• Jean-Jacques (5/5): Pas au standing international. - Emplacement. Bonne volonté de la propriétaire. Equipement trop succint: batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, pas de torchon, pas de micro-onde,... Propreté negligée. Eau chaude difficile à régler. Poire douche hors service. Impossible monter baggage à l'étage. Etc. Etc. Les photos correspondent bien aux lieux, mais certains détails (ou plus que des détails) sont rédhibitoires. Appartement pas au niveau international, ni au niveau "Booking".
• Iulian (1/5): AVOID - Nothing Extremely dirty. Disgusting. The owner only takes money, zero investments. The bedroom is separated by a door from the neighbours and you can hear everything. You cannot sleep because of the neighbours and the bed is terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

• Ethan (10/5): Pleasantly surprised with this property! Can't wait to come back - This place is in the heart of the most wonderful suburb in Rome. Just a short walk to the colosseum and other sights you won't find a better located place for this price. We were a bit concerned when we saw other reviews not rating this place very highly but it was perfect for our time in Rome!

• Diamela (5/5): - La propiedad tiene una buena ubicación No es la limpieza que se ve en las fotos, de hecho, muy alejado. Hay mucho olor a humedad. La puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. El colchón tiene un hueco en el medio, necesita reemplazo ya. Si bien el trato con la propietaria fue cordial; nos pasó que luego de hacer el check in fuimos al supermercado y cuando regresamos ella había entrado a la propiedad porque vio que habíamos dejado el aire acondicionado prendido; lo cual nos pareció una barbaridad.

• Beatriz (8/5): Excelente ubicación, anfitriona muy amable. - La ubicación excelente, el barrio genial, con buen ambiente, con un supermercado en la misma calle del portal. A 5 o 10 min.del Coliseo, a 20min. de la Fontana de Trevi y el Panteón, a 20-30 min. del Trastevere, a 40 min. del Vaticano... Se puede ir a pie a todas partes descubriendo cada calle maravillosa. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y además tiene ventilador. La casa tiene lo esencial para estar, hemos estado 5 días bien. Nos han dejado aceite y sal para cocinar, lo cual ayuda mucho y nos ha venido muy bien. Claudia es muy amable y siempre disponible. La casa estaba limpia. Algo de humedad al entrar en la casa, pero pones el aire acondicionado y se quita un poco. Como no hemos estado mucho en la casa, que solo era para comer algunos días o dormir, no ha sido un gran problema. Pedimos usar la cama extra ya que queríamos dormir solas, (hemos ido dos amigas) (se cobra un suplemento de 10€ por las sábanas, pero es el total, tampoco es mucho, así que tampoco es una gran queja) la cama extra está en la planta baja en el salón-cocina. Algo de limpieza de telarañas en la pared de ladrillo faltaba. También echamos de menos algún trapo o papel de cocina (para después de fregar, por ejemplo)y al menos una sartén, aunque nos apañamos con las cazuelas.
• Elizabeth (8/5): - Great central location, Claudia went above and beyond to welcome us and make suggestions about activities we could do in the area. There was both air con and a fan which even when used intermittently kept the apartment nice and cool despite the >35C heat outside. Claudia also provided anti-mosquito plug ins which were helpful. Thank you Claudia! Overall a very positive experience, but we have a couple of suggestions for making the property more comfortable/better value for money: - Fixing the shower would make a big difference (currently the waterflow from the shower head is either one intense jet or a slow dribble, and the easiest way to shower is whilst holding the shower head), the temperature also varied constantly even when not touching the temp button. - Connecting the mattress topper to the mattress to stop it moving - Providing small additions to the kitchen like a chopping board, some cooking oil, and some tablets for the dish washer would be a nice touch.

• Filipe (6/5): Location really good but a bit overpriced given the apartment conditions - Location really good. The host was super helpful. Bathroom was really degraded - bath, door, toilet. Needs urgent maintenance. Mattress was uncomfortable - upper mattress was bigger than the actual bed which made it to sink.
• Colin&laura (1/5): Disgusting. - The location. Power points in bathroom exposed and extremely dangerous. Shower door fell off and filthy. Unable to take luggage into bedroom. Toilet seat barely attached. Stairs lethal! Multiple serious defects not looked after in any way. A concrete bed would have offered more comfort. For $600 aud. for 3 days. Unbelievable!

• Robert (2/5): Don't book this place! - The location was in a good part of Rome, with nice shops and cafes. No brekfast available . The flat interior was shabby and dated, the bed was most uncomfortable with broken slats, a week in this apparment was overall a bad experience. the place was in need off a good clean. We dont recommend this unit. The only positive was the agent who met us with the keys was a nice person.

• Danielle (5/5): Passable - The location of the apartment is excellent easy to get around all I booked the apartment as it had aircon - unfortunately, the aircon was broken - a fan was provided but wasn't effective given the heat, making the apartment extremely hot and uncomfortable. We also had an issue with ants they did come and provided some spray. The apartment also isn't designed for people with mobility issues. The bedroom is up stairs and you have to access it via a very tight spiral staircase - I am a small person under 50 kilos and it was tight we could not get our suitcases up to the bedroom.
• Eliza (7/5): Good location, must be well abled for the spiral staircase. - Location was great for all the major Rome attractions It was very damp and smelt mouldy/musty. We had to leave our luggage downstairs as we couldn’t get the bags up the spiral staircase. The host was accomodating but entered the apartment on several occasions without our consent. She meant well but a suggestion in the future to have permission from the guest before entering to paint the wall.
• Kirsty (10/5): Great location, easy check in and out. - Great location, easy to check in and out. The host was fantastic. Perfect little place for a few nights. We had a lovely stay.
• Mark (1/5): Rome is beautiful…but this apartment does nothing but depress you. - It’s location. Very tired property in need of investment. No hot water…cold showers only. No kettle. Old, worn and ripped towels and linen. No spare towels bring your own. TV didn’t work. Heating and A/C didn’t work. In March it was very cold and damp. Access to bedroom is via very small spiral staircase…be careful not to bang your head. Difficult to take suitcase up. Wardrobe has rail with hangers but they are over 2m from the floor so you need to bring ladders to use. No full length mirror. Exposed electrical sockets. Generally dirty…previous guests chewing gum on the mirror. Owner did respond to complaints but never provided a solution that worked.

• Aleksei (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is just perfect, with only 5 minutes walk to Colosseum and Roman Forum. Many nice restaurants and cafes around. Also small grocery shops right around the corner. The host is super-helpful, thanks to Claudia that was a very pleasant stay in Rome!
