• Martin (6/5): Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben - Die Terrasse -Die Terrasse lag die meiste Zeit im Schatten. -Das Badezimmer, die Dusche ware extrem verkalkt / verunreinigt und wurde auch nach Besichtigung der Betreuungsfirma zwar als unrein festgestellt aber nicht gereinigt. -Die Sofas waren durchgesessen und vorsorglich mit Decken verkleidet. -Es waren 8 chemische "Dufterfrischer" vorhanden, für Allergiker fatal. - zwei Fenster ließen sich nicht verriegeln (wurden dann repariert) -zwei von vier Liegen, waren derart defekt, dass sie nach unserer Reklamation entsorgt wurden. -Fehlende Auflagen für Liegen und Außenstühle wurden erst nach unserer Reklamation besorgt. - Deutsche TV-Programme gibt es nicht (eine Abhilfe wurde uns zwar versprochen aber nicht durchgeführt.) Dieses war besonders ärgerlich, da es in diesem Jahr überdurchschnittlich viel Regen gab. - durch den vielen Regen, war es abends kalt, eine Heizung... Fehlanzeige. -wur haben den Vermieter um eine Entschädigung gebeten..... Fehlanzeige.

• Laura (8/5): Nach schwierigem Start schöne Ferien - - Aussicht, - Wohnungseinrichtung, - Terrasse, - Ameisenplage wurde am selben Tag entfernt, als ich das Problem meldete - Nähe zum Loropark - Pool ist kalt - einchecken war sehr problematisch, da die Informationen der Agentur sehr wiedersprüchlich waren. In der ersten Nachricht stand dass es eine Schlüsselübergabe gibt. Die Infos wie man in die Siedlung & Wohnung gelangt gingen an meinen Mann (statt an mich als Hauptperson die Buchte). Er dachte es sei ein Spam. So hatten wir 1h und 4 Telefonate (mit Kosten verbunden) bis wir es schafften in die Wohnung zu gelngen. Zudem gab es noch eine Fehlinformation bez. Wohnungsnummer, was das ganze noch schwieriger gestaltete, da wir zuerst die richtige Wohnung suchen mussten (anhand einer Nummer die dort nicht existiert).
• Pietrek (10/5): Der Ort ist ein Traum - Das Apartment und vorallem die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist schön ruhig aber man ist trotzdem schnell überall. Der Strand ist nicht weit man kann zu Fuß hinlaufen und er ist wunderschön. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und Puerto de la Cruz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Unsere Kinder haben sich vorallem über den Pool gefreut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Kirsty (10/5): Spacious apartment with superb views. Very quiet location. - Beautifully positioned spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a mostly residential complex. Digital entry via a code was a great addition too. Superb corner location with extra private area to enjoy the panoramic view. Tastefully decorated to reflect the close location to the Loro Parque. First left after the park and a good uphill walk for about 7 minutes sees you at the complex. Kitchen well equipped. Fullsize fridge freezer. Washing machine in a separate cupboard. The shower was nice and strong and stayed hot. The big bed was super comfy. Good internet and television. Few wee bits, like missing door handles on kitchen cupboards, but these things happen. Very quiet location, however you can enjoy the coastal walk into Puerto de la Cruz easily and return to recharge here in peace. You can also jump on the wee train for Loro Parque outside McDonald's and catch a ride along as far as the park if you fancy. Very pleased, would return without hesitation. Wishing we had found it sooner. Office staff were extremely efficient and polite. Just one thing to note. The cockerels in the banana plantation across the road are up early doors, but they are allowed, it's their home too.
• Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - Location, large terrace, views, quiet area, apartment decor and size, comfortable beds. I highly recommend. A good base for exploring the north, unfortunately the weather at the turn of January and February is mixed! That's why we didn't use the pool. The only thing, as someone wrote earlier, you need new pans, because these are no good, and at least one small pot, because they only have large ones.

• Helena (6/5): Not too bad - The views and outdoor space was really good, out toddler had lot of space to explore. The shower was great. Overall, the size of the property was good, we always managed to find parking on the street. We walked every day into town which we find to be a nice walk along the beaches. Warning though the flat is on the hill so some fitness is needed to get back. We enjoyed the challenge though. Impractical taps: in the kitchen, partially blocked; microwave with no socket to plug it into; drawer front fell off when we tried to open it. The toilet was so high that we have to be on our toes so unless you are taller then 180cm it's not very comfy to use and black toilet is just awful and when flushed water was sprayed all over and looked dirty. No space around the sink to put your things and due to the tap design one side gets wet all the time. Hanging towels also impractical, nowhere to put a hand towel. Towels not the best either, rather small. We waited an hour for someone to give us the keys. The property doesn't get in sun in winter so it was a little cold and dark for me. The swimming pool is super cold! The bed was hard so we got a bit of back ache from it but that's a personal thing.
