Pdj copieux et de qualité, mais pas toujours en quantité égale selon qui le prépare en cuisine...c'est dommage et frustrant. Le ménage dans notre chambre, en ce qui concerne le sol n'était pas fait correctement lorsque nous sommes arrivés...et nous sommes restés 4 nuits et il a fallut réclamer pour qu'une personne vienne passe l'aspirateur....apparemment ce n'est pas systématique tous les jours...c'est décevant !

The location suited us perfectly as well. Close to supermarkets, tram stops and everything we needed The pillows were very uncomfortable, but I'm sure had we asked, the staff would have swopped them over.

- Michael (3/5): Avoid this Hotel - Not what you expect for the priced you pay - The Decor that's it! The hotel room had some maintenance issues where were reported but couldn't be fixed as no maintenance staff over the weekend. Items went missing from my room and it too the management team 2 months to investigate before they offer to compensate me for the missing items.

- Spencer (10/5): - After our stay, we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our bags in their care for later collection. When we arrived home, we noticed around $90 worth of items were missing. I’d like to sincerely thank the team for taking the matter seriously and thoroughly reviewing the CCTV footage. It was reassuring to see the care and professionalism shown during the follow-up, and I appreciate the time taken to investigate properly. While it appears the items were not taken at the hotel, and I may have misplaced them elsewhere, I’m grateful for the staff’s prompt, transparent, and diligent response.

- tash (3/5): not great - Foyer was nice to walk into. Bedrooms are clean and quiet. Staff who checked us in were not friendly or welcoming. There is nothing available in the mini bar and the restaurant opens late in the mornings and closes early in the evening. When we asked the staff if there was a nice pub close by to visit they did not have any suggestions for us. TV connection was poor. We could not watch it. I would not recommend this hotel.

- Madison (7/5): Comfy, lush, very enjoyable - The bed was insanely comfy & the bath robes were so soft but what made my stay excellent was the staff. The warmth & comfort they provided by just their energy alone was enough to make me want to stay there again. My particular room was above a room with a courtyard and although it’s a non-smoking hotel, the pricks who stayed in the room below me were smashing darts every hour so I couldn’t have my balcony door open for the nice summer air.
