• shashank (8/5): Excellent location, clean and spacious. - Location of apartment and size of apartment is excellent. Very clean and spacious. Owner sent us a detailed video and instructions on how to get to the flat and how to access doors. It has very helpful indeed. Must say best accessible place in Milan to stay. Unfortunately, Air conditioning didn't work for us entire night and since apartment is top floor with roof windows, we had to spend the night in 32°C.

• Katja (8/5): Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder kommen, da die Lage tatsächlich perfekt ist. - Die Lage ist hervorragend und trotz Zentrumsnähe sehr ruhig. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Es könnten einige Dinge erneuert werden. In einem Bett fehlt das untere Drittel des Rostes, defekte einzige Lampe im Schlafzimmer mit Dauerflackern, kein Fenster in diesem Zimmer (Dachfenster, das sich nicht öffnen lässt mit Jalousie davor).

• wendy (3/5): It was uncomfortable since the water heater and room heater has issues and no blankets provided. - Very convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was not responsive to requests. Washing machine was not working. They did not address the issue. We tried calling and sending them messages they responded and said someone is coming over to fix but no one showed up. Water heater was not working they did not specify that we need to reset the machine. No blankets provided.
• Florenta (1/5): A very stressful and unpleasant experience - We are scheduled to check in to this apartment on April 22. On April 21, the host asked us what time we would arrive at the accommodation; we discussed the details with them, and we were supposed to check in the following day. This morning, we informed the host that we would arrive in Milan around noon and that we would be available to check in as soon as the apartment was ready. We didn’t receive any message from the host; we tried checking in after an hour, then two, then three, and still nothing. We walked around the city, and at 4 p.m. we received an email from Booking stating that the host had canceled our reservation—which, I should mention, we had paid for in advance as a non-refundable booking. I spent an hour on the phone with Booking, during which time I sort of resolved the issue by booking another apartment in town. They still haven’t responded to any messages, not even with an apology.

Nous avons dû chercher un autre logement en urgence à un prix bien plus cher. Logement non fiable : on ne plante pas les gens au dernier moment alors qu'ils ont réservé et payé depuis longtemps. Pour l'instant toujours pas de remboursement !!!! Inacceptable!
• Violeta (6/5): Nice location but facilities needed some updating. - The location was great and the size of the apartment was great. It was huge. The shower head broke the first day we got there and we reported it to the manager but no response. The beds were very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was cracked and a bad sewage smell was coming from both bathrooms. The apartment was 6 flights of stairs to get to with a lift only servicing two flights. You still had to carry luggage all the way to the top. Very complicated entry. The manager did send a video to explain it which helped.

Nevera con el congelador todo con mucha escarcha. Pocos utensilios de cocina. Frío por la noche. Cajones llenos de trastos y una habitación como un trastero con colchones sucios y más trastos. Las camas muy malas.

It has everything you might need for a short stay, even for a long stay. Beds were comfortable. Even the sofa-bed was comfortable. 2 fully- equipped bathrooms. Small patio. You need to work through some stairs before and after reaching the elevator, not really a problem unless you have people with mobility issues.

El acceso al apartamento es dificilísimo ya que se encuentra como en el ático de una finca con varios pisos y las indicaciones para llegar con muy confusas. El sofa cama era muy incomodo y estaba sucio. Las sabanas y los edredones no estaban muy limpios…

Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo trudny, Dopiero w ostatni dzień wieczorem udało mi się otrzymać instrukcję jak dotrzeć do apartamentu i gdzie znaleźć klucze. Powodowało to trochę niepotrzebnych nerwów. A wystarczyło gdyby na moją wiadomość odpisał, że wszystko powie wieczorem przed przyjazdem.

Molto essenziale l'arredamento e accessori inesistenti ( c'è il ferro da stiro ma manca la tavola da stiro, nelle docce praticamente non c'è sapone, non c'è scotte o strofinacci in cucina e, magari lasciare un paio di cialde per il caffè sarebbe stato meglio)

• Pablus Marins (9/5): - Apartamento bem localizado muito perto do Duomo de Milão. A hospedagem foi rápida e de fácil localização. Tem um elevador pequeno que sobe até o andar abaixo do quarto. Para acessar a instalação, é necessário subir algumas escadas, isso pode dificultar quem tem problema de locomoção. O Ar condicionado geral da casa funcionou razoavel agora no verão. Tem várias lojas e restaurantes próximo ao local.

That’s literally the only good thing about this apartment… the rest was a terrible experience. This host has been the worse host I have ever experienced in my entire life. He literally ghosted us, and stopped replying during the entire duration of our stay. This has terribly affected our experience in Milano, because the apartment was not functioning properly. Fridge was licking everywhere, stove not working, dishwasher not working, bathtub not working, and the floor and tables were dirty and sticky in the entire apartment. I officially complained to booking.com customer service and requested for this host to be removed from booking.com and for this listing to be immediately taken down due to the unacceptable hosting conditions, and the unacceptable behaviours from the host. This is to protect future guests and to maintain the highest standards of quality and service guaranteed by booking.com. I hope my official complain about the lack of responsiveness of the host, and the terrible condition of the apartment will be taken seriously and booking.com will act on it.
• Alyte (3/5): Poor - I did like the location. Also the size of the appartment. And small padio for a fresh air. I didn't like that one bedroom hade no windows at all !!! The other bedroom is very dark . Very uncomfortable. The appartment had no air-conditioner, wich yuo can adjust for yuor needs. Appartment manager was not interested to fix the situation. The TV was not working. The kitchen is very old and sticky!!!

• Aviisme (10/5): Fantastic location for up to 4 adults to stay in and enjoy Milano - The apartment was exactly as advertised without any surprises. The host's communication was extremely clear and we were easily able to let ourselves into the building and find our way up to the apartment on the top floor. As stated clearly in the listing, the building has an elevator but one must carry their bags one level up to get to the elevator and also one level from the top. The steps leading up to the apartment are rather steep and if you are not young people who don't mind lugging up suitcases, better not to carry large bags. Other than this, you cannot fault the place for anything. The location is outstanding and lets you be in the thick of things of Milano in no time. Would've been nice to have two sets of keys to the apartment. Of course, since we were there for a short time, we did not ask them for an additional set which they may have provided. The drainage of the shower cubicle in the inside bathroom wasn't great. Needs improvement.
• Ewelina (3/5): I’d not sleep there again. - It was really close to the Duomo- but that’s the only good thing about the apartment. Air conditioning not working, really bad contact with the owner (or the person responsible for the apartment), they asked for the segregation of the trash but did not provide any bags or containers, the stairs that were not properly described in the offer, they agreed for preparing the baby crib and assured that it will be inside properly installed but as it turned out they did not prepare any thing for the baby to sleep in - so we had to remove the mattresses from the bed to safely sleep on the floor with the baby, cutlery and plates with mugs were dirty, and in the mail toilet there is a window in the sealing that is not covered by anything so the neighbors has really good views on what is going on inside.

• Sarah (1/5): Disappointing experience due to poor hygiene, bad communication, and uncomfortable sleeping setup. - - 3 out of 6 guests were unable to sleep in the apartment due to the dusty and unsuitable sleeping arrangements. - One guest had an allergic reaction, and we had to book an additional hotel room. - Cleanliness, temperature, lighting, and plumbing issues made the stay very uncomfortable. We wanted to let you know that unfortunately our stay at the apartment hasn’t been a good experience. Out of the six people, three were unable to sleep there due to the condition of the sofa bed, which was full of dust—just like the other bed, which had cushions not suitable for hosting guests. One of us even had an allergic reaction because of the dust. As a result, three of us had to book a separate hotel room, which was not part of our plan and added unexpected costs. Additionally, the room without curtains is impossible to rest in due to the early morning light, and it was extremely hot (1st of April) The second shower also has an issue with water leaking from the pipe, and overall, the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard.

I haven’t got WhatsApp but I try every effort to contact the holder through telephone, booking message, phone message, email… no response. It was so disappointed cause its hard to do anything without help. The flat was on the top of the second floor you need climb a lot a lot a lot of staircase!!!!!!

Easy access to major places of interest piazza duomo & cathedral so close. The apartment is located on the 4F elevator is not on the GF. It's in between the staircase. If you have wobbly knees this apartment not for you. There's 50 steps to get to elevator and another 16 steps to get you to your apartment. It was hard to carry luggage without a male companion.

• Paula (9/5): Great location big spacious apartment - Location of the apartment is so close to the Duomo and to every other shop. Apartment is very spacious and big. Kitchen has all you need. Courtyard is pretty. Host on check in date a little hard to contact and gave check in information at very last minute. Host asked two days before check in for check in time and apartment was not ready yet by their 3pm check in time. Got the message check in now available just after 4 pm. Apartment was not cleaned well. Kitchen glassware with lipstick stains on it, hair in the shower too. Washing machine door didn’t close. It was raining when we arrived and water was leaking from the skylights in both bedroom but stopped once rain did. Main bedroom bed has no backboard/ headboard so pillow kept falling off. Pillows uncomfortably so didn’t sleep well both nights there. There is a lot of steps to get to apartment not good for people with mobility issues.

• Cheri (1/5): Awful - Nothing Firstly the 90 stairs to reach the apartment with the last flight of stairs very steep and narrow. Not for the unfit or those with any big baggage. Anyone with a suitcase would struggle to get up the stairs. There is a tiny elevator that goes up two of the flights of stairs but not the whole way. On opening the door the place smelt of mould. We thought we were in the wrong apartment. The place was looking old and tired. And very unloved. The lighting was dull and inadequate. The whole place felt grimy. One chair was threadbare and stained. The kitchen was dirty. In the bedrooms there was only 1 bedside table and no bedside lamps. Linen smelt. The towels were damp and when we asked for new ones there was no response from host. The shower heads leaked and freezer had layer of ice on bottom. We could not use gas cook top as all the pictograms had worn off. The piezo was not working either. The oven dials had worm off so you could not see temp or mode so could not use that either. The carpet square in lounge was filthy. Not bern vacuumed. Everything was grimy. There was air conditioning but seeing the vents were so dirty we would not turn it on. It was hot and the apartment is directly below the roof. One room is windowless. The photos on bookings .com do not reflect the current state of the apartment and are misleading. The Internet was intermittent and the host did not respond to our request for help. We can not believe or understand why anyone would give a positive or even fair review and its definitely not budget priced. This was the WORST stay anywhere. Definitely NOT recommended on any level or at any price. Would NEVER stay here again. We could not wait to get out of the place.
