• Jo (9/5): Week stay in February - Super central location which makes it convenient for the old town, bike hire, walks and loads of places to eat and drink nearby. No noise from the strip at night and during the day it's a perfect place to relax by the pool The balcony is very shaded so drying washing takes a while and it's not big enough to sit and enjoy breakfast outside but it was definitely manageable for the week we spent at the apartment.

• Lorraine (8/5): - Location cleanliness and comfort Balconey tiny looking out onto air conditioning units plus cooking smells from restaurant meant unable to have door open. On arrival we had trouble finding apartment as we were not given the name of the complex or a number to the apartment when we did find the complex. That was very poor and disorganised

• Dominic (6/5): A great stay as I love Lanzarote but disappointing regarding the issues with the apartment and customer service. If thes - The location of the property was ideal. Swimming pool was a good place and area to relax. The room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and we were an hour late. Had to wait another hour for staff to partially clean the apartment. Virtually no hot water for a shower. Asked for bed clothes for my daughter as she was sleeping on the sofa bed. Nothing arrived and they said they didn’t know it was being used. Very poor customer service as it would have taken a very short time to deliver bedding. The front door also jammed and couldn’t open it at times but someone must have came to the property during our stay as a rubber seal was removed which was causing the issue. But no correspondence to say that they were coming or had been.
