• Maren (9/5): Tolles Appartment für einen London-Trip - Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht, um ein paar Tage in London zu verbringen. Ausreichend Platz, die Bilder spiegeln auch die tatsächliche Größe wieder. Alles war sehr sauber und im Guide wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Lage ist gut, vielseitige Anbindung an Busse und Bahnen, und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr hell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Auf Rückfragen an die Unterkunft wurde immer umgehend geantwortet, genauso so stelle ich mit Kundenservice vor. Die Matratze im „kleinen“ Zimmer war nicht ganz so bequem, es ist ein Futtonbett und die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Das große Bett war dagegen sehr bequem.

• Eduardo (9/5): Una estancia muy acertada en Londres - Es una vivienda completa, totalmente dotada de todo lo necesario, cocina muy equipada, salón con wifi y televisión, baño amplio, productos de limpieza e higiene. El dormitorio principal es amplio y tiene una cama muy confortable. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien y confiere calidez a la vivienda El apartamento está muy bien comunicado con el centro de Londres: Metro y autobuses. En los alrededores hay toda clase de comercios y servicios. Se podrían mejorar la limpieza del portal y los accesos exteriores a la vivienda, Hay bastante suciedad y una cierta sensación de abandono que nada tiene que ver con el interior de la vivienda. Debería haber un poco más de flexibilidad en los horarios de entrada y salida

• DESPOINA (8/5): - The apartment was very comfortable and clean. One of the bedrooms was spacious and very comfortable, while the second one was smaller but still acceptable. The entire space was very clean and the location was quite convenient, close to both the metro and bus stops. The only negative part of the experience was upon arrival. We arrived about ten minutes earlier and were unsure of the exact location of the apartment. We tried to contact the owner, but the phone number provided was not working and our messages were not answered. Additionally, we had to pick up the keys from a nearby mini market, which caused us a lot of stress at that moment.

Appartamento molto nuovo pulito e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici sia in cucina che per altro, gestore molto gentile e disponibile

• David (3/5): Dear Clive/Katie, We expected to be treated so much better than this after travelling from Australia - 7-8 minutes from Oval tube station was convenient. Washing machine. No Dishwasher, Microwave, or Work desk as stated on Booking.com No clothes dryer or outside clothes-line for drying washed clothes. No ironing board - why provide an iron ! No Toilet brush, Tissues, Soap, & only 1 full toilet roll for 3 people for 1 week ! No Coffee pods or instructions how to use machine. Only 1 bathroom hand towel ( for 3 ), 1 full towel each, and no towel rail in bathroom. In addition, the shower inside a very slippery bath was dangerous. Also, the sink in the bathroom is blocked and takes ages to empty. Only 1 tea-towel and no hand towel in kitchen. The TV was the smallest one we have every come across in paid accommodation, and there was "no service "or reception anyway ! First impressions ( inconvenient exercise of picking up key at a local store, filthy smelly bins outside door, weeds and rubbish outside door, uncollected mail inside door, filthy entrance carpet and stairs that hadn't been cleaned in months ) turned out to be accurate for the place as a whole. We certainly expected a much better result for the $3300 we paid, and were very disappointed by the highly inaccurate and misleading description of this accommodation
• Cynthia (7/5): - Netjes en precies zoals op de foto’s Locatie was niet slecht, maar ook niet goed. De buurt is wat minder. Veel troep op straat bijvoorbeeld. Gelukkig is openbaar vervoer in Londen perfect. Je kon dus wel overal komen.

• Badmaeva (9/5): Recommend to stay 👍 - Apartment was very good and clean,not far from the city,5 mins walk to the tube and 3 mins to the bus stop. Comfortable beds and spotless kitchen. It would be nice if there was a microwave and bette water drainage in the bath

• Liliana (6/5): mediocre, room for improvement. - comfortable and close to train station, good size for what we needed for our trip we were never sent an email to give us directions on how to enter the property. the staff should have double checked that every guest has access to the directions to the property. when we called him for help, he was rude and it took the help from a stranger on the street to find where to go. there are no signs indicating where the property is. then we finally get into the accommodation, only to find that there is a half roll of toilet paper left, so we had to go buy our own even though we were only staying 3 days. along with that, there was zero hand soap, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all almost empty. everything in the kitchen were pretty much completely empty, anything we wished to use had nothing more then a drop in it.
• Rachel (7/5): A good stay but some minor TLC needed. - Nice, fairly spacious, clean property. Beds comfortable. Convenient location close to Oval tube station and good for access to Brixton. Reasonably priced. There was a bit of a musty/stagnant smell from the bathroom that you could smell all through the flat. Dangerous broken tile on the kitchen floor that I hurt my foot on. Single glazed windows mean you can hear every tiny sound from the street outside.
• Graeme (8/5): The Oval - Good location close to tube and bus. Comfy beds and nice size lounge. Heating and hot water were great. Don't be put off by the entrance hall the apartment is much nicer inside. The TV doesn't have any reception and is quite old and slow to use the smart function
• Bouza (10/5): It felt like being home! - The flat is in an excellent shape, really central and very close to all means of transport. The check in and check out procedures were very clear and easy.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - very clean well equipped cozy good communication from owner with clear instructions close to public transport close to shops and pubs building with thin walls, you can hear neighbours and they can probably hear you some windows sealing to lower heat losses would be nice :-)

• Jill (9/5): Awesome space to start our London experience. - Close the transit. Cute and comfortable space for the four of us. Instructions on how to use the stove/oven. Never had used a conduction oven and took us a bit to figure it out. A table or floor fan would have been great as well.
