• Beatrix89 (10/5): Lovely stay in Milano - The apartment was very easy to find, being so close to Milano Centrale, the main reason for chosing the apartment. Unfortunately it was raining and was colder than usual, but Irene was kind enough to leave us very stylish umbrellas, which pretty much saved our lives. We also had breakfast included, with all the essentials to help you start your busy day. Not necessarily a dislike, but the traffic was loud in the mornings, but we chose the area for a reason, so it was not unexpected. No complaints, definitely recommend!

The location is just perfect, a short walk from the central station. There are restaurants, supermarkets and cafes near the .apartment, Great and quiet location ,The owner communicates wonderfully and answers any questions you ask. A true professional that I wish everyone was like. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable for a long stay, definitely a place I would love to return to in the future and recommend to anyone who is not looking for a hotel.

• Chailyn (10/5): - Irene went above and beyond for our stay in Milan. Easy to reach her via WhatsApp and she is very accommodating, even kindly letting us store our luggage beyond checkout hours. An abundance of breakfast foods provided, the entire apartment is excellently furnished and very clean. The aircondition was amazing especially in the heat of Milan. 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale and even closer to Sondrio Metro station. A perfect getaway! Adjustable shower head in bathroom doesn’t stay up, but this is a minor problem and didn’t affect our stay.

La zona es cómoda para salida y llegada de la Estación. Central pero lejos para ir andando a los puntos de interés. Hay que coger metro, que eso sí, está cerca. La zona es ruidosa: se oye durante toda la noche coches y el tranvía y molesta.
• Huiting (10/5): - Irene很貼心，在whatsapp上問問題答覆都很迅速。 廚房和冰箱內準備很多食物均可免費享用，多到我們吃不完。 第一次入住開樓下大門需要打電話，如果有可打電話的網路卡會比較方便，但也可以透過通訊軟體請Irene幫你遠端開門。之後就可使用鑰匙開樓下大門。 住宿地點離機場巴士站不遠，交通很便利，附近很多餐館，很便利。 有冷氣。 由於check out 那天要前往機場，問Irene可否讓我們延遲退房? 他很乾脆地答應我們可以在12點前退房。 房間擺設多個百萬玫瑰歡迎您的到來。 旁邊的電車在早晨有一點吵，房間有耳塞可以使用，不是每一個人都會受到噪音的影響，所以噪音問題還可以接受。 住宿的其中一晚最後一個洗澡沒熱水，但第二晚又有了，不確定第一晚為何沒有熱水可以洗，可能要注意一下熱水的使用情形。

• Liliana (10/5): - O apartamento é muito bonito, acolhedor, tem tudo o que é preciso tanto para uma estadia curta ou prolongada. No pequeno almoço, não faltava lá nada. De um grande bom gosto é notável a dedicação colocada lá. Muito fácil de localizar com as indicações que a Irene apresenta. Dentro do apartamento encontrámos também indicações sobre a cidade de Milão do que visitar e não só. A Irene sempre esteve disponível em tudo o que precisei. Apesar do barulho da estação de comboio, que já sabia existir, a Irene disponibiliza tampões. Mas isso não foi incómodo para nós. As minhas filhas não se queixaram de nada.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional - Having traveled around Europe with my family over the past few years, we’ve stayed in numerous serviced apartments—but this one truly stands out as the epitome of how such a place should be operated. I genuinely cannot praise it highly enough. It’s the small details—things that cost little to nothing for the operator—that make a huge difference in convenience and comfort. A few examples that really impressed us: -A luggage rack for laying out your suitcase -A refrigerator stocked with essentials like milk, cheese, and water -A selection of groceries including fresh fruits, bread, cereals, honey, and more -Plenty of towels provided for the duration of our stay, plus bathrobes and even one-time-use slippers -A cleaning service every two days, which is incredibly rare—even some hotels nowadays only offer cleaning every three days These touches made it feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel rather than a typical apartment rental. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. Situated near Milano Centrale, you’re connected to all major lines—Green (Centrale), Yellow (Sondrio), and even the Purple (Zara) and Red line (Loreto). Getting around the city was effortless. Communication with the host was another highlight. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Everything felt smooth and welcoming from the very start. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We’ll be recommending this place to friends and hope to return ourselves.
• Kunal (10/5): Exceptional - We had a truly wonderful stay at Irene's place. From the moment we arrived, Irene went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. After a 23-hour flight from Australia, being allowed an early check-in was a lifesaver, and we were incredibly grateful for her flexibility and kindness. One of the most touching gestures was when Irene surprised our son with a birthday cake from a well-known Milanese patisserie — such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our stay even more special. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well stocked with everything we needed from breakfast essentials to snacks, which made us feel right at home. Irene’s hospitality and attention to detail truly made our Milan stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The fridge and cupboard was well stocked with water, milk, yoghurts, fruit, meats, cereals and other snacks available, I was very impressed. There were treats and other 'comforts' which I hadn't had in other properties and which added that extra something. The apartment was five minutes walk from the main station and a short trip by tube to the centre of Milan. The communication was excellent and when asked for suggested vegan restaurants I was sent a long list, really helpful. We were all very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend it. If we re - Communication with the host Irene was always very prompt and informative. Happy to answer any of our questions about Milan and its surrounding areas to help us with our pre planning. The apartment was outstanding. Exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Irene had left breakfast treats, snacks, milk, juice and bottled water. A lovely surprise on arrival. The area felt very safe day & night. There were also a lot of restaurant options close by if not wanting to travel into central Milan. 5 min walk to central station so was perfect for us particularly when travelling to Lake Como and when leaving for our next destination. Thank you Irene for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if staying in Milan. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything is very organized, clean, fragrant and tasteful. There was a variety of fruits, yogurts, juices, etc. We were able to have a delicious breakfast! I highly recomemend it! It's close to the Central station of Milan. I would have liked to have stayed longer in Milan!

We'd stay here again, no question. The street noise, but you're in the middle of a city so that's part of the experience!

It was incredible complete with towels, sheets, pillows, etc. Irene left us some snacks and Italian food for our breakfast that were just delicious! She also left us some sweat cookies a couple of times, these kind of gestures made our stay even better! Plus cleaning service was included every 2 days! And the most important thing, she was at full disposal for any help we required, she helped us a lot and she also book us the taxi to the airport. For last, we made an online purchase to arrive to the apartment but unfortunately due to the logistics company it never arrived and Irene helped us calling them and offering to send the package to our country in case it was delivered at the end. Just want to say thank you for everything and I cannot describe how great our stay was. I think it was the best stay we had so far! Grazie mille Irene! 🙏🏼🙌🏼 NOTHING!

There is a lot of noise. You hear every train that goes by. We wanted to be near the train station for convenience, so I get it, but sleeping was challenging for us.

• Mike (10/5): Super city break - If I could give this 11/10, I would. It's a simply exceptional city centre apartment. Irene is a fantastic host, with great communication before and during the stay. It's furnished to a very high standard. The welcome supplies in the cupboard and fridge go beyond generous. It makes such a difference checking into a place when you are tired and not needing to go straight out for food and drink. The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances etc, there is a great Carrefour market two minutes away with everything you could need. This is one of those places that I will tell all my friends and family to stay. It was outstanding.

• Camille (10/5): A very comfortable stay in Milan. - The Apartment is minutes away from the train station. It is also very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great! After a tiring trip, the apartment gave us a chance to rest comfortably. The host Irene, is also very easy to reach and answers your question. For a good-for-our-budget Apartment, this had exceeded our expectatons. Every corner of the house is with air perfume, it smells so good but my partner had a sensitive sense of smell so it was a little too much for her, but over all, the Apartment is excellent in every aspect!

• Uzair (9/5): We had a great stay and would probably stay here again whenever we’re in Milan again - We stayed here for 4 nights and loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and centrally located (close to two metro stations about 5-10 minutes walking distance). The host was very helpful and was able to let me in one day when my husband was out and I didn’t have the keys (I only had an e-sim and couldn’t unlock the door as you had to make a phone call to unlock it) There was a cleaner who came to clean the apartment every two days which wasn’t something I was aware of prior to booking but was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I with a spacious lounge/kitchen area and a comfortable bedroom. The only thing I would say was missing was a washing machine (as we were travelling for two weeks and it would’ve been nice to have been able to get some laundry done)

Instructions with images on how to reach the apartment from the train station, get through the front door and access the door code were provided beforehand. The fridge and pantry were well stocked for our stay. The apartment is as new, tastefully furnished (loved the artwork), and clean. The food hall at Milan Centrale (a short walk) is quite a treat. • Jorigis (10/5): Spick and span - Check-in was super conventient, the apartament was brand spanking new and spotless. There was everything you'd need. Brealfast was also great. Great location for those looking convencient access to Milano Centrale.

• Tanaya (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is located at a 10 mins walk from Milan Centrale. It is a small cozy apartment with one room and a sofa bed but extremely comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean with all facilities, the host was extremely responsive and ensure we had a smooth check-in and stay. The breakfast left in the apartment was really good with a lot of snacks. We had no complaints with our stay
• Joy (8/5): Worth it - Lovely space, nicely furnished & loads of drinks & nibble left for us. It was a little further out from the centre than we anticipate but still a manageable walk & it’s right next to Milan Central train station which was really handy!
