• Kevin (7/5): - Very convenient location, quiet room and very comfy bed There's nowhere at the property to leave your suitcase if you arrive early. Also, it took the owner 2 hours to reply to my sms messages about this.
• Julie (5/5): Not bad pool & spa was great but don’t think I will stay here again. - The views and how close it was to all the amenities. It said in the that it was a 2 room unit with 2 beds but it was a studio and the sofa was too hard to sleep on. The sheets where tread bare and quilt was dirty.

• Estelita Simões Ribeiro (10/5): Hospedagem no Chinatown, bem localizada, com academia e piscina, próxima ao metrô e mercado. - Excelente hospedagem em Chinatown, com localização estratégica próxima a mercados, diversos estabelecimentos, shopping e restaurantes. Fica a aproximadamente 30 minutos de caminhada da Sydney Opera House, a cerca de 5 minutos da estação de metrô e também de um supermercado Coles. O prédio conta ainda com excelente academia e piscina, agregando muito conforto à estadia O ambiente estava limpo e organizado. Como oportunidade de melhoria, seria importante realizar uma dedetização na cozinha.

Unable to check in at time advertised on booking.com, host was late and unapologetic. Also unable to do laundry as advertised as there is only one machine accessible which seems to be used by a lot of the complex so was always busy which was a shame.

• Ha (5/5): - 주요 명소, 마켓, 트레인 등 과 가까우며 주변 분위기와 위치가 좋아요. 주방 조리도구, 구급 키트, 세탁 세제, 우산(사용하진 않았지만) 등 여행자에게 필요한 다양한 물픔들을 세심하게 제공해서 매우 도움이 되었어요. 호스트와 연락이 수월해요. 인테리어적 요소를 신경써서 곳곳의 소품과 컬러풀한 가짜 꽃들이 사진이 잘나오고 아늑한 느낌을 줍니다. 고층이라 일몰시간 하늘이 아름답고 전망이 좋습니다. 확실한 장점이 있습니다. 청결 면에서 개선의 여지가 매우 많습니다. 방에 들어간 순간은 인테리어가 매우 좋다고 느꼈지만, 곳곳의 오염상태를 보고 금새 실망했어요. 주방과 욕실, 에어컨 등 오래된 오염 상태가 선진국 호주의 시드니에 있는 숙박업소의 청결도라고는 믿어지지 않아요. 이불 안쪽 시트는 교체된 것 같지만 바깥의 체크무늬 이불, 색깔있는 베개에서 세탁한지 오래된 사람 냄새가 났어요. 살에 닿을까 찝찝해서 베개를 소파위에 올려두고 근처에도 안갔어요. 다른 4-5성 호텔에 비해 저렴하다고해도 아쉽습니다. 글로벌 고객을 상대로 하는 숙박업이고, 누군가에겐 유일한 시드니에서의 숙박 경험이니까요. 거의 같은 금액을 지불한 Melbourne에 있는 서비스 아파트먼트 호텔에서는 극도의 청결함을 경험했기에 더욱 놀라웠어요. 이건 저의 경험과 견해예요. 사람마다 청결의 기준이 다르니 누군가에겐 검은 욕실 곰팡이나 주방의 찌든 기름때 같은 것이 전혀 문제되지 않을수도 있어요. 가격은 메리트가 있으니까요. 사진을 참조하세요. 악의는 없습니다. 해당 숙소의 무한한 발전을 위해 있는 그대로의 사실을 올립니다.

• Anke (9/5): - Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in sehr kurzer Distanz zu erreichen. Die Information zum Schlüssel lief via Nachricht und reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war frisch geputzt und mit vielen zusätzlichen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Danke. Auch Kaffee und Teezubehör war vorhanden. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants.

• miriam (10/5): Better than expected sunshine all the way - I absolutely loved it. It was clean comfortable and perfectly situated to reach all the interesting places. The host left coffee pods tea and milk which certainly got used and also water. I had everything I needed. Everything was perfect for me and cannot find any fault.excellent accomodation and if available I will ask for same place over and over again and shall recommend it to friends.

AC was great and the studio had everything one needed. there was no place to leave your luggage if you get in before 2.30

• Shin (9/5): 시드니를 관광한다면 이보다 더 최적의 숙소는 없을 겁니다! - 시드니 두번째 방문입니다. 시드니를 관광한다면 이보다 더 최적의 숙소는 없을 겁니다! 위치도 중앙역에서 가까워서 트램, 버스 이용에 전혀 불편함이 없고 오페라 하우스가 있는 곳까지도 트램 한번이면 금방 갑니다. 호스트는 응답이 빨라서 머무실 때 소통에 대해 걱정하실 필요없고, 앞에 리셉션에 사람들이 잘 지키고 있어서 밤에도 걱정없이 출입이 가능합니다. 3명이 머물렀는데 옵션으로 원하면 추가 쇼파 베드 설치 할 수 있습니다 (총 2개 쇼파 베드 가능하다는 말) 방은 시드니 치고 매우 커서 3명이 먹고 자고 하는 데 불면함이 없었으며, 어메니티도 세심하게 놔주셨더라구요. 일회용 가글과 핸드크림에서 호스트의 세심함을 느낄 수 있었어요. 화장실도 좁지 않아서 마음에 들었구요! 다시 시드니를 간다면 이 곳에서만 머물거에요. 호스트의 정성어린 손길이 담긴 숙소라고 봐주세요. 가격 대비 단점이 굳이 없어서 적을 게 없어요
• Margot (3/5): I definitely would NOT recommend this property. - Not a lot. Left after just one night… Very very basic… hot and stuffy with poor aircon, basic supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk, smelt of a smoker, no access to movies/netflix/sport,etc., no hair conditioner but instead detergent for shampoo, could not close blinds/curtains properly, noisy… AND VERY EXPENSIVE for what it was. I arrived in the evening and left in the morning to transfer to a decent accommodation even though I had paid for 3 nights.

La comodidad de la cama y las almohadas a la que yo le doy mucha importancia. Los detalles de la anfitriona que está disponible para ayudarte en cualquier momento. No tengo nada que no me gustase
• Natali (4/5): - Location The room cleaning was unacceptable. The shower glass had dirt and black mould, and under the bed there was dust and belongings from previous guests.
• John (9/5): Well appointed, clean, good value. - Booked a studio for just the one night. It was very well appointed and had a nice view. Little extras like slippers and toothbrushes was a nice surprise. The apartment block is well located with a few mins walk to Central Station. Picking up the keys and dropping them off was very easy. Would definitely book this room again.
• Emily (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We've travelled & stayed in many lovely little spots, but this is one of our most favourite. Great location for ease of train transport, short walk to city & attractions, great use of pool, hot tub & gym, but it was the thought that went into this little apartment that won us over. The most comfortable bed we'd ever had the pleasure of lying on, the toothbrush set (just incase you forgot!) the dressing gowns, the suncream... A lot of Wonderful little touches that make a stay easier. The apartment also had the most beautiful clean scent - I need to find what they used & fill my own home 😊 The owner was wonderful in communication & friendly. All in all, a great stay, you won't be disappointed! Nothing!
• Richard (10/5): - Wow,wow,wow!! What a wonderful surprise. This unit was managed by someone who would look after you better than your own mother. The room was very clean and very well appointed (cups/glasses/bowls/cutlery and on and on). Even serviettes were provided. And nice visual touches across the unit. And bathrobes and even sunscreen(who does that?) the bathroom even had toothbrushes and toothpaste. Even better than your mother's. The hostess was very good with communication in both directions and helpful also. The location was perfect for exploring Sydney close to numerous rail stations. The room was quiet and the bed most comfortable. This was our first time here and it won't be our last. More rooms should be managed by this host. Would have enjoyed a larger window.

Also, it is near many scenic spots, such as the opera house, the bridge, QVB, etc. The room is very spacious and cozy — perfect for two people. Highly recommended 👍 NA

Clean and well presented, the little things that made our accommodation perfect..(2 x dressing gown) very well equipped with home decor.. Awesome position, so close to everything in the city.. • Linahusin (8/5): Don't forget to book parking space in advance! - Location. Kitchen is like a small pantry cabinet. Portable heater in the loo. Unfriendly reception staff as we did not booked from owner directly so they can't help. Parking. I booked 7 units throughout my vacation and overlooked on the parking situation. There wasn't any reminder given either. So I've got no parking space and the hotel can't help either. Parking costs us a bomb! Room heater, meh.

Collecting and leaving key in unlocked mailbox. Accused of not leaving key when leaving and gonna be charged $340. Told them nite guy saw us from desk and to check cameras, that was nearly 4 weeks ago still no reply to what has happened. Washing machine on 6th floor had to pay for it , worse was no dryer. For the price expected more!! Hotel reception hopeless as it was in hotel but this unit B and B

Walking distance to Darling Harbour and the city and Central station plus light rail. The property was perfect for our needs.
