• Dragos (10/5): Modern and quality stay - We loved this apartment and the owner as well - So kind and polite. And the apartment is very nice and quality furnished! One of the best accommodations! Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The noise from the street traffic could be heard even with the windows closed....and it was very loud!

• Άννα (10/5): Σαν στο σπίτι σου - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο.Τα δωμάτια ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετα,τα κρεβάτια ήταν κυριολεκτικά "σαν στο σπίτι σου" και τα μπάνια πλήρως εξοπλισμένα.Γενικα η επίπλωση και ο εξοπλισμός είναι πραγματικά πολύ καλός.Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική.Το σπίτι διέθετε και πλυντήριο ρούχων, απλώστρα, σίδερο ,πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και κυριολεκτικά ο,τι άλλο μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος.Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχη και βολική.Θα το ξανά επιλέγαμε σίγουρα Όλα άψογα

• Rima (8/5): Very good - Very nice and comfortable apartment. It was very clean with all ammeneties. The owner was very nice and helpful. I recommend the near square with typical residental area with very nice Restaurants.
• Adéla (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and nicely furnished appartment. Exceptinally nice host who gave us tips about surroundings, when needed replied within a few minutes, exchanged new sheets and towels within the same day when we requested. In the kitchen were salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea bags, coffee, and also some herbs ready for cooking. Located in the city center. The size of the appartment was very good for 4 people. 2 toilets available. Washing machine with a drier available including the detergents. The nearest metro station is about 800 m through very narrow and busy streets with broekn sidewalks. This is not an ideal walk for little kids or elderly people. But we realize it could not get much better when we wanted an appartment in the Athens centrum. Sometimes the neighbors were noisy in the middle of the night. It's an old appartment building and the noise could be heard.

• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - On arrival, the owner and a young man were waiting for us. They were both very pleasant and showed us around the apartment. They were helpful with information about the area around the apartment and Athens. The accommodation is completely renovated in a quiet location close to the city centre. There is a metro station a short walk from the accommodation (about 10 minutes walk) and a bus stop that goes to the metro station and also directly to the centre to Syntagma square (2 minutes walk). On Mondays on the next street there were excellent huge market with fruits, vegetables and fish. The accommodation is clean, excellent working wifi, adequately equipped kitchen and there are comfortable mattresses. If we return to Athens we will certainly use it again. Thank you Dimitra.

• Flamos (10/5): An amazing place to stay! - Immaculately presented, quality appliances, and located on a quiet street. Nothing!

• Wen (3/5): Poor - Location. Close to restaurants and a pharmacy. The flat is well located, but the residencial street is not clean and smelly. We found twice in a week three plastic glass with urine in the main door of the building. At the first sight, you can find the landlord is a good and kind person but our experience was totally different at the end of our stay. The landlord does not explain how to throw out the garbage (where/when) but at the end of the stay did not recognize that was her fault and force us to pay 60 EUR for cleaning services (I paid it even though her attitude was offensive and defiant). We traveled with our baby and the last day an accident occurred (that can happen when we travel with babies), as my phone was completely discharged I could not contact immediately the landlord to explain and find a solution, considering that we were going to move out at the early morning. When I finally can charge my phone I found a large list of awful and disrespectful messages, asking for money for cleaning services (60 EUR), treating me in a completely bad way and saying she will report me in Booking without considering she was not clear about many things regarding garbage/laundry. We off course paid anyhow the cleaning service but I would like to know that from the beginning by receiving the COMPLETE info about the amount to pay and without being treated in an disrespectful way (If I have been other person, this impolite lady wont have receive any payment because of the way she treated us, but I paid it). My stay was a working travel, working from 7 am until 9 pm; then, I would pay anyhow the cleaning service, I have no time for cleaning because I was working all the day, but this lady was absolutely impolite. Therefore, I do not recommend to take this place anymore.
• Georgios (10/5): Fully renovated apartment in a very convenient neighborhood. Quiet area, amazing facilities. - The apartment is fully renovated and it exceeded our expectations. Honest it's the best we ever stayed in this neighborhood and because of this, we had to give it a score of 10 and everything else won't get a score more than 8. Everything is well designed, new applicances, new bathroom, new beds and mattresses, fluffy towels! Even the air condition units were amazing. I can't find anything to complain, since this aparement had everything I couldn't find on other apartments. Even the person who met us to give us the keys was very kind and we appreciate this. I wish we could stay more! Host was VERY professional. Unfortunately our stay to this apartment is connected to a sad event for our family. But apart from this, there's NOTHING to complain about.
