• Miroslav (10/5): Gennaro is a wonderful host. The apartment is great. Has all the amanities that you need for your stay. Parking is a gre - Everithing was perfect.
• darija maucieri (8/5): GREAT LOCATION - We loved the amazing location and a lovely, quiet and completely safe neighbourhood, the vicinity of the train station was a big plus. You can hear the sound of the train but we didn't really mind as it's not too bad and we were only in the apartment during the night anyway. The owner Gabriela is a very nice lady and we loved talking to her. The garden in front of the apartment is also nice. The communication with our contact Gennaro was not good, we had problems getting into contact with him before and during our arrival. We were VERY frustrated and it ruined some of our plans when we arrived to Naples even though when we had finally met him he was very nice and cooperative so it was hard to be angry at him. The apartment has some slight problems with the moist as you can smell it all the time even though we kept all the windows open non-stop. It's obvious that the owner has done everything in her power to solve that problem but it is what it is. The shower cabin is a little tight for big and tall people but we found that to be the same problem almost everywhere in Italy where we slept over so we don't hold any grudges.

• Nina (5/5): Passable - The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood, has a very nice and well-kept garden and a private courtyard with parking space. Gennaro and Gabriella are very friendly hosts. When we arrived, the bathroom has been badly cleaned, to which they reacted immediately and had it re-cleaned. They gave us a bottle of wine as an apology. Gennaro kindly provided us with a list of “must visit when in Neaples” places, which was very welcome. The house is old and in need of a complete renovation, as it is worn out and certain things are impossible to clean, such as mould in the shower. Some pieces of furniture are in very poor condition and need to be replaced. The thing that really surprised us and made us feel uncomfortable was that on every corner, on almost every piece of furniture, we found warnings about paying for any damage to the inventory, instructions about using towels, the toilet, the shower, about taking the rubbish out before we leave, etc., things that are obvious but that we were warned about with about 15 warnings.

• Anonymous (10/5): Nice garden, safe place - The apartment was clean and spacious. I really liked the small garden in the middle of a very crowded part of the town. The other great thing about this place is the parking space, as well as the fact that the whole street (it's a dead end street) has its own gate. We felt very safe here. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The house is situated above a railway tunnel. You can hear the trains passing through, but that didn't bother us. The owner gave us some great recommendations on how to spend our time in Naples and it was well worth it
• Csilla (10/5): Safe and quiet with wonderful hosts! - This apartment is an absolute treasure and wonderful hosts! We arrived in Naples quiet early but Gennaro was extremely kind and allowed us to check in early. He was very communicative and helpful, which was greatly appreciated! The house itself is located in a quiet gated area in Mergellina. We felt very safe staying here. It is about 10 minutes walk from the metro station, which is very handy, although this does mean that you can hear the metro when in the house sometimes but this was not a major issue for us. The house is close to shops also. We were provided with keys for the gates and house. There is space for parking a car in the area aswell. There is a lovely garden area in front of the house with potted plants, table and chairs and a lemon tree! Although the house is quite small, we didn’t find it uncomfortable for the four of us at all. There is a pull out couch which is comfortable and a double bed in another room. The kitchen has a spacious fridge, microwave, a kettle and a cupboard with a drying rack. The house is decorated simply but nicely. The bathroom has a washing machine also and a shower with hot water. They also provided guests with some printed booklets with info on the area, places to eat, transport and how to get to Pompeii, Amalfi and Sorrento which was very helpful to us! Overall we had a lovely stay and I recommend this house for anyone wishing to stay in Naples! We had no issues
• Pedro (10/5): Host was very nice to us. Would recommend. - We arrived in Naples by car and at night. Big mistake as we got lost in a difficult to drive city. Communication with Genaro was faultless and he is a gentleman. We asked for help and he collected us from a nearby area and took us to the property. Checked us in without rush despite being already very late. A truly nice chap. The property has complimentary coffee and, oil, salt and sugar. There was a bottle of water as well. The property is a short walk from Margellina station which takes you directly to Pompeii and connects to the wider transport hub very nicely. A bit more of a walk and you are at the sea front where there are buses. There are two mini-markets nearby and a pharmacy, among other commerce. Property is secluded and away from the traffic. The showerhead could be changed as it is a bit old and the holes were clogged with calcium deposits. The kitchen ware is very basic, in fact too basic and there were no tea mugs or a kitchen cutting knife.
