• Olga (1/5): - Что объект отменил бронирование Позвонив в звонок, дверь открыл постоялец, когда неспешно вышел охранник мы попросили осмотреть номер перед заселением, он ответил что номер ещё занят, хотя выселение до 12.00,номер нам осмотреть на дали и мы уехали

• Price-Griffiths (3/5): Cockroach, rats and locked out of bedroom - Okay location, away from busy old quarter which was nice. Easy to get grab. Security man was nice. The tiles on the floor were nice. Cheap Booked a balcony room but got no balcony which we paid more for. Found the room really dirty with hair everywhere from previous customer. Found a massive cockroach the first night. A really strong smell of sewage/food in the room and no windows to air it out. Then, heard rats scurrying in the walls at night. Then, to top it off the lock on our bedroom door locked. The lock was already broken, went to get security man for the key and help. No key for the door and the man said he didn’t know what to do ( not his fault). All of our things were in the room and this is at 9pm. Got in after an hour or so.

• Александр (5/5): I don’t recommend this apartment , especially room 303, there might be other good options but not in my case. - Nice location, not expensive . The picture on booking is different from reality, no window, horrible restroom with no space for showering, you literally take shower above the toilet.
• Jt (7/5): Good - The room felt oppressive due to the lack of any real view — one window looked out onto a wind tunnel, the other onto a blank wall, offering no sense of connection to the outside world. This, combined with the smell from the toilet and the harsh cleaning product used to mask it, made the room quite disappointing on arrival. That said, once ventilated, the space was functional, comfortable, and clean. The exception was the bathroom — despite the exhaust fan running constantly, the unpleasant odour remained overwhelming. The surrounding area is vibrant with genuine local charm and great amenities.

• Nguyễn (5/5): Nice facility but very risky in case there is fire. No way out - Nice location, new facility I realized a big risk of firefighting in the facility. Only the safeguard can open the door by his fingerprint. And the gate is always locked. I talked to him if there is fire and you are not available at the gate or the electric system is malfunctioned, how can we escape out of the gate. He said he is always there and no need to worry. But I will never come back to take such a risk
