La atención del chico más joven (que lamentablemente no me acuerdo su nombre) fue espectacular. Apenas llegar, el hombre de la recepción quiso cobrarnos un extra, diciendo que no habíamos reservado para tres personas, sino para dos y que teníamos que pagar una habitación simple. Pedimos el wifi, nos colocaron el router y a la mañana nos despertamos sin wifi nuevamente (lo habían desenchufado)

Pagamos el traslado al aeropuerto el dia del check-in y cuando llegó el dia y la hora para irnos nadie sabia nada, no se lo habian apuntado, tardaban bastante en traer la comida (aun que estaba decente)
- Mubarak (10/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel in Cairo, Giza, Egypt for four nights, and overall, my experience was very positive. ✅ Positive Points 1. Real and Genuine Hotel This is a physically existing hotel with a proper address. Unlike some places that advertise as hotels and then redirect guests elsewhere upon arrival, this hotel is exactly as advertised. That was very reassuring. 2. No Security Risk Regarding the Lift Someone mentioned in a previous review that there is only one lift going to the rooms and that if the lift stops working, it could be a security risk. From what I saw, this is not the case. The stairs are available from top to bottom. They are currently covered temporarily with a sheet, but in case of emergency, you can simply push it aside and access the stairs. There is also a large terrace area that can be used in case of emergency. Therefore, I do not see any security issue regarding this matter. 3. Excellent Value for Money The price was extremely reasonable. Honestly, the amount I paid for four nights was incredible — it did not even seem to cover the value of the complimentary breakfast they provided. It was truly excellent value for money. 4. Spacious and Well-Equipped Room The room was very large and everything necessary was available. I found nothing major to complain about. 5. Friendly and Helpful Staff All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist. Their positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. 🔧 Points That Need Improvement (Suggestions) These are just suggestions for improvement: The wardrobe is available, but more hangers should be provided. Hooks or hangers inside the bathroom would be helpful. The bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. Silicone sealing should be added in the bathroom corners for a better finish. There is empty wall space near the small fridge where hooks for clothes could be installed. The entrance doors of the rooms need better sound insulation.

- Benjamin (7/5): - the view from the terrace towards the pyramids was fine. breakfast is fine. when I tried to book an UBER ride to the airport several times and the drivers always cancelled the trip asking for a much higher price in cash ... the staff was very helpful in ordering an UBER ride for me and the driver asked a smaller amount on top than when I ordered the ride myself when I arrived the booking system in the hotel was not working. the property suffers power outages which is certainly not their fault but it is still a downer when internet is not working or the light goes of in a room with no natural light and you are currently sitting on the toilet. included breakfast is served on a per person basis from 0800 to 1100 on the rooftop and I liked it but I had to ask for it in the first place. breakfast tends to be salty. the house is acoustically open to the neighbours and their kids were quite loud at night time. there is no internet in the lobby, sometimes you have it on the rooftop and guaranteed only in the room. internet had to be topped up by the hotel when their data plan was used up. internet is kind of slow. the common staff is not really versed in English but the owner is. the toilet flush in the room had a broken technical design - they showed me I had to take off the cover and press a button to make the toilet flush. generally I thought there was construction work nearby ... because there is a recurring dark noise that you can hear throughout the building and in your room ... but it is actually the the elevator motor which is placed on the upper platform of the rooftop ... whenever the elevator moves - the platform vibrates and makes that loud noise - 3 months ago they had installed an elevator ... now they ordered an inverter to eliminate the noise and make it silent in the future

Breakfast was same every day and the amount was not enough for all customers. Charging for tea on breakfast time. Wifi very poor also wasn’t available for 8 day because the router was broken. Very bad smell. Bathroom flooded when having showers.

The room we booked was supposed to be 60sqm but it just had broken wardrobe and single bed and double bed which were not comfy at all , the bathroom constantly leaking water everywhere , it just made you feel even more dirty ! The drain was not letting water down ! Overall we left early as really not satisfied this room is not like in the photos or as described I think our room less than 20sqm which for a family wasn’t big enough !

The bathroom needs some plumbing work because the shower water does not drained and remains on the bathroom floor for about an hour until it drains, while the bathroom floor continues to be wet all the thime , this happened in our room but I don’t know about the other rooms , but still I recommend this Hotel.

- Sandra (10/5): Great views in a magical location - I highly recommend this hotel! It was great to be so close to Gizas’s Pyramids and have a little break from the centre of the city. You can take a taxi and be in 15-20 min in the center. The rooftop has amazing views and it’s perfect to relax and enjoy the buffet they offer for breakfast and a great dinner with the sunset above the pyramids. The room was clean, big and and with all the facilities, also a mini fridge. The stuff and the owner they are so kind, especially Eslam who was taking care of me during my stay in order to feel 100% secure and checking if any help was needed. It’s a new hotel so they are still working in some areas. But doesn’t affect to the rooms or common areas.

- Alaa (8/5): Worth the money - The view from the top was absolutely beautiful. They were very nice and allowed us to check in prior to our check in time , Most of the staff were very nice, except for one person who was inexplicably rude when I asked a few questions about the local area. The breakfast operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited quantities: just 5 slices each of cheese, tomato, labneh, and what seemed to be mortadella. This small amount was meant for everyone to share, which was clearly insufficient. When we requested more for my brothers who were still asleep, our request was ignored. While the food was delicious, the portions were too small, so it's best to arrive early. There was construction inside, and you could hear all the noise. However, overall, for its price, it was really good. There were no electricity cuts, the majority of the staff were nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Regarding breakfast, can you please add more food for everyone and ensure there are possibilities for refills? Thank you.

My eldest is asthmatic so this was affecting him greatly. Breakfast did not come with fruit, like the picture suggested. There is a corner shop nearby. Some of the staff charged 6x the price because we are tourists. I advise you walk further down the street to more honest vendors.

The noise unfortunately if you are sensitive to the noise ask for quite room, the children from the neighbors playing on the street it'll near 12, so if you came tired to rest this is what happens.

- Radi (10/5): My experience in Happy View Inn 😍 - It's my favorite spot in Egypt, everything is close to the Inn, the staff are friendly and helpful, I faced a problem where my flight has been cancelled and I couldn't reach on time so I contacted them on Booking and they rebooked for me without paying all over again and they helped me with whatever I needed (they are just great and always smiley), the view of the pyramids during the day and the night will take your breath, the place is like big cozy home you won't feel stranger there, the rooms I occupied were clean and comfortable,there is always hot water to shower, the air conditioning works well as well as the mini fridge (plus they have generators in case facing any electrical issues) .. For the price, I definitely recommend this Inn as it's very affordable. 🌸
