metro station, Osmanbey. We got a great room with a balcony overlooking the street below. I was pleased to observe posters urging guests to conserve water, electricity etc. Great initiative I must say.
