- Jess (2/5): Yuck! Dirty, not pleasant at all, staff there is no and no reception and no communication - It was in a great location for what we where there to do It was dirty! I spent 1.5 hrs when I fist arrived cleaning the apartment so my family could stay. The oven was gross and the air fryer. There was no team and coffee. The dining room table and coffee table had stick residue and food all over them. The lounge had food all over it. The washing machine and dryer were both full with washing. The utensils in the draw were all dirty. Hand prints on all the glass and minors and hair all through the bath room. There was cob webs all though the master bed room. And the blinds were broken. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and my bond still hasn’t been returned or the 1 nights accommodation they said the would pay back.
- George (1/5): DONT TRUST THIS ONE - The view No room service stayed there for 9 nights in total and was told twice that room service would come and clean the bed sheets no one showed up. I cancelled one day early and never asked for a refund and never paid my deposit back aking for it for now for 3 weeks, and now im been ignored.

- Vanessa (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great Room wasn't clean there was a sheet scrolled up in the cupboard and it's not a 2 bedroom as such the 2nd room is where the dining room table would be .
- Ash (1/5): What a complete scam! - The location Where do I even start.... first and foremost, the Apartment we booked and paid for online is not the apartment we checked into and it applies to more than just the decor and furnishings not marrying up. We booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment of which there was the specified option in regards to bed configuration of either one Queen bed in one bedroom and one double bed in the 2nd bedroom, or one double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. We specifically selected the first option, that being 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with a double bed, yet what we received is a 1 bedroom with one double bed, and an open study area adjacent to the entry to the apartment entry door which is certainly not what could ever be considered a 2nd bedroom. As such, why were we charged for a 2 bedroom unit which is clearly only a one bedroom. I specifically requested the number of bedrooms and the particular layout to suit our children whom are in their late teens and early 20s children. Not to.mention mouldy wet laundr we found in washing machine. No complainentary. toiletries or complimentary condiments the bath was black around waterline and grime and mould in around the fittings the fridge and freezer had food scraps left that wasn't your food grade inspections but just messy and lazy house keeping for a property of its calibre or so we thought.
The list goes on with unvaccumed floors which was visible upon first entry..
This totally unacceptable as I had my you g sons with me and needed a suitable apartment. This experience has left me with a sincere jaded opinion on Booking.com and their affiliates. It's now twice that the booing.com company has let me down in a massive way. I understand not all places are going to ve as good as others although fir the amount of money and time it took to enter the premises only to be told that an un advertised $200 bond was required despite asking the owner if needed only to be told no.

Then they changed complete location after we had paid for parking. That’s didn’t come with the room. Arrived at second location. Not the accommodation we had booked. The room was very Dirty. Bed had hair in it. Bathroom was Dirty. Dirty sheets in the wardrobe. Washing machine was going. Dryer was going. Bathroom smelt like urine . Soap scum on the tiles.

The power socket was exposed, which posed a serious safety risk. There were visible stains on the couch and mattress, the TV was not functioning, and one of the blinds had fallen down while others were jammed. The linen had clearly not been changed, and many of the furnishings and fittings were damaged or poorly maintained.
This property was nothing like what was advertised. It felt like a complete scam, and to make matters worse, the bond was never returned. I strongly urge others not to book this apartment. It should be removed from all booking platforms to prevent others from having a similar experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment. Didn’t return my security deposit on exit. After several attempts they say yes they will refund then just ignore me and we left the place cleaner than when we got it.

Ultimately this happens so I wasn't upset with them for cancelling. They have subsequently after offering a refund, ignored over 6 attempts to contact them to arrange a refund. Really poor - I would avoid booking as I feel I've been scammed

Great location Property is not two bedrooms, we had two couple and one couple had no privacy as it was just two single beds in a space as you walk into the apartment.

- Deanna (1/5): FAR ALK DID THEY CLEAN IT - The view was lovely We arrived at the room to find the washing machine filled with wet laundry and the dryer completely loaded with damp laundry.
Despite paying $359 for a pleasant stay with my sisters, I was forced to do laundry during my visit. I contacted the property management to request a late checkout and inquire about the laundry situation. There was no response about the washing, just the check out. The response I received was dismissive, stating that it was Sunday and the linen would not be collected until Monday. I suggested that the laundry could have been stored in a linen bag in a storeroom.
The following morning, I spoke with the property manager again to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the room, including a dirty sink with mould and dust near the laundry area. I questioned whether the cost of the stay was justified given these issues.
The response I received was dismissive, stating that it was Sunday and the linen would not be collected until Monday. I suggested that the laundry could have been stored in a linen bag in a storeroom
Shortly after, a young woman arrived at the door to collect the keys. When I asked her about the laundry, she ignored me. I informed her that I had been granted a late checkout until 11:30 AM. and asked her to return at that time.
Approximately 20 minutes later, the young woman returned with another young woman and a security guard. The security guard requested to see my checkout confirmation on Booking.com. I showed him the message where I had requested a late checkout and the specified checkout time.
I'm tired of justifying myself, so I closed the door until 11.30, then opened the doors right on the dotted time.

Bed sheets had stains and hair all over / notified host only to be told office is closed and someone will be out tomorrow to change . Again notified them and requested them to change the bedsheets a tidy up while we were out / we were told it would be done within an hour but no action was taken whatsoever . I have clearly told them I bought mu own sheets for the first night as their one was very dirty and looked like it was not change since the bed has been used last but I stripped the bed while we were out so they could give us a clean one but nothing was done about this .

THE HOST WAS RUDE, WANTED ME TO PAY ID HIS PERSONAL BANK A DEPOSIT THAT WAS NOT SPECIFIED ON THE LISTING, THEN IGNORED EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT HIM WHEN I REALISED BOOKING.COM WERE JUST AS HOPELESS AS HE WAS .
- Jisung (1/5): Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay – Avoid at All Costs - I recently stayed at this property, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the room was in a very poor and unclean condition. The hygiene standards were shocking—there was visible dirt in the corners, the bathroom was filthy, and the bedding seemed like it hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly.
We were initially informed that our original booking had a power issue, and we were relocated to an alternative room. However, the alternative room was not only uncomfortable but borderline inhabitable. The air conditioning and heating system didn’t work, leaving us sweating during the day and freezing at night. The bed mattress was sagging in the middle, which caused severe back pain. The curtains were torn and hanging off the rod, so they couldn’t block out the sunlight in the morning.
The condition of the electric kettle and microwave was appalling—they were filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Additionally, the facilities advertised with the original booking, such as a swimming pool, were completely missing.
I reached out to the management, and while they did provide a substitute room, it didn’t improve our stay. Unfortunately, we were stuck as finding another place last minute was not an option, but this place was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I believe a partial refund would be the least they could offer for such an awful experience.

Insted i was provided another - I booked this apartment after watching these photos but This property doest not exist, these photos from mantra on the cove at surfers .we were transferred to another average apartment before the check in over the text msg from someone.He told us washing machine leaking in that apartment i booked . But it appears to be this hotel doest not exist and photos were fake. We were asked to take another hotel by the text msg or cancel if i dont like but booking was non refundable. I was forced to take the alternative he provided. I was asked to transfer the bond via pay id to his registered phone no. . Key pick up location was 2 km from the hotel . It was relly bad experience with the family. It was a total scam .not worth it Booking com needs to verify the property before advertising. This property does not exist. Someone managed this from his cell phone. It would be alarming when you have personal phone no on the advertising not the hotel ‘s real phone no. I was asked to send my photo id and bond over the text msg. Which did not felt safe way to do it.
