• Maika (2/5): - Ubicación cerca del centro 30 min andando Las instalaciones al menos el piso en el que estuvimos dejan mucho que desear......no funcionaba internet..los mandos del aire acondicionado no funcionaban , no pudimos cocinar el primer día,el sofá cama esculado, tapa del water casi rota y un cajon de la cocina no se pidia cerrar....Avisamos al chico que nos recibió el primer día que nos dijo que ante cualquier problema le contactaremos y no nos contestó hasta la noche después de llamarle varias veces y mandarle un wasap diciendo que todo estaba mal y por favor me llamase. Me derivo a otro sitio que solo hablaban ingles y al final me dieron el numero de la propietaria.....Al final conseguí hablar con la propietaria y al día siguiente vino alguien a ver lo que le habiamos comentado. Arreglo la cocina pero lo demás siguió igual.... y lo peor que ese ultimo dia por la noche no salía el agua caliente y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada y calentar agua con una olla para los niños.
• STEPHEN (10/5): - We were met and helped into the flat, shown what we needed to know. The staff were also very responsive during our stay when there was a power failure. The area is centrally located and perfect for exploring, and the flat is in the heart of a community. It was a very comfortable stay too!
• ALEJANDRO (9/5): - La ubicación perfecta para ir caminando a todos los sitios, tiene restaurantes abajo pero no molestan, no hay ruidos. Solamente faltarian persianas blackout para la habitación de una cama
• Oren (5/5): Nerve racking because of the door left ajar. - Great location! They did not leave enough toilet paper in the room. They dropped off more while we were out but left the door open with all our stuff inside. The apartment is also no well kept- dingy, needs to be painted.

• Anonymous (9/5): A brilliant stay in a fantastic location - Location was excellent. 15-20 minute walk to the major sites and attractions. Located in a very safe area aswell. Apartment very clean with all the necessary utilities also. Really enjoyed our stay and host was very cooperative and gave some suggestions for our stay. Nothing to be honest
• Christopher (6/5): Great location and generally nice property - Management is unresponsive to problems - The location was ideal within where we wanted to be in Rome, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The bed was comfortable. The large window-doors in the main room looked over the street, which most of the time was closed to traffic, with restaurant outdoor seating below. But, when you closed them, the apartment was quiet. The refrigerator did not work. Not good for a 5 night stay. Worse though is that the management responded to my texts, but chose not to resolve the problem. Sending cleaning person to clear ice from freezer didn't help. I recommended they at least bring a portable. My point is - If everything that you intend to use in the apartment is working fine, then this is a good place. If not, I don't think that they care.
