• Fiona (2/5): Very poor - Unit has no antenna outlet for TV and wifi did not work properly so couldn't use TV at all & could not be rectified. Blocked drain in ensuite so basin floods. Poor water pressure & broken shower head. Fixtures loose (door handle & towel rail). Cockroaches. Sliding balcony doors extremely difficult to open and close. Renovations are not complete & appear to be only half finished. Third party property management not helpful at all & very insulting when issues are raised with them.
• Ayrlee-jayne (9/5): The apartment was perfect for my family and I to stay within. - The apartment was clean and had all the appropriate appliances. Onsite parking is extremely low and doesn’t have alternative parking spaces for cars that do not fit underground.
• Sera (4/5): Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend. - the location, renovated bathrooms and washer and dryer were positives. - The wifi cut out. The details I was provided with for the wifi didn’t work. There was another wifi code on the fridge that also didn’t work. I had to look under the modem to find the code. The was 2 cockroaches that I saw and they were babies which means there is a nest somewhere. - The sliding door to the balcony was jammed and extremely hard to open or close. - For a 3 bedroom property I would think there would be more than a 3 seater sofa. Being on holiday means we want to lounge around and that is hard when there is only one couch. This place can sleep up to 6 people so one sofa is unacceptable. - There was a trolley to help with luggage but that was broken and taking up unnecessary space in the laundry / toilet area. - The building is very run down which is not what you would expect from the photos. We did feel slightly surprised by how old everything other than our apartment was so old.

• Zoe (10/5): very very lovely apartment, newly renovated in most areas, very good location (mostly everything at a walking distance), - the apartment building itself looks questionable from the outside, but the physical apartment itself was gorgeous! lots of windows and natural lighting, very clean and sleek furnishings, all amenities have been recently renovated, overall very very lovely and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the little note and gift for my mother’s birthday! the outside of the building is definitely a bit run down but that’s not at the fault of the apartment owners, and the parking is very strangely short (1.8m height restriction) but again, not the apartment owners issue

Walking distance to beach, Cavill Mall and NYE fireworks could be seen from balcony. - Great location, spacious, clean, ease of check-in, fully equipped, water views from every room Minivan could not be parked undercover due to 1.7m clearance Short on bath towels, cutlery for the amount of people staying Oven grill pan packed away in drawer unclean
• Samer (9/5): Apartment itself was clean and spacious. Great views. - View from every room. Large bedrooms and living space. Clean bathrooms Small lounge, pool wasn’t operating. Property outside is very run down and dirty.
• Hannah (3/5): Would not recommend staying here. Great location but everything else was a disaster. - The location was great! Close walking distance to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. We didn’t have wifi the entire time due to the modem not working. The photos completely catfished us. The apartment is very outdated and does not look anything like the photos. A few broken things and stains all over the couch. Very disappointing!

• Jamie (7/5): Good - The location was perfect and the apartment was a great size. The view was lovely, it was beautiful looking over the river and every room had a great view. The facilities were extremely outdated, we couldn’t use the indoor pool as there were renovations to the entire apartment building which we weren’t informed about and the indoor pool was a big reason why we booked here. A bit disappointed. There was only one lounge which was pretty small to accommodate a 3 bedroom apartment and it was white and had lots of stains on it, I think it needs to be updated.
• Michelle (8/5): Beautiful views of Nareng River - Perfect setting, easy access to everything. Kitchen well provided for in terms of utensils, cooking equipment etc. Views of the Nareng River from bedrooms was amazing. Short walk to the beach. We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely holiday. Only one couch in the lounge for a place that sleeps 7. Incorrect details provided for wifi. Few items were not very clean. 2 of the three beds had new linen and a duvet inner provided. Third bed, linen was well used and only a thin blanket provided. No extra blankets or duvets provided. Some extra attention to detail particularly for international traveller's would give it that extra niche.
