• MARAGKOU (5/5): Μεγάλη απογοήτευση - Η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλή . Το σπίτι ευάερο και ευήλιο. Η θέρμανση στα υπνοδωμάτια και στο μπάνιο πολύ καλή. Το σπίτι είναι σε καλή κατάσταση. Εκ πρώτης όψεως φαίνεται καινούργιο και πολύ καλό αλλά τελικά έχει πάρα πολλά προβλήματα. Δεν έχει κουρτίνες, τα σιφώνια στα μπάνια είναι φραγμένα με αποτέλεσμα να πλυμηριζει το ντους κάθε φορά που κάνεις μπάνιο. Τα καζανάκια τρέχουν συνεχόμενα και πρέπει να τα κλείνεις από την κεντρική βάνα.Το χερούλι της πόρτας στο μπάνιο έλειπε. Τα παντζούρια στα υπνοδωμάτια δεν έκλειναν τελείως δεν ασφάλιζαν .
• Jeff (7/5): - Location, size of apartment,bedding and towels Plug in bathroom unsafe, door handle to bathroom missing on outside(found in cupboard under sink) shower riser very loose in same bathroom. Slats fell out under the bed when we got in looks as if the bed is damaged we had to repair before going to sleep. The hole apartment seems unfinished. Cupboards not fitted properly, lighting not finished very few kitchen appliances or cups and glasses. Very disappointed as it could be a fantastic place. I have some photo's if required.

• M.J. (2/5): A mistake and a disappointment. It looks like a luxury room, but not finished and not properly clean - Location was ok, nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The apartment had sufficient rooms, with 2 bedrooms and a spare room for a 3rd bed. 2 bathrooms It was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms are not cleaned. Hair in the drain. Toilet flushed not properly. Owner promised to fix it, but never turned up. Balcony was not cleaned, still a cup with cigarettes of the previous guests . The dining room table was not cleaned. A lot of closets are broken. Bed was broken, chair was broken and covered by a blanket. Only 3 knives in the kitchen, not enough wine glasses.
• Rainer (5/5): no invoice, non-responsive hosts - The location was perfect for my purposes. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are not reachable by WhatsApp despite mentioning this as their preferred contact method. WhatsApp calls and chats were not answered. In the booking.com chat, the hosts only answer those questions they like ("how to return the key") but not the questions they don't like ("could you please send me an invoice"). No invoice was provided. This is a problem for a business trip, I might end up paying for my trip out of my own pocket, just because the hosts are too lazy for issuing an invoice or don't want to pay their taxes. In the apartment, some door handles were not fixed, a shower door was missing, and various cables were hanging out of walls. Maybe because it was recently renovated.

• nataly (7/5): - The conditioned air worked well and the design of the house with well distributed areas and spaces. One of the room had not conditioned air and not even a fan. No one could stay there.
• GEORGIOS (5/5): Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα ημιτελές. - Είναι ένα μεγάλο άνετο διαμέρισμα αλλά είναι ημιτελές για νά νοικιάζεται. Για Luxury Apartments δεν συζητάμε. Τά καλώδιο για τά φωτιστικά όλα έξω στο ταβάνι και στους τοίχους. Τά πάντα είναι κακοφτιαγμένα, Από τά χερούλια χερούλια στις πόρτες του μπάνιου, πριζες νά κουνιούνται, ντουζιέρα νά κουνιετε, καπάκια λεκάνης τουαλέτας τό ίδιο. Απορώ όταν γινόταν η ανακαίνιση δεν ελεγχε κανένας τίς εργασίες;. Επίσης κουρτίνες δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά. Ούτε μία καρέκλα στα δωμάτια. Παντού πρόχειρο δουλειά και φτηνά πράγματα. Κρίμα γιατί είναι ένα μεγάλο και ωραίο διαμέρισμα και με λίγη προσοχή και ενδιαφέρον θά γίνει πράγματι Luxury.

• Noha (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the place was super. The flat is very clean, spacious, and modern. It has all the facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are very good size with big wardrobes and very comfy beds. The location is great, it's on a quiet residential road but there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants just a few steps from the building. Kostas is a super host who was just one phone call away and was very attentive to all our requests. I highly recommend it and I will definelty come back to stay in this lovely flat:) Nothing at all

• Lex (9/5): Superb - Our stay at this property was delightful! The house was incredibly spacious and featured a modern design that made us feel instantly at ease. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful details like slippers provided for guests—a pleasant surprise that added a touch of comfort. The area was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxation, yet conveniently located with plenty of options for groceries or dining out nearby. These elements combined to create a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. While the overall experience was great, a few minor details detracted from the otherwise high standard of the property. There were some unfinished cables and cupboards that appeared unevenly installed, which gave the impression that certain aspects of the house weren't entirely completed. The stains between the wall and ground tiles in the shower could use some extra attention. Additionally, the duvets didn't have covers, and Netflix wasn't accessible on the TV. If not for these small points, I would absolutely rate this place a perfect 10!
• Arunas (8/5): Big luxury apartment for a short stay - Big new apartment, Spacious living room with good balcony. Good windows and blinds - no bugs, no noise, no sunlight! Clean and fresh. The apartment needs more equipment in the kitchen. I could not find a proper knife and cutting board, no tea kettle - had to boil water a big pot... Apartment is newly built building and still looks very empty. Furniture is enough, but minimal - empty walls and corners, wires sticking out where lamps will be at some point. The place lacks cosines. The wifi was not strong enough to cover all the apartment. Connectivity is lost in the bedrooms.
