Inoltre, la presenza di ampi armadi, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli e molti altri comfort ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale, ideale per raggiungere facilmente numerosi punti di interesse, tra cui l’Acropoli. La fermata della metro è a soli due minuti a piedi, permettendo di spostarsi comodamente in tutta la città. Il proprietario, John, è stato sempre disponibile fin dal primo momento, così come sua moglie, estremamente gentile. Ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli e informazioni utili per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. The house was clean and well maintained, it looks just like the pictures. The host was very communicative and checked in everyday to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely stay here if i’m ever back in Athens.
• Eynav (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the city center, and only a few minutes’ walk from areas full of restaurants, bars, and cafés. The metro station is literally across the road, which made it very easy to get everywhere. In fact, many places can be reached on foot because the apartment is so centrally located. There are also many small supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. John, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful. He contacted me before I arrived and was available for all my questions. He and his wife, Eftychia, are both very warm and welcoming people, and their kindness made the stay even better. Thank you very much to John and Eftychia for the wonderful hospitality. I would definitely love to come back, not only because of the comfort and excellent location, but also because of the lovely owners and their attitude.
• Christina (10/5): Fantastic city trip - Very stylisch, Jhonys was so nice and helpful, he picked us up from the airport. The apartment is in a very good neighbourhood, near Plaka and the Akropolis. The pillows are a little bit too hard and too big.

Είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι, αφού διαθέτει πλυντήριο ρούχων, ένα πολύ όμορφο μικρό μπαλκόνι με θέα στον δρόμο, αλλά και μια κανονική κουζίνα όπου μπορείς άνετα να μαγειρέψεις αν δεν θες να βγεις έξω. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ασυναγώνιστη! Δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό και τα λεωφορεία, ενώ έχει και ένα 24ωρο μίνι μάρκετ μεσοτοιχία, λύνοντάς σου τα χέρια για οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς, οποιαδήποτε ώρα. Περάσαμε τέλεια και το προτείνουμε με κλειστά τα μάτια! Perfect stay, we had absolutely everything we needed! Giannis is an excellent host and his apartment is simply wonderful: freshly renovated, modern, and sparkling clean. It feels like a fully equipped home, as it features a washing machine, a lovely little balcony with a street view, and a full kitchen where you can comfortably cook if you prefer to stay in. The location is unbeatable! It's right next to the subway and bus stops, and there's a 24/7 mini-market right next door, which is incredibly convenient for anything you might need at any hour. We had a perfect time and highly recommend it without hesitation! Perfekter Aufenthalt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und sein Apartment ist einfach wunderbar: frisch renoviert, modern eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Es ist ein voll ausgestattetes Zuhause mit einer Waschmaschine, einem sehr schönen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße und einer richtigen Küche, in der man bequem kochen kann, wenn man mal nicht ausgehen möchte. Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Direkt neben der U-Bahn und den Bussen, und gleich nebenan gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Minimarkt, was unglaublich praktisch ist, wenn man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit etwas braucht. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit und können es blind weiterempfehlen! -

• Jelena (10/5): Odlična lokacija, čist apartman i dobra komunikacija sa domaćinom - Apartman se nalazi u mirnom i bezbednom kraju, blizu samog centra grada i glavnih turističkih atrakcija sa kojima je dobro povezan gradskim prevozom (metro, autobus, tramvaj). Veoma je čisto i sadrži sve što je neophodno za boravak (i pegla, veš mašina, papuče, peškiri, aparat za kafu...). Vlasnici su izuzetni, komunikacija je odlična i tu su za svako pitanje i pomoć. Sve preporuke! :)

• Antonios (10/5): Άνετο, όμορφο, εξοπλισμένο και σε τέλειο σημείο στην Αθήνα!! - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και σύγχρονο, είχε καλές εγκαταστάσεις όπως κα το πλυντήριο με στεγνωτήριο όπου μπόρεσαν άμεσα να έχουμε καθαρά και στεγνά ρούχα. Ολα ήταν άνετα και όμορφα και υπήρχαν πολλές συσκευές και δωρεάν ροφήματα. Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη, ακριβώς απέναντι από το Μετρό, στάση τραμ, Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνη και λίγα λεπτά Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης, κέντρο.. και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος!! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε, ήμασταν ευχαριστημένοι και από το διαμέρισμα και από την εξυπηρέτηση των ιδιοκτητών!! Ένα μικρό περίεργο είναι ότι λόγο διαρρύθμιση του χώρου η τηλεόραση βρίσκεται πάνω από τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας κι είναι λίγο μικρή για την απόσταση που χρειάζεται να δεις απολαυστικά από το κρεβάτι αλλά αυτό δεν είναι κάτι σοβαρό και δεν αλλάζει την θετική μας γνώμη και εμπειρία από την διαμονή μας στο feel like home!!

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Athens and within walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. They provided us with detailed tips and recommendations that made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Their support went far beyond what we expected. We truly felt at home and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

My sister and I stayed here the night before our flight back home, and it was so beautiful, so modern, so comfortable, just amazing. One of our favourite amenities was the washing machine and dryer, as it allowed us to get our washing done before our long flight home. John was absolutely phenomenal and made our stay one of the best. His communication, help, and recommendations were outstanding. Will definitely be back! Thanks, John ☺️
• Deirdre (9/5): An amazing stay in an amazing apartment! - Johnny the host was very friendly and showed us everything in the apartment. He was also very good at keeping in touch via what’s app. He decorated our towels into heart shapes as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch! The apartment had everything you needed and the shower was absolutely amazing!!! 10 minute walk to the Acropolis. Further to get into the main town but the walk was fine for us. If I was being very fussy I would suggest to include some oil for cooking & some tabs for the washing machine (maybe they were some and I didn’t see them) and a line on the balcony to dry clothes (again maybe there was something there that I missed)

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet – perfekt, um auch mal selbst zu kochen. Das Bett ist super bequem, und die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht hinein. WLAN ist schnell und zuverlässig, was für uns ideal war. Die Lage ist super 👍 nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Cafés und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Jose (10/5): Comfortable stay in a modern and practical apartment near the Acropolis. - There are many aspects to enjoy about this property, including: - A great hostess, John was friendly and attentive, providing prompt/helpful communication/info before and during our stay - A comfortable, clean, modern, new and tastefully decorated apartment, including a high quality mattress (for me a vital aspect) that was both comfortable on the top and provided great body support, ensuring good sleep experiences. - The good facilities in the apartment, including functioning doors to the balcony that could block the light totally for sleep or allow light/air during the day, kitchenette with all facilities for some light cooking (like breakfast), electric towel racks in the bathroom and so on. - The location, walking distance from a Metro station and the Tram, plus supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay and I'd recommend this place with no reservation. Maybe a luggage rack could be added (placed in front of the mirror for example). We used some of the couch's space are for one of our large suitcases, but the other had to go on the floor.

• Ева (10/5): Happy trip thanks to apartments - Perfect apartments, there you have everything- different types of coffee, many many different teas, all necessary cleaning supplies, dry, wet napkins, iron, deck, washing machine and so on. All the furniture clean and new, it’s very pleasant to stay here. And the host is very polite, friendly and open to help anytime. If I come to Athens next time, I’ll definitely book it again. The only small fact that disturbed me - you should press button and wait for hot water for some time, and it wasn’t so hot as I used to. But for the summer I think it’s not a problem at all.

I am definitely going to stay here again. Location is another merit of it. You can reach city centre and Acropolis within 20 mins walk. Metro line 2 stops at all main tourist attractions in Athens. The property itself was very clean, quiet, and felt safe at night. When it was time to leave, I messaged John to ask if he could order me a taxi. To my surprise, his lovely wife came to the apartment and took me to the airport without any fuss! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you, John and family! And it was so good I've booked to come back

• Bébhínn (9/5): Very nicely decorated, comfortable apartment - The apartment is very nicely decorated. It has an excellent, high pressure shower, good air conditioning and is very clean. While the apartment itself is lovely, the area it is located in is a little dingy. It is just off a busy main road outside of the city centre. This didn't really bother us as we were just relaxing before our next flight but if you wanted to explore Athens it is a little bit out.

Recommended! - It is a brand new flat, tastefully furnished, the bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows. Communication with John the host was easy, he was also flexible with check-out. It was nice to have a little balcony with a table and chairs to chill at night. It is in a nice and quiet area, but there is a vibrant neighbourhood within 5 minute walking distance with lots of restaurants and cafés. The air conditioner could be more quiet.

The host was professional and responsive, and went above and beyond when my partner left a personal belonging in the apartment after check out to ensure it was returned to us. 5 stars all around! Nothing!

• Melanie (10/5): Amazing - The accomodation was perfect. It was very modern and the apartment was kept and maintained to a high standard with great extras like coffee and a washing machine. I would stay again if I was in Athens. The owner John contacted in the lead up to confirm our stay whilst also making great recommendations and available if needed via WhatsApp. I would stay here if you are visiting Athens. We loved it all.

It was very clean, had all the facilities to make you feel like home, in a 10-15 minutes walk you can reach Acropole and the metro station Syngrou-Fix was 3 minutes walk. I would recommend it and for sure I would stay here again if I come back to Athens. John, the owner was very nice and helpful, he did all he could to make my stay as pleasant as it could. I liked everything.
