• Neelum (1/5): - It was really BAD both from Booking.com who gave us incorrect property address and we spent almost 3 hours pulling luggage and asked so many people about the property. On top of it, even my wife knocked at wrong apartment address and a very angry Man came out saying that he's going to call the Police. After so much of hastle in locating the property even we were thinking of going to Police for help. For Hanabi House property there role was even worse because I wrote them Three times about the process of checking in and they never came back with a reply. Here I am going to give you both BOOKING.COM and HANABI HOUSE INN to compensate me for the hastle and tension I have suffered with by you guys providing me the wrong apartment address. Will wait for your response. See above

• Mildred (3/5): It's uncomfortable - We're not comfortable with the pillow, pillow case and bed matress as well the colors are dark and no foot towel. The color of pillow, pillow case and mattres as well is dark. Uncomfortable smell.
• Hen (5/5): Comfortable and pleasant except with Wifi and Television. - Convenience location Before the era of availability of wireless communication commonly, those places that have this wireless communication is a plus will be displayed to attract. But with the wireless communication now available very commonly anywhere, it become an expectation that places we stay to have wifi connection, that I did not check whether this is available. This shall be clearly stated by Booking.com, and not hidden among small print. Washing machine available, but not dryer
• Allan (4/5): Disappointing. One problem after another. - Property was warm, had sufficient heating. Wasn't a good experience, one problem after another. We couldn't get in booked apartment on check in day. We were emailed to go to another property that we did not book. New apartment was further away from public transport. Was told that the property we booked still was not vacant as previous person extended and couldn't be contacted. Explanation was only given to us when we asked why. When we got to the new apartment, we discovered that the shower drainage was blocked. Dirty water accumulates whenever we took a shower. As we were too busy with travel schedules and bookings, we were only able to contact the owner 4 days later. Owner got hold of a plumber the day after to fix the problem. After the plumber went to the apartment, problem with drainage actually got worse. Dirty water now comes out from the shower drainage and from the restroom floor drainage whenever water gets used, either from the sink tap or from the shower. Because of this ongoing problem, we decided to cut our stay short and asked for a refund for the remaining days that we didn't end up using. Holiday finished and we got back home, we contacted the owner again for the refund. We were told by the owner that they agree and have contacted Booking.com for the refund. Only waiting for processing. A few days have passed and haven't heard anything from the owner so I decided to contact Booking.com and ask for an update. According to Booking.com, no refund request has been sent by the owner. Because of this Booking.com processed the refund themselves. Thank you Booking.com!

• Duvvuru (5/5): Passable - Location is great. No cleanliness. Beds are not comfortable. We were 4. Room would be comfortable probably for 3, but not 4. Shelves in kitchen were very untidy. There were 3 beds in the room. One seems to be double bed. It's not big enough to sleep for 2 big people. We didn't receive any communication from host until few hours before check in, even though we emailed them 3 to 4 times on confirmation. ( As other accommodation people where we stayed for few other days contacted us for identity details) . Photos of rooms in Booking.com seems to be accurate but not sure, as there are few photos of beds.
• Enoelia (9/5): Great value and location in Tokyo. - The location was great, very close to the nishi-shinjuku gochome station, which is very close to Shinjuku station. The place had everything you need, even the ceiling light becomes a nightlight. The laundry was very useful. There is a ramen place next door with very good ramen and cold beer. It had a little balcony to dry your clothes. The bed comfortability could be improved. One of the beds felt like it had a bar in the middle.
