• Vietnam (1/5): - Bà cô lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Ko tôn trọng khách Hàng. Khách người ta lưu phòng vậy mà còn có kiểu làm khó thu thêm tiền từ 12 trưa đến 14h chiều Hàng ngày nữa.( Bà gọi là tiền giờ thừa) ủa ko hiểu.

• (DANG HOANG LONG) (7/5): Chỗ nghỉ nên cải thiện chút là ổn áp… - Chỗ nghỉ ngay phố Trần Thái Tông nên thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống, đi bộ chút xíu là ra mặt đường chính rồi. Phòng rộng rãi, yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Đi lại tự do vì có chip riêng biệt. Xung quanh chỗ nghỉ có rất nhiều quán coffee view đẹp và nhà hàng bán đồ ăn uống khá ngon miệng. Cô tiếp đón rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình. (R302): - Chỗ nghỉ nên kiểm tra kỹ vấn đề vệ sinh trước khi cho khách mới nhận phòng, hôm tôi CI thì ấm đun nước còn nguyên súp lơ luộc của khách ở trước. 😵😵😵 - Chỗ nghỉ nên trang bị thêm gương trong nhà tắm/phòng khách để tiện sử dụng, có pm cho host chỗ nghỉ nhưng bị phớt lờ chuyện đó luôn. - Chỗ nghỉ cần xịt thuốc chống côn trùng vì trong phòng vẫn có muỗi và những con nhặng tường gây khó chịu khi ngủ nghỉ. - Nhà VS cần để thêm sáp/nến thơm để khử đi mùi hôi.

• Nguyễn (1/5): - Mình book phòng cho e mình với bn nó. Mình k ở nhưng e mình phàn nàn và cảm thấy trải nghiệm ở home rất tệ, làm dịch vụ nhưng thái độ phục vụ thiếu chuyên nghiệp, k hỗ trợ khách. Mình chia sẻ để mọi người cân nhắc trc khi đặt phòng! 1. Lần đầu tiên mình gặp trường hợp thu tiền xe, vì 2 đứa ở 2 nơi khác nhau nên đi 2 xe máy để thuận tiện nhưng khi đến nơi home chỉ cho mỗi phòng 1 xe và xe còn lại thu 5k/1 lượt, bọn mk đi dl nên phải di chuyển suốt chứ k có ở phòng cả ngày, mình thấy nó k đáng nhưng phiền phức! 2. Phòng book cho 2 người nhưng chỉ có 1 khăn tắm , e mình có xin thêm 1 khăn thì home bảo tính phí , e mình có nói qua lại thì home mới đưa thêm khăn và k tính phí 3. Phòng k đc sạch sẽ, cũng k đc như trên ảnh!

As soon as I arrived she started to ask me a different amount even though I booked it on booking. The woman was saying that price was "for yesterday". It took me at least half an hour of argument with her over translator to let her know that I'll pay the booking.com price. Since my flight was at night I requested to keep an eye on my suitcase until I go out and have some food in the city, she agreed. Then I COULDN'T open the gate anymore to enter the lounge of the building as I didn't have the key. I kept on knocking and call the number which was provided on the door, I was told that they will open it but DIDN'T. Thank God their neighbour came after some time of waiting and helped me out, otherwise I'd miss my flight. So in short 0 customer service and management. The lady doesn't sit downstairs all the time so don't leave your suitcase there if you don't have a key.

• Mnyaka (5/5): Clean but no communication - The staff was friendly, the air conditioning was on point The staff could not speak English so there was a communication breakdown somehow, they did not come to clean the room, I stayed for 2 full weeks they only cleaned once, they knocked at my door around 7 pm, I did not understand what is it they wanted so I had to make a call because I was not told they would come to check anything however they walked in and started talking between themselves, I was standing there lost and waiting for them to get out of my space, my bathroom.... The landlord ignore texts competely

• Madeleine (3/5): Not recommending to stay here - The room was clean and comfy enough, no sunlight though, a bit different from the pictures but fair enough for that price. Elevator was good. There are laundry facilities, but they tend to be in use by other people. Security was very nice when I left. Location is good enough to get into town & quiet. first point is finding the place, as neither goole maps nor booking.com maps actually show the right location for it & if you are arriving late, you are lost.. contacting the property is in absolut vain. They give you a phone number that's not answered (so arriving late I can NOT recommend, even though I informed them). The only "help" was (after finding the place during night) a phone number written on the gate. The person answered but didn't speak any English, BUT turned out it was security who, very grumpily, checked me in. Even though it says they speak English, they really don't. I contacted the property over the given phone number again & over booking.com to inquire about laundry, but they left me on read for quiet some time & said then to talk to the security guy (who again, doesn't speak any English and was very grumpy about me being there). Laundry facilities were located on the top floor(easy enough to say over WhatsApp I would thing?), but always in use throughout my stay. Cleaning of my room wasn't offered to me, until my second last day & no complimentary water (is both just not included?) Even though there are "night hours", during the weekend it doesn't seem to be applicable, as there was a loud party going on until early morning next day. All in all I would not recommend this property to foreigners to stay. I had an uneasy feeling the whole time.

The bathroom and kitchen was very dirty, bad smells in the apartment. Only had a sheet to sleep with. The bowls, cups and pan that were provided were filthy. It was very difficult to find the place, got little to no help from the owner. Our room didn't have any natural light or any fresh air.

• Heretic.wizard (5/5): DO NOT recommend until they hire proper staff - The condition of the furniture and sanitary. Cleanliness. The price is fair. 1. The location: It's hidden in the middle of the traditional vietnamese style maze of narrow streets and neighborhoods. You have to cross the neighbor's yards to reach your apartment. It's not a problem if you're a super friendly person but you'll not like it if you value privacy (that's more obvious since you choose an apartment to live in). Also the maze's roads condition is bad. They are over a constant renovation: crowded by the workers and constructions, full of dust and dirt, dangerous to either walk or ride. 2. The staff: the guard is never here when you need him. He is still sleeping or in bed already or somewhere out. Once I wanted to change my towels, so I went don't three times during two hours and I still couldn't find him. The first time we met he had a strong smell of alcohol. 3. Service (read - the staff). I asked the staff to clean my apartment once (it was the first and the last time I had that idea). They took my key but there was nobody at the reception when I came back, so I was waiting for "the guard" coming back for 15 min. Then when I finally entered my apartment I found out they did nothing! I messaged the landlady with compliants. We fixed the time. I also asked her to change the linens and fix the toilet seat. She confirmed it, but - again - they did nothing! The room was even dirtier after they entered it. They only changed the sheet but left the old blanket on the bed. And I managed to fix the toilet seat by myself! The day I checked out I asked "the guard" to keep my luggage for a couple of hours. He asked me for a tip, so I just took my luggage and moved out. I'll not come back and I don't recommend you check in there. Thanks for reading.
• Lfc (6/5): Pleasant - Was a a clean apartment, building seems relatively new. Has elevator if have lots of luggage and in-house bike parking. Can do laundry on rooftop. Reception staff whilst don't speak any English do their best with Google Translate. Was quite didn't hear noise from residents, seems to be short and long terms options to stay. Was a bit difficult to find its down a number of alleyways. No TV or complimentary water. No natural light the window opens in a light well which is inside the building. Ventilation in bathroom not great.

I issu ally never comment when it’s average but this accommodation is just not possible. The girl will never reply to you so as it’s impossible to find you will for hours, running around, try to find Vietnamese people to call the girl. Then she will naturally say that’s easy to find.. yeah sure .. I didn’t listen to the guy before saying to avoid this but I’m telling you, it’s so complicated. As you will never be able to communicate. I ran away. My room was not as expected either. No window, no kettle, not even a glass.
• Son (8/5): It's good - Comfy room, great price. The apartment can be difficult to find, you'll probably need to ask around a bit. It seems the room wasn't cleaned regularly since there was trash in the toilet.
