• Sophie (8/5): - The apartment was great value for money - had everything you could need for a few days stay in Kuala Lumpur. We had an issue accessing the property upon check in and a very helpful member of M Suites staff arrived within minutes to assist. The gym equipment was very outdated and could do with an update. The bathroom also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The towels were a little old and could do with replacing.

La piscine de l'établissement était agréable pour se rafraîchir, bien que les quelques transats n'étaient pas suffisants pour le nombres de clients. Malgré la proximité des tours Petronas, l'hôtel est un peu loin des autres attractions touristiques.

Nosotros dimos con que uno de los ascensores estaba cerrado por mal funcionamiento.

• Lim (7/5): - There is three staff at reception. Only one handling the customers. The middle fatty staff are busy with laptop and the other staff will refer to the only staff busy handling with customers despite long queues at reception. Two of them don't bother. Please check regularly and well train to ensure the staffs was able to handling customers and committed with good service quality. This gives a bad impression especially to foreigners. Inconvenience as the lift is full of peoples most of time. Four lift can't handle huge people especially festival holiday.
• Matthew (7/5): - To be fair to this property it is good value for what You pay. The staff on WhatsApp were extremely helpful and responsive and the cleaning service was excellent. You get a lot of room for the price and a good location. Unfortunately this property is a poorly designed high rise apartment building, operating at far beyond its intended capacity with too many short stay operators. The two things that dampened our stay were how overcrowded the building is and how poorly the elevators function. It simply isn’t designed for this many people. Forget about using the lift between 11-1, they do warn you to be fair with signs about the congestion but it was enough to ruin the experience for us. Granted that may be different for others. I have to add this is nothing to do with the operator themselves and they were 10/10 in terms of service.

• Miriam (7/5): Mittelmäßig - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr günstig, vor allem mit Grab, und die Aussicht vom Rooftop Pool ist schön! Außerdem fanden wir es praktisch, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab, die nicht direkt aufs Bett gerichtet ist. Der WhatsApp Kontakt mit den Hosts war absolut unkompliziert! Gleich zu Beginn waren wir irritiert, da die Angestellten an der Rezeption alles andere als herzlich waren. Genervt, unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Beispiel: Auf unsere freundliche Nachfrage, ob es denn einen Wasserfilter gäbe, kam mit abschätzigem Blick die Antwort „We have shop“… schade, denn zum einen war die Antwort falsch (gibt einen ;) ) und zum anderen war der gesamte Umgang mit den Gästen unzufriedenstellend.

• Ashanti (10/5): Great Stay overall! - The host was very accommodating. The room was very clean. During our stay someone did come to clean and restock the room. The elevators were extremely hot!
• Lesley (7/5): Just a short stay - The owner accommodated a request for an early check in which was really kind of him. The room was decent enough with a lot of additional touches. I must admit the welcome I received on arrival could be improved. But also I was tired.
• Chris Liara (4/5): Worst stay in Malaysia - The location is very convenient The room was dirty, with small flies and ants in the shower, dust under the beds and behind the curtains. They told us that they will clean at 15.00 and they came around 16.00 but my baby was sleeping at that time.The reception personnel was not very friendly and barely talking to you. The kids play area was dirty and no toys to play with. Lastly you have to wait too long to get into the elevator during check out times but after that,it is fine.

While the building is new and the rooms are spacious, this does not compensate for the unprofessional management, misleading information (including contradictory check-out times and attempted extra charges), poor communication, and lack of proper hotel-level service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Disorganized and misleading management. Check-out time was inconsistent: Booking.com listed 12:00, while the property stated 11:00 and attempted to charge extra. Reception claimed the suites were not managed by them despite handling check-in. Communication was unprofessional and handled via informal chat with limited hours. Late check-out requests were met with generic messages and extra fees. Rooms were poorly equipped and the photos were misleading. Overall, this does not operate like a real hotel.

• Anirban (10/5): Great stay at the center of Kuala Lumpur - I really liked my stay at the property. They were very responsive over whatsapp and over messages on booking. The property was clean and there is a kitchen which can use. The best thing about this hotel is you can have a great view of the city from your window. There is a swimming pool on the top of the building that will also give you a breathtaking view of the city. We highly recommend it and we will surely stay here if we come to this city again.

• Valentin (9/5): Good place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, and indulge in an infinity pool at the 47th floor. - Really fancy high story building (we stayed at floor 41) with view towards... the other high story buildings in the area :) And the Petronas towers also visible somewhere. Comfortable beds, the room definitely big enough for three. A store open till 3AM on the ground floor of the building. Nice pool on the top of the building. The elevators cannot handle 46 stores of people when it's checkout time. So between 10 and 11 you might wait for 15-30 minutes until you can board an elevator.

• Viktor (9/5): - Getting the keys was very easy at the reception desk. There is also a nice coffee shop in the lobby where we bought coffee every morning. The location is very convenient — Petronas Towers and several shopping malls are within a 15-minute relaxed walk with a stroller. The Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well throughout our stay. The swimming pool was quite cold, so we decided not to use it. There is a very good gym available. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking. At night it was quite noisy due to motorcycles, and our child (2.5 years old) woke up several times, so we had to put him back to sleep. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with small children. We used earplugs, which worked well for us.

• Constantin (9/5): Fantastisches Apartment, mit traumhaften Infinity, Dach Pool 🩷💯 - Das Management hinter dem Apartment war überaus bemüht und sehr nett! Die Lage des Apartments komplexes im Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Gegenüber befindet sich ein traumhaftes Frühstückscafe, und man ist in wenigen Minuten bei den Petronas Tower. Wir konnten sogar das Silvesterfeuerwerk vom traumhaften Schwimmbad in der 47. Etage beobachten! Das Management vom Apartment hat es möglich gemacht, dass das Schwimmbad länger als 10:00 Uhr geöffnet wurde am Silvesterabend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür. Es wurde auch in der Zwischenzeit unser Zimmer zweimal gereinigt und auf andere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Was wäre toll, wenn vor einem Aufenthalt einige Wasserflaschen den Gästen kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden würden.
