• Natallia (10/5): - Wspaniałe, bardzo dobrze wyposażone apartamenty położone zaledwie 30 metrów od morza, którego szum uspokaja nocą i zachwyca swoim widokiem o świcie. • Jone (10/5): Genial - El apartamento está bien, y sobre todo las vistas que tiene espectaculares, es una maravilla. Además, el anfitrión es un encanto, y dispuesto a ayudar y facilitar las cosas. Quizás las almohadas sean un poco bajas para mi gusto. El menaje de la cocina también estaría bien renovar, pues las sartenes están bastante viejitas y es un poco complicado cocinar ahí. Por lo demás todo súper súper bien, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en el apartamento.

• John (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Fantastic location, with an incredible view! Very comfortable, and well equipped. A great space to relax . Very quiet. Lovely little neighbourhood with a small supermarket, and a wonderful fish shop! Everything you need is on the doorstep. It’s a 30 minute walk into the main town, and there is also a bus. Javier, the landlord, is very friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return. Nothing

• Clara (9/5): Vistas al océano 🌊 - Sin duda la ubicación del apartamento, en una zona tranquila de Almuñécar con una gran playa (aunque de piedras para el que no lo sepa). Asimismo el estar en un piso 11 hace que el ruido de la calle no te llegue o se disminuya con el sonido del mar. Es un lugar tranquilo, los vecinos también lo son y la casa dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios. La zona está rodeada de zonas para comprar comida y de restaurantes. !!Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos!! La casa está estupenda, sólo le aconsejamos al dueño arreglar el aire porque no enfría lo suficiente con tantas horas de sol que dan en la fachada, reparar los toldos y cambiar las almohadas, son bastante incómodas. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que el parking está a unos 7 minutos caminando del apartamento y un coche grande entra justito, aún así se agradece porque es una zona de muy difícil aparcamiento.

• Raul (10/5): We enjoyed it so much we’re considering a repeat visit. - We really enjoyed our week’s stay during early October 2024. We met the owner/host upon arriving and he was very helpful. Perhaps the best part was being across the street from a quiet part of the beach in Velilla (20 min’s wall from Almuñécar where most of the action takes place. Fortunately, nothing negative to report at this property/location.

• Tamas (10/5): Frenetic seaview from your window - Excellent apartment on the 11th floor of a building in the first line next to the seaside. As a consequence, you have a fantastic 180 degree view of the sea. You can watch the sunrise from the living room :) The apartment is well equipped. Javier was a very nice host. Even a parking garage is available and included in the price, although we did not need it in February, as there were always parking spots in the street available. The building/apartment is not new (probably built in the 60-ies or 70-ies) but everything worked perfectly.
