• Thieme (4/5): Good location, but unfortunately the apartment was in poor condition and not properly maintained. - What we liked most was the location. It was convenient and well situated, with easy access to the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the good location was the only real positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned properly. After contacting the host, a cleaning team did eventually come to clean again, which made the apartment a bit more livable, but still far from pleasant. Most of the visible problems seemed to be caused by severe lack of maintenance rather than cleaning alone. The floor was extremely dirty, the toilet was unclean (especially under the seat), the shower had mold, and the walls felt sticky. All taps were rusty and covered in limescale, and the shower head was green from heavy limescale buildup. The kitchen was also in poor condition: there were many ants near the sink area, the sealant around the kitchen counter was coming loose, and the skirting boards were covered in dust. The dishwasher was heavily covered in limescale and did not appear properly usable. We had to clean a large part of the apartment ourselves just to make it acceptable to stay in. Communication with the host was slow, which made resolving these issues frustrating. People really need to be careful before booking this property. Unfortunately, the negative reviews from several previous guests turned out to be true. Please be cautious before renting this apartment.

• Mohsin Mohammad (5/5): Take a little more care of your clients and cleanliness - The property was well equipped for a lovely couple stay. The location was good as really close to the train station giving you access quickly to Rome. Firstly, we were given permission for a 1pm check-in, as confirmed via Booking.com email. However, when we arrived at 2pm, the room was still not ready—it needed fresh bedsheets, clean towels, and a full clean. We contacted the agency and agreed to go out and return later, with the promise that everything would be completed by 3pm. Unfortunately, when we came back at 4pm, the cleaner was still there. It seemed like the cleaning was rushed and only properly completed after I pointed things out, as the cleaner appeared ready to leave when we arrived. While the bedsheets were changed and the room was hoovered and mopped, the bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were visible urine stains on the toilet floor and dirt around the toilet brush and toilet paper stand. I have included photos to show this. The first night was also uncomfortable due to noise from nearby restaurants, which stayed open late. While this wouldn’t normally be an issue if the windows were closed, we had to keep them open for ventilation because the air conditioning remote was missing. We requested the remote from the agency but received no response. To make matters worse, on two consecutive nights, someone attempted to enter the apartment—knocking on the door and speaking in Italian. It was unsettling, especially as we suspected they may have known the key box code. Despite securing it after use, this raised serious concerns about safety. My partner and I felt uneasy and unsafe after these incidents. Overall, this stay was disappointing, especially as it was meant to be a special trip for my birthday. It had the potential to be a great experience, but poor cleanliness, lack of communication, and safety concerns significantly impacted our stay.

• Olga (4/5): Абсолютно не вовлеченный персонал. Много скрытых платежей , не желание учесть пожелания клиентов. Был создан стресс во - Помогли, когда вырубило Эл. Пробки Не было оказано помощи во время заезда, не работал лифт . Хозяин не знал, что лифт в его об’ект имеет особенности. Помогли посторонние люди. Хозяин не предоставил 2 одеяло, Было холодно- не был предоставлен пульт от кондиционера для обогрева, батареи не регулировались , не было пододеяльников, вместо них были предоставлены 2 простыни. Антисанитария - Были грязные занавески на окнах. Мебель в ванной была поломанной: были некрасивые сколы на фасадах .

• Jean Paulo (10/5): - Adorei a localização, fica muito próximo a Estação Roma Termini que me deu acesso a todos os lugares que eu precisei. O ambiente pareceu limpo, bem arejado e iluminado. Do elevador, do prédio que é muito antigo.

• Maria Ignez Feltrin (7/5): Belo, pero com problemas - Localização, ambiente com muita luz, restaurantes, pasticerias, mercado perto. O elevador, se não fechado corretamente, fica bloqueado no andar. Tive q subir até o 5o andar uma x, até o 3o 2x, até o 2o 2x. Não há qq aviso explicando o funcionamento do elevador. Dentro do loft a limpeza poderia ser bem melhor, encontrei vários móveis com poeira e a varanda sem varrer. Não fiz o check in antecipado e qdo fui realizar encontrei dificuldades q a Sra Valeria, a princípio não quis ajudar, sendo bem rispida. Busquei ajuda com um parente italiano q fez o check in resolvendo o problema.No loft faltam várias orientações como ligar o fogão, usar o elevador, o q fazer com o lixo etc... Sugiro q o proprietário faça um estágio com o Domus Maria em Assis para aprender como disponibilizar um local para receber clientes. Empatia e acolhimento devem fazer parte do negócio.

• Jack (10/5): Fabulous apartment, great facilities in a brilliant location. - Very stylish, warm, beautiful and had everything you could need for a trip to Rome. The location was excellent for getting to and from the station. Lots of restaurants located near by and shops. Very clean and tidy, with modern facilities. Overall a great space to stay and would recommend to others.

• Tehmur (5/5): Overall nice place but no access to water (tap water, shower, even flush) have completely put me off! Though it was fixe - Loved the balcony, space was big enough and it looked really nice. There was no water, the tap and shower water randomly turned off, after contacting apparently there was building work! However, I was left with no access to water for a while, not even flush! Super inconvenient especially for the amount paid. Access to water is the most basic thing. On the day of check out the water on shower again started to turn off but I didn’t bother to contact as I was leaving. So unless it’s not fixed, future guests will have trouble!

• Peter (4/5): Won’t stay here again! - The property looks good on website and is close to the train station. Stayed 5 nights unfortunately. The property wasn’t up to standard. We have travelled for 2 months and it’s the worst place we have stayed. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1:30 so we went for a walk and came back at 3. The room still wasn’t ready. Checkin was meant to be at 2pm. The cleaners tried to clean but we ended going to the shop to get some more cleaning items as there was mould in the grout of shower , the basins had scum on them, the kitchen wasn’t clean, the cups and bowls not clean. The Water ran out on the first day and second day and low on our last day. We rang but they said too many people in the building were using too much water. We were without water for a couple of hours until the tank on the roof filled up a little. Unbelievable!. The shower when it did work, the drain wouldn’t drain properly so your feet were in water. The entrance to the building has bins which seem to be full and an eyesore. There is calcium deposits on the taps, the bathroom unit is need of renewal.
• Santiago (8/5): Overall a good stay in a perfect location to move by train or metro was pe - Excellent Location in the nicest street close to the train station. Modern apartment. Nice small errace. TV turned on and off by itself. No kitchen paper to clean. Some spots were not properly cleaned. You hear the neighbours ( upstairs or besides, wasn’t sure) moving stuff and leaving/entering with noises that wake you up at night.
• Adam (9/5): Good for exploring the city - Great location with lots of restraints around. Only a 20-30 minute walk to the busier parts of rome & only a 2 minute walk from the main train station which made it really easy to get to. The apartment itself is really nice with a spacious open plan. The building itself is run down inside / building materials left all over the place. We both got a bit worried using the ancient lift😂. Didn’t take away from the apartment itself though.
• James (9/5): Great apartment located very close to the main train and bus terminal. Clean with everything needed for a short stay in - Location was very close to the main train terminal in Rome, so whilst the apartment it wasn’t very close to the immediate sights (30 minute walk to most attractions) there was always an easy train/bus to get. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a stay in Rome. Feel like the apartment would benefit from a guest book, highlighting suggested restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets etc. whilst the host was very helpful and quickly responded with suggestions having all this in the apartment would be useful.
• Zang_88 (7/5): Good - Location Cleanliness should be given more attention before new customers, and many things show a lot of wear and tear, and it would be useful to leave primary things (for example: garbage bags, paper towels, new dish sponges, not those that have been used for some time and it is not clear for what purposes, dishes washing tablets - at least 1 per day, coffee capsules, if there are 2 people, at least one capsule per day for each person) - people come to relax and not to run around Rome looking for household goods so that they can stay in the apartments. It's a friendly suggestion :)

• Derek (7/5): I lived there for 5 nights. It was great if I don't had those problem above - The room looks exactly like what you see on the website. Awesome view and location is very very close to the Termini station. 1. The air con is not cold enough for summer in mid August at 34 degree during the day. The Air con shows the room temp is at 26 degrees during night time. The problem is that there is no air flow goes to the bed which is at the back side of the room. It is extremely hot when you sleep. I would urge people to ask for a standing fan to put in the room so that air flow can flow to the bed. I can't fall into sleep for 2 nights due to the heat even the air con was on. 2. The building is very old and the elevator is very old fashion style. It was broken for 1.5 days when I was living there and I was forced to climb to 5th floor on foot. I saw some other comments on airbnb page who also had this problem. I guess it happen quite often because the elevator is very old. 3. Hot water is from a boiler tank. I had hot water slow down in shower during the last night I lived there.

• John (10/5): Comfortable, modern and a great location. - Location of Magenta Loft was perfect for us being close to the train station and an easy walk to the main bus terminus. The loft apartment is reached by a convenient elevator and was very comfortable. The sunny terrace was a great place to relax after visiting the sights of Rome. All facilities are new and in very good condition.
• Michael (9/5): RomeAsYouLikeIt Magenta Loft management was professional straightforward and easy, which resulted in an excellent accomm - Magenta Loft was a nice, clean, and spacious apartment. It is conveniently located only a block from the central train, bus, Metro station and a full-service grocery store. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and access to the transportation terminal allows city-wide access to anywhere in Rome. The shower was good, and hot water was plentiful. The outdoor patio/terrace was very nice when it wasn’t raining. The pull-out sofa used as a couch and secondary bed was somewhat inconvenient because the cushions had a tendency to come out when sitting to watch TV. The bed was a little soft for our taste, and the bottom sheets had a tendency to come out because they weren’t fitted. Very minor things.
