• Rute (10/5): Excellent - Very clean and bright apartment. Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. Location is 10 min walking from s. M. Novella train station. It has 2 big balconies with the duomo view. Definitely will come back again. Nothing. Everything was good.
• Carol (1/5): I will never come back to this place again - I wouldn't recommend this property to any of my contacts The property is in a very noisy area, has no curtains to prevent the 6 am light coming into your eyes and the bedding is very cheap and thin. The owner sent me 3 different codes to enter the apartment and nothing worked. I called him and wouldn't get a response . I could get in because the cleaners were there by pure coincidence and they called him and get the right code . They only have an adapter for the whole apartment , no soap in the toilette and if you are a big person you cannot fit in the shower . I made him a couple of suggestions and he was sarcastic . I think that a reasonable owner will always listen to the client's input , as it's the best way to improve . I manage a couple of properties myself and I'm very careful and kind to my clients . A lot to learn on this case .
• Helen (9/5): A wonderful apartment which summed up our perfect stay in Florence - The location was within easy walking distance of the city and hop onto the trams . It is modern really comfortable beautifully clean and with lovely views of the Duomo from the terrace I needed a small coffee table for my gin and tonic
• Cristina (10/5): Excellent stay❤️ - We loved it❤️ the apartment is so beautiful, stylish, extremely well equipped with everything one needs. The two big terraces are like a dream🥰 Here you can taste some good Italian wine and enjoy the whole Florence view. It’s very close to the train station, close to the city center, supermarkets nearby if needed. Also, the hosts are super nice and polite. We are very grateful for this stay and we definitely recommend it🙏 Nothing to add

Would come back to this property. - It was very close to the main station( Firenze station Santa Maria Novella) this was honestly such a great place to stay. It was comfortable and the host was quick to respond and very friendly. My family and I were very pleased to stay here.

• Sandra (10/5): Beautiful clean apartment in a gorgeous city - The apartment was very clean and modern. The views from the upstairs terrace was wonderful and if the weather had been better we would have definitely sat up there more. The extra touches like bottle water and juice was appreciated. It was close enough to the station but a bit further out for the main attractions but still walkable and we always felt safe walking in the evenings I could not fault this property it’s just what we wanted for our stay in Florence
