• Oleg (9/5): Palazzo d'Epoca describes the building perfectly. - The location is very convenient - close enough on foot to the main sights and venues (Duomo, La Scala, Brera, etc., even Naviglia) and no distance at all to the Cadorna station with express trains to Malpensa and public transportation, including metro. The vintage elevator only adds to the experience. After a little snag upon arrival (no one answered the front door buzzer - the host was in a work meeting and responded to WhatsApp with a few minutes of delay) the communication over the phone and WhatsApp was very pleasant and efficient. The host lives in the same building and it was a pleasure to meet her in person a short while later. The apartment has all the conveniences, including mineral water, coffee, tea, etc. I didn't use the stove or other kitchen appliances or the washing machine, but the iron certainly worked. One can certainly be self-sufficient on a longer stay. There was no problem leaving the luggage with the doorman (in a locked or attended office) after check-out; another option is the automatic lockers at the nearby station. There are very detailed written instructions in the kitchen, what was missing (the WiFi password, how to use the electronic key to the front entrance) was communicated via WhatsApp very clearly and efficiently. WiFi worked very well. The only issue was that the lights in the apartment's hallway were out - a problem occurred the day before and the electrician had not had a chance to fix it. It was obviously transient and not a big problem at all.

• Yasemin (10/5): Good location, clean. - Host was kind and helpful, we couldn’t get into the building at first but she came and helped us, we talked using whatsapp. House was clean. There were kitchen wares ready to use, also coffee and biscuits which is thoughtful. Metro station is close and there is a market near. We left the key and city tax on the table before we leave. Plus, the building is historic and lovely. The elevator is old, unique experience to use. Nothing.

• Diana (10/5): Cozy apartment in a beautiful building - The location is perfect and it also has a subway station 1min away. There are several bars and restaurants around the corner with very reasonable prices. The host was very polite and the communication was very easy. The apartment is located in an old beautiful building, which makes it even more special. The apartment is fully furnished and with kitchen utensiles and toilettries. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very warm in winter.
