• Marianne (10/5): Une adresse incontournable pour visiter Séville - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville. Appartement parfaitement équipé, propre, literie confortable. Une superette est au pied de l'appartement. Plein de petits restos sympa dans le quartier. Le palais Las Duenas est à 3 minutes et la Cathédrale à 15/20 minutes selon votre rythme. Et Irène est adorable, disponible et pleine de bons conseils. Bref, en couple ou en famille, n'hésitez pas, réservez !

Communication with the host was excellent and there is nothing we would change about our stay, apart from wishing we had stayed longer! Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Magic Point Las Setas. Todo fue perfecto. El apartamento está impecable, tenía todo lo necesario y estaba en una ubicación excelente. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente y no cambiaríamos nada de nuestra estancia, ¡excepto que desearíamos habernos quedado más tiempo!

• BACA LEDONI (8/5): Quattro passi per Siviglia - L'appartamento seppur piccolo è molto accogliente ben attrezzato con una buona climatizzazione la posizione ideale per visitare a piedi tutta la città nelle vicinanze ci sono ben due supermercati e moltissimi ristoranti e caffetterie Nei mesi invernali manca un po' la luce in quanto le finestre danno sul piccolo lucernario interno in estate c'è il vantaggio che l'irraggiamento è molto limitato e quindi la casa risulta più fresca

• ELVIRA (10/5): - Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la Plaza Ponce de Leon desde la que enlazas con la Estación de Sant Justa. Y al lado de las Setas, donde hay gran variedad gastronómica. A 15 min del centro andando. Zona muy tranquila,no se oye nada del exterior. Bien comunicada

Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Blisko sklepy, restauracje i kawiarnie. Polecam.
• Clara (9/5): Goede ligging maar alles zeer onpersoonlijk en niet erg klantvriendelijk! - Ligging en uitzicht op pleintje. Eigentijdse smaakvolle inrichting. We kwamen na 23u aan als gevolg van de IT-problemen in de luchthavens. Hierdoor moesten we cash 20,00 betalen bij de ontvangst van de sleutel. Het tweepersoonsbed in de living was behoorlijk smal voor 2 personen en dus niet echt comfortabel. Je bagage kan op je vertrekdag alleen bewaard worden op een bepaalde plaats tegen betaling!

Es bastante pequeño para 3 personas

Airconditioning was excellent for the heat of Seville and kept us very comfortable. The host had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was also excellent - quiet area but everything within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The apartment I stayed is on the first floor.. There is a lift Inside is very well furnished for guests single or couples There is a functional galley kitchen with everything you need coffee machine electric kettle washer and dishwasher microwave if needed The shower room is spacious with two hand basins and bidet Toiletries supplied The lounge has a comfy hidden single bed and also sofa bed. I found very comfortable and the bedroom twin beds There is effective air conditioning The WiFi is good and a smart TV of required We were greeted by Irene who was great at communicating with us by WhatsApp A very pleasant and comfortable stay. I hope to be able to book and return to stay as I visit Sevilla or throughout the year for both business and leisure. Having to Leave
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The host is nice and friendly. She allowed us to check in early and store our luggage. Suitable for 3 people because the space is small. Be careful of pickpockets when walking at night.
