• Sutton (9/5): Great apartment with fantastic breakfast included. - The apartment was huge with smart TVs in every room. Beds were comfy, and there was lots of space for clothes. The location was good, with a 10 min walk to the main train station, and cafe Washington with a free breakfast, which was a huge bonus. As the road outside was cobbles, it could get quite noisy at night as cars drove past (earplugs may be needed for light sleepers). The back bedroom didn’t have a curtain so was light in the morning. Also could do with a few more plates and cups in the kitchen.
• Andrea (8/5): - Spacious apartment. Good location near to station. Effective air-conditioning. Coffee maker but no coffee. Nowhere to hang clothes in the bedrooms.
• Paul (9/5): Fabulous stay in a wonderful city, sadly just too short. We will return! - Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, excellent aircon. Some traffic/people noise at night in front 2 bedrooms
• Sophie (10/5): We loved our stay here. Excellent facilities, very comfortable & lovely breakfast. - It was equipped with everything you could need, even a printer. Some road noise but this is to be expected in the centre of Rome.

• Maxime (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice host, large comfortable apartment, close to Termini and city centre. No Coffee capsules in the flat, but breakfast in the host's café was included, so it's no big deal.
• Bridin (10/5): We had a great week and will be back. Highly recommend. - We had a fabulous week in Washington Townhouse. The place was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Nice to have a place to sit and relax in with very comfy chair/couch. Lots of lovely eateries nearby and within walking distance of the main sites. Beautifully appointed. Some noise from the street but it didn’t keep me awake. Highly recommend this place and hopefully will return soon. The breakfast in Caffe Washington was great too. Loved the omelettes. Staff very nice and pleasant without being pushy . There was nothing to dislike but a grab rail in the shower would help with my fear of falling. Probably not an issue for most. Maybe a toaster in the kitchen as well. Minor details.
• Stacey (10/5): I would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again. - The apartment was bright, light and very spacious. Very clean and having the delicious breakfast included was a treat. Great location and lots of amenities close by. TV’s in all room if you wished to use them. The shower was a little unruly.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Thank you very much, you made our trip to Rome better. - It was a lovely clean apartment, very spacious, very clean, with a positive vibe. I liked that we were surrounded by other apartments which are private properties, where people live their own lives, therefore the place was quiet without the feeling and the noise of the hotel. You could hear the city's noise due to the building type which in my opinion only enhances the feeling of the true Rome. And as we know every big city lives 24/7. The apartment is very well located. You can enjoy a 30 min walk to visit Colloseum, Fountain Di Trevi or Spanish stairs. Not to forget you have one of the four great churches - Santa Maria Maggiore with free entry, almost on your door steps. Nearby the apartment , maybe 5 min walk you have a hop and off bus stop, which allows you to enjoy the tour of Rome from a bus seat. As I mentioned earlier the apartment is located in a great neighborhood, which made us feel safe. Nearby you can find little shops where you can buy drinks, food, and snacks. Many restaurants with good food, again 5 min walk from the apartment. But trust me, add another five minutes and you are at the Washington Cafe with fabulous food, best coffee, in my opinion in the whole of Rome ( I love my coffee), and the biggest surprise of all - breakfast. For the guests of the Washington Town House breakfast is complementary, no extra cost included. Amazing, tasty breakfast which kept us full for most of the day. 10 out of 10 for food at the Washington Cafe. Not to mention if you decide to have dinner at the Washington Cafe ( which I highly recommend) you will get 20% off of your bill, very generous of the host. We felt welcomed by Cafe staff every time we went there. They explained the menu, and no request or question was a hassle for them. Very polite, very accommodating. The host again, very accommodating to us, very pleasant, respectful and most importantly very helpful, checking on us if everything was ok if we needed anything.

• Jean (9/5): Superb - Very clean and modern apartment. Bed linens and towels are provided and clean. Breakfast included at the cafe Washington is a bonus, we love it. The apartment lights are working. Apartment has lift which is great we don't have to lug luggages up the stairs. Came in winter, the apartment is not heated enough. Quite cold.

• Ruth (9/5): A Really Nice Apartment in a Convenient Area. - Beautiful apartment plenty of space for four people. Large lounge/diner with good TV and comfortable sofa. Great dressing/storage room. Clean kitchen and two bathrooms. Really comfortable space. Plus a breakfast included which was a bonus. Key system they use is a little awkward there is one code to open front door and once outside apartment door there is no wifi signal to get door code so have to go back outside down three flights of stairs to take screenshot of code. Convenient area to be in but road can be very noisy.

• Trystan (9/5): Great stay in Rome - Really nice property that suited our needs. We were only in Rome for 1 day & needed somewhere close to the station & the sights - this ticked all the boxes. A bug bonus is that the property is linked with Washington Café & we had a really nice breakfast there (included) The beds were so comfortable 👌🏽 Nice lounge with sofas & TV We didn’t use the kitchen as we were out the entire time. Access to the apartment is via an app on your phone (press a button on your phone) which is really neat Only gave a 😊 to value for money as we used the apartment as a base & went there only to sleep - we were out in the city the entire time. There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment.
• José (7/5): Good - Spacious, renovated and quite complete apartment in good location. The check-in process was totally tedious, if I had known before, I would have thought about booking another apartment. 10 minutes before check-out there was a person knocking on the door. The apartment does not have a washing machine, which is missing considering the quality of the apartment.
