• Diego (7/5): + che Sufficiente. - Facilita’ nel raggiungere il centro,fermata metro a 2 passi e,fermata sia autobus che tram proprio di fronte. Prezzo troppo elevato e,odore di chiuso 1 volta entrato dentro:e’ stato necessario spalancare le finestre.

• Abel (7/5): Simple apartment in great lively neighborhood. Staff was very helpful, easy to contact through WhatsApp. - Very fun relaxed young neighborhood. Close to Pignetro metro station. Quiet bedrooms. Minor gripe: Wifi connection on tv dropped often.

• Kyrylov Oleksii (8/5): - Расположение хорошее рядом метро можно легко добраться до достопримечательностей.еще хочу добавить кто будет ездить на метро не заморачивайтесь с покупкой билетов в автомате можно расплатиться банковской картой за проезд прямо на турникете но только индивидуально один платеж один человек действует 100 минут включая пересадки.очень удобно.Что касательно квартиры квартира большая просторная всё есть что нужно.Еще хочу добавить вы когда приедете лучше сразу позвонить по номеру телефона указанному в букинге чтобы вас встретили и провели в квартиру. Единственный минус как по мне это старый котел.Когда купаещься бежит то кипяток то ледяная вода стоишь играешься с краном.востольном супер.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso e vicino a metro e tram Alcuni degli accessori indicati al momento della prenotazione non erano presenti nella struttura. Inoltre ho riscontrato un problema con il televisore, che ho dovuto sistemare personalmente. L’erogazione dell’acqua calda nel bagno non era sufficiente e non era presente neppure un kit minimo per la colazione, come ad esempio le capsule per il caffè.

• Vivien (6/5): A szállásadó kedves és rugalmas, a lakás jó, de nem elég tiszta és karbantartott. - A szállásadó nagyon kedves, a késői becheckolás kapcsán nagyon rugalmas volt hétköznap este is. A lakás tágas, és jól felszerelt. A környék jó, boltok, piacok, pláza, szuper kávézó, metró és buszmegállók nagyon közel voltak. 3/2 hálószoba ablaka belső udvarra néz, így csendben tudtunk pihenni. Bár volt mosogatógép (tablettát nem találtunk), az evőeszközök, tányérok és egyebek piszkosan voltak eltéve a szekrénybe. A zuhanyzóban és a mosógépben fekete penész van, a melegvíz hőfoka ingadozott. A legnagyobb franciaágy matraca ki volt feküdve, és nem volt egy működő kislámpa / éjjeli lámpa sem a lakásban, a mennyezeti lámpákat használtuk.

• Siarhei (8/5): - The apartment matches the description and is located on the 3rd floor. We liked the large kitchen-dining room. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We loved everything and would definitely stay again if we get the chance. It's a bit noisy due to construction, but that's temporary.

• Venkatesh (1/5): Bad - Location I have booked rooms for 2adults and 2kids for 8 days from 6 April to 13 April milan, florence,rome,mirano and Interlaken. Nobody askede extra charges for my kids. But he charged me extra charge 25 euros per child per day. I told I chose the same selection and rooms for all the cities , why are you charging extra. He said you contact booking.com service. I tried to connect, but couldn't connect as I am roaming. So I request booking.com to take appropriate action. Again why your service is allowing such operations & why it is not clear to us about extra charges. I request booking.com to look into this issue and get back the money. Also every city citytaxes separately they are collecting from us. Whyso? Why booking.com collecting directly while booking itself? Please clarify Thanks

• Alexandre (8/5): Very good - We had a nice stay at Siam's guest house, enerything was like the pictures on Booking and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed the proximity of the metro and bus, and the owner is really helpfull if you need assistance. The only drawback was the noise from the street in the kids room.
• David (10/5): Loved it - Close to subway. Close to pizza shop. Close to supermarket. Responds to Whatsapp messages. A bit far from the coloseum if taking a taxi, subway was 3 stops with a change.

• Evrimts (7/5): Spacious apartment in Pigneto - The place has several rooms and makes it possible to stay with 4-5 people. I was on a business trip with a colleague, so we had our separate rooms. The host was helpful and trying to be (very) friendly. Easy check-in, check-out. Close to the metro station. There was no living room, rather the kitchen to sit and relax on chair - a bit uncomfortable. The apartment could get a make-up - as all furniture was from another era :) The apartment and rooms needed some ventilation, some heavy smell of perfume. The neighborhood, despite being called as Brooklyn of New York, did not offer much, apart being far from the center.

• Mario (10/5): Great place in the heart of Rome - I would highly recommend to book with Siam Guest House. It's a lovely flat, superbly finished, with a/c and very comfortable bed. It is also very quiet at night, which it's quite important in a noisy city like Rome. The metro station Pigneto (Line C) it's within reach, less than 5 min walk, meaning you can be in Fontana di Trevi in just 25 min. There is also access to the local tram (line 5 and 14) which can take you to Termini station in just 15 min, making the location simply excellent. The Pigneto area is also quite vibrant and full of little pubs/bars and restaurants with great food. It's a very good place to stay to relax and cool down after spending a day touring the main attractions. I will definitely book again.
