Shashidhar (4/5): - Location was near to Napoli central station Room condition, AC was not functioning well, whole night there was sound coming from AC. While booking it was showing apartment with 3 rooms for us, but when we check in we were allotted one out of the 3 rooms and not the entire apartment as shown in booking.com. Condition of the building is very poor.

Derrick (8/5): Very good - Great situation for pompei and sorrento. Train and bus station 4 min walk. Good restuarants on square in front of station But area not so good. Communication with Roberto excellent. Bed really comfortable Room and kitchen we're good but needed updating refurbishing. Couldn't use wardrobe in case it fell apart..
Emil (9/5): Pleasant stay in Napoli - Owner communicated very well. Property was fairly easy to find. Room was nice and maybe bigger than we expected. Good night sleep for an ok price. Location was close to the station that is not super safe at night but the hotel was on the right side of the area and we felt very safe walk home even in night. Check in experience was a bit fussy and you had to go through some steps to get the key. But owner responded quickly and helped us along the way.
Quynh (7/5): Ok, not the best experience with cleanliness and comfy but good location - - The host or the staff was not there but they were very responsive and helpful on whatsapp. - The location was convenient - Location : More guidance to find the place will be good, we were abit struggle at first until I called the host/owner - Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly when we were there, we had to ask for all towels , bed sheets, covers to be changed after 1st night because they were not clean and we felt itchy the whole night. My friend confirmed. But they changed it the next day so it was good. - The floor : was kinda sticky? I had to wear socks to walk around. it should be cleaned/ mopped.. - The bed : Not very comfy, it was like sleeping on water, so we felt painful the next morning,.. not really having good sleep. - Blanket : there should be 2 separate blankets for a room of 2 people. - Noise: well, you can hear people honking cars hahha just be prepared

Anja (7/5): Excellent staff and great location - The complimentary brekfast was an extra nice thing. The kids really loved it an us too. The pastry was fresh and delicious and the coffe was amazing. Location is great, near the main station so it is really easy to go around and to find your way back. The room could be a bit cleaner (there where some dust bunny visiting us :) ) but it was nothing to complain about.
